very thorough, charismatic and personable. great for kids

My son had a 10:00 AM appointment and we made sure to get there early. Got checked into the room and waited…and waited…and waited. An hour later at 11:00, I went out in the hall and asked what was going on. The nurse said the doctor was just finishing up with someone else. 10 minutes later we were still waiting for the doctor, so we decided to leave. On the way out, another staff member said they hear the doctor coming out. I never saw him and honestly don’t even believe it. Going here was a complete waste of our time.

I can not say enough how amazing Haseeb and his team at mercy has been as my family navigates through our 1 year old developing shudder spells. Dr. Haseeb is thorough and always made sure us as parents were comfortable in the treatment plan. Before coming to Mercy we had an EEG at Nationwide Children's in Columbus and it was a very traumatic experience for our little guy. We had a second EEG at Mercy and WOW- complete opposite experience! The tech was amazing, I was able to hold my baby unlike nationwide where he was strapped down on a table, they didn't use glue on his head, they had TV to help keep him entertained. The team at Mercy got us through with no tears and my baby was even so calm he fell asleep on my lap during the scan. Very happy mama! Wow an amazing and kind doctor ! I knew right away he has kids of his own, so as a parent he understands what we were going through from one parent to another on TBI since he’s so smart on knowledgeable on the issue!He treated us like family and actually listened to my concerns and what kind of treatment I was interested in.. We weren’t just another number to him. Plus he was super funny towards my son and reached him on his level, my son let down his guard and opened up . So the guy is totally kid friendly,A+ in my book! He is 1 of the good guy doctors and I’m glad he’s on my sons team of recovery! I just wished we would of found him sooner. Even his approach on the right treatment is an intelligent decision. he knows his stuff.. My family is so glad we accidentally found him, and that there’s still some good doctors left in this world! What an amazing human being. My son was diagnosed with autism and he has worked effortlessly with my son and I on all spectrums to help him become the amazing little boy he is today. I can't thank Dr. Haseeb enough for all he has done. 10 stars

We visited Dr. Haseeb twice for my son’s low muscle tone and regression/loss of gross motor skills. The first time he told us we would run some tests and if everything came back normal then “maybe he’ll grow out of it”. After those tests were run I had to continuously call the office in order to get all of the results. Nobody ever contacted me when the results came in. We waited another three months after our first visit before seeing Dr. Haseeb again. At this appointment HE NEVER EVEN EXAMINED my son. Just asked questions and almost every time I answered he spoke over me to correct his assistant’s spelling and grammar while she was taking notes for him. He ordered a few more blood tests and I specifically asked him to test for Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA) because I had been researching it and my son had every symptom of it. He refused to test him for it saying “he holds his head up too well and doesn’t struggle to breathe”. Essentially telling me my son wasn’t sick enough for that diagnosis. Two weeks later we saw a pulmonologist for a lingering cough and he IMMEDIATELY asked if we had ruled SMA out. Within 5 days of that appointment my son was diagnosed with SMA. THE LEADING GENETIC CAUSE OF DEATH IN INFANTS. Had we not seen another doctor my son would’ve continued to regress until he DIED. Apparently we were supposed to wait until he could no longer breathe on his own before testing him for SMA. One of the most dedicated and well rounded Physicians I've ever met. Immensely experienced in field of Pediatric Neurology and Epilepsy.

Love love love this practice and the staff very kind and they explain everything detail and listen to you and very interactive

I have to say, this is one of the best doctor I've been to. He spent a great deal of time explaining the diagnosis, which was impressive. He made sure all my questions & concerns were addressed before leaving the clinic. To be concise, he was very thorough, pleasant to talk to with exceptional bedside manners.

Dr Haseeb is an exceptional Neurologist.. The clinic staff were courteous to accommodate my request for an early appointment despite a 6 month waiting list after I called them. At the visit, the front desk and nursing staff were professional and polite. The waiting time was around 45 minutes but at the end worth the wait. Dr Haseeb was thorough with questions and documentation with his assistant. He explained the diagnosis, EEG findings on the computer, and formulated the plan. Five stars!

Dr Haseeb comes off arrogant and cocky. During the session, he is more focused on his assistant getting the punctuation and spelling right in the note she is typing for him than the patient. You get the feeling that the whole session is about him because all he cares about is getting his thoughts and opinions put in the computer. It is very annoying and frustrating when you are seeking help for your child. The time he spends getting his assistant to type exactly what he wants could be saved by him just typing it himself and focusing more on the patient!! He spends very minimal time with the patient. He does not address questions well. He does not spend time addressing your concerns and questions. You get the feeling that for him it's my way or the highway. I do not trust his medical opinion because he has not spent enough time with my child. He is very aggressive with medication and will push medication and medical interventions on your child at a very young age. I would highly recommend that you get a second opinion if you go to him or seek services elsewhere. Also, be assertive and make sure he answers your questions and concerns without rushing you along. Dr Hasseb himself is Awesome very helpful but his team terrible. Waiting to be seen for over an hour come on time always last to be seen last to leave. I work jus like they do. They never answer there phone alwasys voice mail recording. Recording said leave a message call back in 24 hours call back in three days. Rann out of meds want answer the phone to get an escript done. Team is not helpful at all. The team is rude. Dr Hasseb himself is Awesome very helpful but his team terrible.
