I brought my daughter Wed 8/18 to get tested for Covid and they had to send it to the lab. The doctor who attended us informed me that I could just call the office Fri 8/20 and ask for the results. I called 5 times, front desk transferred me to doctors desk (NO PICK UP) I called Sat 8/21 and different lady answered stating there will be NO doctors in that day nor on Monday so I have to make an appointment for Tue 8/24 just to get test results!!!! The wait here is ridiculous came in 8:58 am it’s 12:56 and the doctor just came in . Now I have to wait to strep throat exam and covi test . I asked the nurse how long and she came back and told me the doctor was mad because she was here alone and making very body wait . Like really. I wish I had a # to complain.
