Dr. Shah is amazing with my daughter. He is personable, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable. He makes her feel at ease and after our appointment today my daughter said “Dr. Shah is the best.” She’s been seeing him for 2-3 years now. Her high praises of him warrants a public post as we agree, he’s pretty amazing! Thanks Dr. Shah.

Dr. Shah is very nice but something has to be done about his scheduling. We have been here 2x now. The first time he was 2 hrs behind and no communication. Today we are waiting 30 minutes past the appointment and had to ask for his wait time to be told it's another 45 minutes. For that reason I wouldn't recommend him or Ohio ENT & allergy on E. Broad. I recommend Dr Sha ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ as our family ENT specialist snce 2008.Dr Sha had successfully done surgery and treatment especially to my Son. Excellent doctors. Helped with my ear problem.

Dr Shah was a great disappointment. I went to him for sinus surgery discussion. He asked about my neck (thyroid). He made me an appointment with another doctor. He in no way prepared me that the appointment was at a cancer center. They found no cancer. Dr Shaw kept canceling my appointments with him. He could have been kind, but was not. Dr. Shah was great. He bedside manor and listening skills with my Son were comforting and reassuring. His staff was also both friendly and prompt. We were totally satisfied with our interaction here and with the results of the surgical procedure.

Amazing! My daughter had her tonsils and adenoids removed and the whole process was great. Dr. Shah listened to our concerns, had great bedside manner, easy to interact with, and my daughter's recovery was flawless. I highly recommend Dr. Sharh and his practice!

Dr. Ashish Shah was terrific. I was faced with a surgery that I was not familiar with and to say the least I was reluctant. Dr. Shah is very kind and patient and he spent a great deal of time with me until I was comfortable. His bedside manner is what every physician should be. I highly recommend him both for his skills and his patience. The morning of my surgery several hospital members commented, "oh you have Dr. Shah you are in great hands and we love Dr. Shah here." This was truly a continuation of the treatment I too had experienced with him. He's they type of physician that won't leave the room until he has respectfully answered all your questions, made you feel at ease and believe it or not, he does it with a gentle smile! I had a follow-up appointment on 12-16-19 with Dr. Shah after surgery last week. Sinus and deviated septum surgery, along with the insertion of ear tubes was completed on 12-10-19. I have been a part of OHIO ENT for a number of years. My original doctor within the practice retired and I was referred to Dr. Shah. He is truly interested in you and your care. He takes time to answer questions and explain next steps. Thank you Dr. Shah and staff for taking very good care of me and all your patients.

Dr. Shah was recommended to me by my MD who's daughter had been treated by Dr. Shah. A septoplasty resection and turbinate removal was performed on me. Everything went well and the surgery facility was outstanding. I highly recommend Dr. Shah and Ohio ENT & Allergy Physicians.

Dr. Shah is an excellent doctor. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and makes sure you understand the procedure and treatment options.

I have had sinus and ear problems since childhood. Dr. Shah is the first doctor that I felt tackled the problems very seriously and I'm happy to say I'm starting to see improvements in my health. He's easy to talk to and receptive to my concerns. Wait times are a little long sometimes, but I can usually get an appointment in quickly when I urgently need to see Dr. Shah.

Dr. Shah was did an amazing job with my nasal surgery. Having Dr. Shah take care of me was the best choice for sure!

All three of my children has tonsils and adenoids out by Dr. Shah. 2 of them were adult sized when it was done, which makes recovery harder on them. I really wish I had taken them to him sooner, because he made a great difference in their health. No more snoring, sinusitis, tonsil stones, sore throats or strep infections. There were no complications, the staff working with him at the surgery center and the office were great, I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Shah and staff are a great group to be cared for by and we highly recommend their office. Our daughter started seeing him when she was 2 and she is now 6, she enjoys her visits and they always treat her so well!

Dr Shah helped all 3 of my children. Tubes for my 1 year old, adenoids and tubes for my 4 year old, and tonsils and adenoids for my 6 year old. He was wonderful with the kids and amazing with surgery. His office staff is friendly. He will answer all of your questions and explain things in a manner that's easy to understand. The surgery center that they use is amazing too - very top notch. I can't think of a single negative thing to say - HIGHLY RECOMMEND

After months of running to urgent care for recurrent sinus infections, I was referred to Ohio ENT with Dr. Shah. He was extremely thorough and took the time to listen to me. He also sent me for further testing with an allergist and I've now realized that I'm allergic to SO many things that I had no idea about. He followed up with a cat scan on my nasal cavities and reassured me that surgery is not necessary at this time. I couldn't be more pleased with my appointments with Dr. Shah.

I am a USAF Veteran who was referred to Dr. Shah for sinus related issues. Absolutely the best experience with him and his team at Ohio ENT. My office visit was quick, easy and efficient. This is my second time for endoscopic sinus surgery and first with Dr. Shah. Dr. Shah was so approachable and took the time and explained the process and answered all my questions My wife is a RN and she was impressed on his down to earth demeanor and his thoroughness. After other referrals, Dr Shah confirmed I needed surgery for a parathyroid problem. He explained the recommended surgery and the possible good and bad side affects. He was well aware of my concerns with my condition and surgery. At the hospital we met before and after surgery. After surgery I had no related pain. During my post-op examine he said all went well and that I can get back to my normal activities.

Dr. Shaw has been our family's ENT physician for several years. He and all staff at Ohio ENT have gone above and beyond all expectations. My youngest son has a number of unusual health conditions, and Dr. Shah has provided exceptional care in all circumstances. While it is sometimes necessary to wait at an appointment, the office has also bent over backwards to fit us in when our own emergency arose. This office prides itself on personal, professional service.

Dr. Shah performed our 4 year old son's adenoidectomy surgery which was quick and painless and he is doing great! The surgery made a huge difference in his night time breathing the first night post surgery and his recovery time was minimal. Dr. Shah did a great job answering our questions and our son's questions post op. We had a great experience working with Dr. Shah and would recommend him to others.

I have doctored with Dr. Shah for many years, mainly for ear pain and ear wax problems. He performed sinus and turbinate surgery on me in June 2017. I have been very satisfied with his care. I would recommend him to any of my friends.

I had an appointment June 14th 2017. I have never been so rushed He looked in my ears so fast there is no way his eyes could have focused. Then he looked down my throat, again too fast. I waited patiently for my appointment. My exam was very disappointing. It will be interesting to see the level of office visit that is billed.

Dr. Shah was very patient and thorough in explaining the procedure before, and following up after. I read online descriptions of the procedure (NOT of Dr. Shah - just the surgery in general) and there were many comments about a painful recovery and mixed effectiveness. I found the procedure, as performed by Dr. Shah to be minimally uncomfortable and the results were outstanding! I can not remember the last time I was able to breathe as well as I do now! Thank you Dr. Shah!

I underwent a thyroidectomy with Dr. Shah and after having numerous other surgeries, this one frightened me the most, even though it was probably my least invasive. I thought that I would have a large noticeable scar on my neck but it fit naturally into the fold of my skin so it is less obtrusive. Dr. Shah has a wonderful bedside manner and entertained any questions that I had, even after my office visit. The office is busy but yet he takes all the time necessary to address your needs. I was recommended by St. Ann's to go to doctor Shah for nasal polyps. That was the best recommendation I could have received. Doctor Shah performed the surgery with excellent results. The staff was also great. When I go for a followup visit with Dr. Shah, he is very thorough in examining my progress. Five Star service all the way.

Good patient relations. He was competent in the surgery he did on my throat. I have no problem recommending him to others.

I recently found a large nodule (3.3 cm)on my thyroid. After the ultrasound and needle biopsy had been completed I was referred to a ENT doctor in Newark. This guy was a jerk. He told me let's wait to see if it shrinks (it continued to grow another .7 cm in five months. The more we talked the more uncomfortable I became with him and his sensitivity to my problem. When I got home that night I started searching the internet and found the Ohio ENT website. Dr. Shah is fantastic!!

Dr. Shah is very personable. He got me started with Physical Therapy and set up an MRI of my head in an effort to discover what might be contributing to my Vertigo and subsequent falls. I am an 81 year old lady and I greatly appreciate his willingness to investigate these options. I will be following up with another appointment with him and have another appointment with an Audiologist, as I am not hearing really well. I feel I'm in excellent hands and Dr. Shah will improve my vertigo problem

Dr. Shah put ear tubes in for my infant son. The whole process was very smooth and professional, and I felt Dr. Shah did a great job all around. It has definitely helped my son!

I would NOT recommend this office!!! Extremely long wait and I was GROSSLY overcharged!! I would give them zero stars if I could. I am extremely disappointed in the care in which I received at this office. I was charged for a hearing test that I did not authorize, spent over an hour in the waiting room and only 3 minutes with Dr. Shah. Not to mention, my problem wasn't solved and I was charged a ridiculous amount of money. Save your money and time and go elsewhere.
