Instrumental in helping to diagnosis my MS. He ordered a CT scan which showed abnormalities and then a MRI which showed lesions. He then scheduled my appointment with the neurologist who confirmed the diagnosis of MS.

Been seeing him for years.. my husband and I are both thankful for him and his staff.

Rude and condescending

Dr. T was great. He was so friendly and made me feel comfortable. I have anxiety so it's very important to me to feel safe and comfortable with my doctor's. All of the staff was great also. I will definitely recommend Dr. Tafazoli to all my friends and family.

For 5 years , my EKGs have said Inconclusive. He did 2 EKGs in a row. One showed a series of irregular heartbeats. He had me wear a 24 hour halter monitor. It showed 7,000 PVCs. Other docs did not follow through. He did. Sent me to a heart specialist to figure out why that is happening. He will be my new primary care doctor.

I have been very happy with both Dr. Tafazoli and his staff. I just wish he would get rid of the overwhelming red painting in the waiting area. It is much too large for the area.

Highly recommend! You normally don’t wait very long, and the staff are very helpful and friendly.

Dr. Tafazoli is great. I use him for general care, female yearly exams, and sleep med. It's very nice to have a doctor that can be in control of your complete care. Is front desk staff and phone staff are not very great, but the nurses in the back are nice. Be prepared to wait.

Dr. Tafazoli is a very caring doctor and spends time with his patients. Since changing doctors, I no longer feel as though I am being rushed through. My last doctor would barely say hello and he was out of the room. I am very please with Dr. Tafazoli.

The front seat staff could have a more caring persona towards patients in person and over the phone. The staff in the back and Dr. T are awesome. I first meeting with the doc was in ER. He was very compassionate, got down on my level, very empathetic, great bedside manner and caring. I switched primaries to him. He did more for me in one visit than my last primary did in 4 yrs. I just love him. Very caring doctor hands down!

He just opened a location in Madison on Hughes rd called T-Care. It's a brand new building so it was very clean and I was in and out of there! I would recommend him. I see Dr T for my sleep problems and he is my general practice doctor for all other meds.

I will not recommend Dr Tafazoli. The staff is rude and the wait times are well over an hour to finally see the Dr. Of the 4 or 5 appts I've had, I've yet to see the Dr in under an hour. From my time in the waiting room, it seems they doublebook appts which makes wait times longer.
