The worst doctors office I have ever been to. They never answer their phones they go from 0 to 60 with no evidence on why a two-year-old needs a invasive procedure.

RUN AWAY. FAR FAR AWAY.

Dr. Debroy is very nice. BUT he has a very small office in Webster. Way too many people the waiting room allows for. After recieveing test results via hospital portal, we did not hear from the office regarding the results. We have called numerous times over multiple days and even at this point have still not been able to get in touch with anyone in the office. Mean while my daughter is still sick and missing school because nothing is being done. Will be looking into changing doctors. Dr. Debroy is very nice. BUT he has a very small office in Webster. The MD has horrible follow up and follow through. They don't return calls and that is huge NO. I will be reporting to insurance and board. You are dealing with sick children.

This was our first visit seeing Dr. DebRoy and after waiting an hour we saw the doctor and really liked him. His staff on the other hand is HORRIBLE! Save yourself a lot of time and stress by NOT going to this office! I was talked to very disrespectful by the staff because THEY forgot to give me important paperwork then proceeded to make it my fault. My son won't be going back!

Warning he missed diagnosed my daughter and insisted on that it was her fault she was sick. I ended up having to go back and read do test put her through that again. I am furious!!!!!!

It's has it's moments if u got at the right time u can be in and out

Dr. Debroy is awesome very good with kids my daughter loves him...

Dr. Debroy was very personable with my child and knowledgeable and created an action plan that worked for both my daughter and I. He made sure we understood and felt comfortable with his diagnosis before we left. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The doctor was fine but the nurse/assistant never responds to my phone calls.This is the second time I had to go personally to the office to discuss my sons medical situation.She told me she will definitely call by the evening but I was never called.

Dr Debroy is an excellent doctor. He has completely resolved a problem my granddaughter has had her entire life.

I love Dr. DebRoy he is a very caring, patient, and through doctor. I wish he could be my son's regular doctor lol. I highly recommend him.

Waited 3 months for a visit where no exam took place, only a few questions that led to signing up for very expensive, un-needed procedures. My child left scared, and feeling bad about herself. He gave no helpful advice and felt like he just wanted money. After the visit, they keep scheduling us for things that I have to then cancel. I've told them not to schedule and they keep doing it. Now I'm being billed for things that never happened. I wish I never went here. Terrible experience.
