Very satisfied with Dr Raval professional and great visit

I requested a change of physicians in the group. The best decision ever, Dr. Raval was very professional and took the time to explain that I was in good shape, no need for more tests & suggest i see him next year. After 7 months with previous doctor of not knowing exactly if I had a serious problem or not it was a great relief to know in one visit with Dr. Raval that I had nothing to worry about.

Dr Raval is a great doctor! He does an excellent job of explaining what is going on and what course of action will be taken for a patients care! They also have a very caring staff as well!

Dr Raval is always very good to talk to. He is positive and to the point when explaining my condition.

He showed me the most respect when I was there

Very pleasant atmosphere. Dr. Ravel was very nice and thorough.

Dr Raval was soft spoken, very patient and informative. Very professional and seemed concerned regarding my former test results. Explained how the kidneys work, asking severs times if we had any questions. Was very pleased with the appointment.

He did a very good job of listening to my history and making recommendations. He put me very much at ease and did an assume job of explaining my issue and how is going to treat/approach it.

I really appreciated Dr. Raval conversation and explanations of the issues. I liked him alot.

I did not have to wait. I received the call shortly before our scheduled time. Dr. Raval never makes me feel like he's in a hurry. He always takes time to discuss how l'm doing and is very thorough. I have a lot of confidence in what he tells me. I also like the nurses and people who work for him.

We were both very pleased with Dr Raval and look forward to future visits wiith him.

I was nervous about trying a new nephrologist. Dr. Raval was amazing, I only wish I changed to him years ago. He went above and beyond and he’s well educated on current studies and medical advice- versus pushing a belief on you- with no real science behind it. I highly recommend him.

everyone was kind and patient...Dr Raval answered my questions and explained things well so that I was able understand. Explained directly what was to happen next. I felt comfortable and confident in my health care with him and his staff.

Everything was done professionally. Dr was clear in his explanation of test results.

By telephone, because the server for the video conferencing connection was out of service.

Doctor Raval listened & answered my concerns. Gave clear instructions & made sure I understood what I was to do.

Dr. Raval is gracious, personable, and knowledgeable. He reviewed my test results and there meaning. (No change from previous testing/visit - and that I am doing well.) He answers all my questions in understandable language and honestly. I enjoyed my visit and our conversation, as always.

His care was superb and he made me feel like my health and well being at his top most priority.

I was seen on time and waited next to mo time in the room. Dr. Raval was truly helpful and spoke in layman's terms. I felt heard and at no point was I rushed. He was very thoughtful and sincere. The office staff was kind and incredibly helpful in connecting the dots with other medical facilities. They deserve an award!

I would definitely recommend Dr. Raval to family and friends. I had the option to see another nephrologist closer to where I live.. I would rather travel and have him as my doctor.

Getting an expired prescription refilled is almost IMPOSSIBLE! Four business days later and my pharmacy still has not heard back.. This is Not good.
