Excellent neurosurgeon

Got an appointment in 2 days and everyone was very nice .

Great Surgeon...had C5-C6 fused and L5-S1 fusion....great outcome..OK I'm about 2 year's post surgery and neck fusion was 100% perfect. Back fusion was also successful but I still have tremendous pain. That being said I don't believe He done anything but what we discussed and agreed on. I'm a retired 36+ year mechanic and I believe and feel like my body is just wore out from working. I would highly recommend him as a great spine surgeon.

Dr. Pradhan did my surgery and he was very efficient and followed up with much concern. His work improved my quality of life and I am grateful.

I saw Dr. Pradhan twice and he made a very good impression on me. I have problems with my cervical spine and have been told by every neurosurgeon I saw since 2012 that I absolutely needed surgery. Dr. Pradhan did not want to do the surgery until it was absolutely necessary and I could not take the pain any more. He referred me to a pain management specialist for epidurals until I really need the surgery. I am so happy that this is how he approached my case. I really do not want to have surgery until it is absolutely necessary. Thanks Dr. Pradhan. You were recommened to me as the best and I think you are.

Dr Pradhan was very thorough. Respected his honesty, and openness to alternatives. My physical therapist also had praise for him.

Dr. Pradhan is an excellent Neurosurgeon and I highly recommend him and his staff. He is a very caring and wonderful surgeon. Tiffany his assistant is just as nice and caring as Dr. Pradhan is. Thank you both for everything you have done for me.

Dr. Pradhan was very professional took time to hear my issues. He was not rushing to his own conclusion. Dr. Pradhan explained every avenue of treatment, then allowed me to make the best course of action.

This experience was very tough but having a doctor like Dr Pradhan made me feel at ease and ready to face my surgery. Also all the nurses,Anesthesiologist were also great all the staff was very thorough and made my after care great inspire of the pain I was in they went above and beyond to keep me comfortable. He spends the time to explain the surgical procedure and answer your questions. He shows you the image and guides you on what to look at. His medical secretary Michaela is wonderful. His front desk staff are nice and accommodating.

Dr. Pradhan is one of the absolute best doctors I have ever known. He is very knowledgeable in his area of expertise. Dr. Pradhan is also very caring and shows compassion for his patients. Went to see Dr. Pradham for my severe back pain. He greeted both my husband and I. He showed us my issue on the MRI. He explained my options carefully and made sure we understood everything. I have had lower back problems for years and traveled around the Southeast looking for a answer . I saw Dr Pradhan and he found my problem and operated on me . When I am going back for follow up appointments he never runs in and rushes back out and throws big words at me I don’t understand. He listens close to my concerns and makes sure I understand all that is going on .

Dr. Pradhan did the fusion in my neck early in his career and I wouldn't let anyone else do any surgery on my spine except him. He just recently did a fusion in my back and it was great, pain free after years of constant pain.

Always very helpful and understanding

The front desk staff was polite and there was minimal waiting time to be seen. This is my first time having any type of ongoing pain and I was referred to this office from an ER visit. Since I have never had ongoing pain or been to a neurosurgeon, I was confused of how the treatment process worked and not much was explained to me at the time of the referral. The surgeon needs improvement with his bedside manner. He presented one conservative and one aggressive treatment option for my pain which is appreciated but he came off condescending at times especially when I had questions about the process of treatment. After my appointment, I asked his secretary via phone what the name of the surgery he offered was again and if the doctor had any recommendations for pain management while I wait to be seen for epidural steroid injections. I did not ask for medication only advised that my medication was not managing my pain and asked for advice. She stated she will send a message and call me back. I never received a follow up call. I called again and asked them to send some info to my pain management doctor and if she had heard from the surgeon regarding my prior questions. She told me he must of looked over the part of my message that asked for the surgery name so she still didn’t know it and that he would be willing to give me a steroid pack but he will not give me narcotics. I am so appreciative to Dr Pradhan for fixing my broke L1. He was so nice and patient with me due to my coumadin level. The nurses in the hospital was so caring and nice. Hospitslist was very nice and supportive. I would encourage anyone with back issues to call Dr Pradhan. He is the grestest in his field.

I liked the interaction with the Doctor. He was very helpful in giving me info about my medical situation.

Dr. Pradhan is a excellent neurosurgeon and is very thorough. He always takes the time to listen and explains everything. I have been going to him since 2016 and has done has done surgery on my back and neck. If you have issues with your neck and back he is the doctor to go see. The staff is awesome as well.

Usually, the wait time is not bad. However, this last visit, I waited almost an hour to be seen. Aside from this one instance of lengthy wait, the supporting staff in the back office and Dr. Pradahn are first class!

I absolutely love Dr. Pradhan. He is extremely knowledgeable and very smart. Always explaining, clearly to what’s happening. He takes his time and doesn’t leave until you understand. I can’t say enough about him. THANK YOU Dr. Pradhan for all you do. If I could give you an award, I would send you to the Virgin Islands for a two week vacation!! Also, his staff (Makalah and all others) treat you with respect, never an issue .wish insurance!!! They are on the ball and just a sweet staff period.

Dr.Pradhan, I went to see him year ago for my problems that I was having on my neck he did the neck Fusion and now he will do the back fusión, I do Believe that this will take care of my problem then I’m having he is a very knowledgeable doctor

I liked Dr. Pradhan. Think he was very thorough. What I didn't like was the wait. I was told to be there 30 minutes prior to my appointment for paperwork. The paperwork I had to do took me about 5 minutes because I had already done everything on line. I was there almost an hour before I finally got to go back.

Dr. Pradhan is a fantastic doctor. Before my surgery, my left foot was about 80% numb. After the surgery, my numbness is down to approximately 40% My surgery ended at 8:30 am, and I was home by 12:30 pm and walking on my own 2 feet. The staff is excellent, and they helped coordinate appointments based on my schedule. I would recommend Dr. Pradhan and the St. Vincent Neurosurgery to anyone in need of back surgery. Thank you Raj. I was so scared and nervous but after my visit with him I left out feeling ????% Postive that I was in the best hands & I was , NOW in 2020 I'm back my primary Dr. sent me to Baptist Neurosurgeon , but after my visit with they Dr. I didn't feel the securities & trust I felt in Dr. Pradhan , so I immediately had to do what needed to be done to get Dr. Pradhan & to be my surgeon on the issues I was having with my spine because I was told that My MRI showed where if I didn't have the surgery I will be come paralyze & I Thank God ???? I saw Tiffany at my appointment yesterday and went home feeling mentally relieved although not comfortable with a possible compression fracture. She is so professional and compassionate. I was extremely comfortable with her and respected all she had to tell me. Dr. Pradhan can be confident in her abilities has he has chosen well. I don't remember receiving this option with my previous appointments but praise dr. Pradhan and his abilities as well. I am totally satisfied and would highly recommend him and Tiffany. Should this be another compression fracture my expectations and confidence remain in the same. When I was told in advance what the results would be they were exact in their estimations or I should say knowledge and belief in what they do. I just recently stopped seeing Dr. Pradahn after having cervical spine issues. Between Dr. Pradahn and his staff, I have always been treated fair and courteously. I have had three operations done by Dr. Pradahn and I went into every procedure knowing what I was getting into, and positive that the options being presented were the correct ones. He is no frills and professional at all times (although I got him to smile a few times). I think the people that don’t like him don’t care for his straight to the point approach. He made me quit smoking before he would do my first procedure and although I wasn’t happy at the time, my life overall is much better for it! Rest assured any more issues and I’ll be reaching out again.

My husband had disk rupture and needed lumbar laminectomy. His condition was not considered urgent, even though it was preventing him to live a normal life. He had been in excruciating pain for almost 2 months, ruining the quality of his life and all our family member's. Drbzpradhan is condescending. Only has his own agenda. Does not make accurate clinical diagnosis Puts unnecessary personal comments in the chart that have nothing to due with the condition. Appears to disrespect you and does not yell the truth in the medical record. Strange visit with him and he appears to care about twisting the truth. Makes you wonder how he is allowed to do this as a professional neurosurgeon Wants to dismiss your concerns for his own agenda. Waste of time.

I have been to several spine surgeons over the last 15 years. multi-level degenerative disc disease. I moved to Jacksonville and went to see Dr. Pradhan. In 10 minutes he decided that he would blow everything I had been told out of the water and make me feel like I was crazy and didn't know what I was talking about. His regard for my issues was less than caring and made me feel that I was in the wrong place.

Dr Pradhan and his staff have literally made a new woman out of me. I am 65 and had been suffering with cervical "neck" issues. After assessing the problem through MRI and consult, my surgery was scheduled. Surgery was 4/24/18 and I am pain free after neck fusion. I have stopped taking pain meds and that is amazing. I unfortunately have spinal issues. This is not the first time I have been here to be operated on. Dr Pradhan is an outstanding surgeon whom himself and his office have gone out of his way to work with me on the entire surgery thing from initial consult to dealing with insurance companies to follow on care. Unfortunately I may end up back in the future for further surgery. I will absolutely come back to this man again for my needs shall the occasion arise. Outstanding physician & surgeon. A caring and compassionate person. He is confident but does not treat you as if he is "God" & that you are lesser in knowledge & comprehension. I believe he understands that the patients roll in their health is as important as his own. These qualities make him a well rounded individual.
