Doctor was easy to understand

Phone staff are rude and don't care about anyone's needs. My appointment was cancelled by the office due to severe weather and when I called back to reschedule my appointment, I explained to the girl that my paperwork was due to ALEA on a certain day, and she told me she didn't care and I couldn't get an appointment until April. My paperwork was due the end of January.

Dr. Vyas is awesome ????

Very professional; Dr Vyas listened to my concerns and asked about their severity and frequency. He gave me a physical exam that measured my muscle strength, sensation, reflexes, and coordination. After he reviewed my medications, he increased the dosage of one. Hopefully this will fix my issues. I’ll recheck at another appointment when it has had time to work.

I was treated with professionalism and respect. All went smoothly.

Dr. Vyas and his staff were so helpful and thorough at first. I did not feel rushed during my appointment. His staff, though, was slow with calling results from tests and returning calls.

I appreciate Dr. Vyas and his staff. They do an excellent job listening and attending to issues. I am blessed to know they take care of me.

Doctor was easy to understand

Dr. Vyas are fantastic. I appreciate everything they do to help me manage my chronic migraines so that I can function at my best.

Dr. Vyas is wonderful at administering my Botox for migraines. I sure do miss my original Dr. Greene but his replacement definitely understands his assignment.

Doctors r in a rush, doesn’t seem to understand question you ask because he’s the doctor and I know better. Will see. One thing that makes me madd being with my doctor Dr. Green (wonderful Doctor) he’s assistant(nurse practitioner) referred my to this doctor in her practice(been with them for 11 years). They know me and this new Doctor does not know from anywhere, but papers. Same thing starting suggesting things that might help improve my body. Understanding nothing what I just told him with the medication I’m taking for prevention measures for seizures(side effects) Nurse Practitioner called and throw me off to Dr. V after 11 years. I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE WHOLE TEAM, ALONG WITH DR. SUGGS. EVERYON E WAS PROFESSIONAL BUT SEEMED TO CARE (GOOD BEDSIDE MANNER). YOUNG INTERN (BANKS) WHO EXAMINED ME, WAS VERY THOROUGH. I HAVE NOTHING BUT PRAISE FOR ALL WHO ATTENDED TO MY NEEDS!

Dr. Vyas. Is the very best, I'm so glad I was able to find him. He knew from the beginning what was wrong with me like I said best ever.

Dr Vyas is very professional. When he’s speaking to me as his patient, I don’t feel like a number, I really feel he’s trying to help me in my situation. I would recommend him to anyone. I wish I knew about him before my appt with a previous nerve dr. If it wasn’t for Dr Vyas, I would not be getting the necessary treatment of infusions and I can’t Thank him enough. I am beyond grateful.

The office environment is very pleasant. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I was very impressed with Dr. Vyas as this was my first visit. He is very friendly and professional. I felt as if I already knew. He was very interested in my situation by being attentive and thorough.

The check–in process was easy because I had completed an online check–in a few days earlier. The receptionist was friendly and courteous as was the entire medical staff that I interacted with. Dr. Vyas explained all my options to me in a very clear and concise manner. The appointment was not rushed as he took the time to answer all my questions. I would definitely recommend Dr. Vyas to anyone looking for a neurologist.

The staff is unprofessional , you have to call a million Times to get anything done .. staff members sit and play on their phones instead of taking care of patients needs .They don’t take people lives seriously , I wouldn’t recommend anyone here .. I highly recommend they need more training..ASAP

I have been in terrible pain since October 2018, and because I have sickle cell disease, my family doctor wrote me off as having "chronic pain". I kept asking him to run more tests because this pain just didn't feel like anything I've ever felt before...he didn't. I kept pushing myself to find answers. I went to Baptist South's ER and was treated with such care by the compassionate staff. The dr there set me up with an appointment with Dr. Vyas and man....that appointment changed my life! From the moment I stepped in, the entire staff took such great care of me that I honestly looked forward to seeing them all again. Dr. Vyas didn't make me feel rushed. He sat, he listened, and when I said that I didn't absorb a lot of what he said because I was riding a wave of pain and couldn't focus, he went over it all again with such a great attitude. He scheduled an MRI and he found out what was causing me so much pain. Honestly, with this disease, I get physicians and nurses that make me feel insane by complaining of pain, like I should be used to it all by now, but not this staff....not this doctor. No...my pain hasn't magically disappeared (I wish), but now at least I know what is causing it and have a great medical team watching over me while on my path to better health. 2019 is off to a great start! I was very disappointed with the service that I received. The nurse was very user friendly, yet NOT the doctor. Dr. Vyas NEVER discussed the tests, or referring doctor notes with me and my wife! He did the basic movement tests and that was it! His recommendation "go workout & go to the movies and you should be fine." Even though he didn't have the MRI in hand, he vigouriously said time & time again "I bet you there is nothing on the MRI? You wanna bet?" I WILL NOT SEE HIM AGAIN! #unprofessional

Do NOT see him. He ran minimal test on me and when those results came back as inconclusive he told me it was all in my head. He told me if I exercise and think positive the pain will go away. Also my face has been paralyzed for over 3 years and he told me I just need to stop stressing and it will heal itself. I can tell you right now positive thinking will NOT heal me. I thought I was seeing a Neurologist not a psychiatrist... He smirked as I went out of the room crying.

Be very cautious if you see this doctor. He made a diagnosis on my daughter after ordering a MRI that she did not have MS or any neurological problem, therefore it was phychosomatic. He has seen her twice, to order tests and a follow up. I was with her and I was infuriated! She has suffered for some time and looking for a cause. He offered to run additional tests after I called his hand on making a diagnosis that he was not qualified to make. Dont GO to him!

I can't say enough about how wonderful Dr Vyas is. I'd been suffering symptoms for over a year, to point I was unable to walk, function and was bedridden. He ran tests and as he suspected it was CIDP, a rare nerve disorder. Thanks to him, within a few months I took my first steps in over a year. He's a very good listener, extremely knowledgeable, kind and very encouraging. I highly, highly recommend him!

Very easy to talk to. Explains diagnosis at a level that is easily understood. I highly recommend this neurologist.

Difficult to understand. Fixated on migraine, even though my issue was stroke, post-stroke. He did not perform any neurological or cognitive checks over 4 months besides the emergency finger to nose ER stroke test. Horrible bedside manner, doesn't show any care or respect for patient or patient's point of view. Seems to rely on pharmaceuticals and wants to get in and out.
