I feel so lucky to have found such a great place! I am embarassed to say that I missed my scheduled appointment. Misty called and asked if I was running late. She understood that I wrote the wrong date on my calendar. Misty fit me in at a later time anyway. The patience of this woman is remarkable. Honestly, I would not have been so nice. My visit today confirmed my initial thoughts. Misty is amazing. It's not easy to have to deal with people such as myself. Lol. Customer service is tough. Especially dealing with miserable patients in pain! I need more work done so I will be back. You're awesome Misty! Thank you. I feel so lucky to have found such a great place! 2 previous visits Gerald had no issues, in fact dentist is awesome, but today when he went to pay with Care Credit, which we used in past at this office, he was told "we really don't like to use that don't you have cash" he is on disability so he uses this card and I pay off and he pays me back. Yes he happened to have the cash so he paid it but now makes him short for month. I went for xrays to see about getting top dentures and was treated very niceky by the woman up front. Im just now waiting for a pre-authorization to go forward with impressions. From my experience thus far id highly recommend. I was told it can take 4-6 weeks which is a heck of alot better then 5 months.

I've found Misty to be extremely informative and knows her stuff on dentistry! I don't understand these cry baby reviews about her. I personally felt very welcome at Dr Bessadas office. As well as her answering any questions I have had with great and complete knowledg DR Bessada I have only seen once so far. But he has helped me over the phone after office hours! Beyond exceptional for their kindness, compassion and overall care for the patient and services, they were thorough, knowledgeable, perfect in communication of all services and process I was going through, all is done, and truly the top and bottom are beyond perfect, this is my second day and back to work with so many compliments on the dental work I had done, I sincerely would recommend Misty and Dr. Bessada, for their professionalism, communication, insurance knowledge, and again compassion in all they do!

I had 2 dental insurance, and my dental insurance sent dr Bessarabia 600.00, and he kept it. DO NOT USE him, I tried to get my money back dr Bessarabia ignored my phone calls. I filed complaints with ada, Florida district attorney, but of course nothing happened to this thief,

Dr Bessada and Staff are always efficient, professional and caring. My Wife and other family members are also patients....also equally completely satisfied.

Moved to the area looking for a dentist. Should have read reviews first. Misty is rude. I thought the whole idea of scheduling an appt. and calling to confirm was incase someone needed to reschedule. I travel alot and have had to reschedule once, and needed to do so again as I am out of town. MIsty would not give me another appt. He really needs a true professional to assist him, Misty is not it. Not sure if he knows how she handles people. Even after insurance I was looking to pay this office $1300 for the work I needed. I am currently looking for another dentist. I had goten 3 teeth pulled and no pain at all .

I have been a patient of Dr. Bessada, since he took over the practice. I think it’s been 10 or 12 years. I want to start by saying that I’ve never had a disappointing experience with his service or that of his staff. He’s always hit the right spot, he’s always done the job correctly. I have referred a number of friends to the office, they have been well satisfied too. I find Misty, the front office manager, to be very confident and on top of her game. She always calls a day in advance to remind me of the appointment and confirm. She is very professional and she’s very pleasant to deal with. By far, the most absolutely rude staff I have ever encountered. I called about getting a second opinion, which many dentists do, and this woman on the phone berated me with condescension and antagonism. Completely unprofessional and rude. I would NEVER recommend anyone go there.

He's been my dentist since he took over the practice years ago. He's been courteous with a great sense of humor, but more importantly, has great staff and has always taken me in an emergency immediately and fixed my tooth issues satisfactorily!

This has to be one of the rudest dental I have ever dealt with. I went to this dentist to have a basic cleaning but was told I needed to have a periodontal cleaning. I told the people at the office I didn't want periodontal cleaning and to just give me the standard cleaning that my insurance pays for. I was told I had no choice in my dental and they would only do a periodontal cleaning. After arguing with the very rude staff I finally agreed to have the periodontal cleaning. I was in the hygienist chair less than 20 minutes and what she did was no different than a standard cleaning. When I was getting ready to leave I was told that my teeth were so bad that I needed to come back 4 times a year and have a periodontal cleaning. When I refused and told them I would only come in twice a year the staff made a very nasty comment. I made an appointment for 6 months out and then when I got home I proceeded to find another dentist. When I called this dentist to cancel my appointment I was told by the staff that I had already been removed from their computer. Be very wary of this dentist it may not be a good experience for you. They are only about how much money they can get out of you. This has to be one of the rudest dental I have ever dealt with. He has no personal responsibility to the patient, never been to a dentist except this one, new crown and it falls out 3 weeks later. Does not except secondary dental insurance but keeps the check, see you in court doctor

Not professional. Won't seed approval to extract 4 teeth only 1. Wouldn't help and it was an emergency. Place is very old and they don't care about patients only money! I did not recommend going here.

Dr Bessada as well as his staff are very amazing. They are all warm and friendly. I was greeted with a smile from everyone of the staff. I have read the previous comments and I do not find any of these to be true. I would recommend everyone I know. He has a very conservative approach to dentistry. If he recommends a procedure he always has the proper tools to explain it to me in terms I am able to understand. If you are looking for a great dentist, Dr Bessada it the Dr for you.

Rude, uncaring, not in touch with reality. Paid for exam which I did not receive. Dr reviewed my xray and never looked in my mouth. At one point basically told me I was stupid for choosing a more cost effective procedure.

Dr. Bessada went the extra mile for me. I had to have planing and he numbed me up for free for a less painful experience. The hygienists there were skilled and gentle, and the staff was pleasant. You can't do better around here.

Worst dentist office I've ever been to! They are so completely disorganized and don't know how to schedule appointments, which is funny considering the office is completely empty of patients every time I go....that should've been a sign. The staff is rude, as is the dentist himself. They also find every possible excuse to charge you for unnecessary tests and treatments. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
