Dr. Arthur Turk

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT SEND YOUR DAUGHTERS TO DR TYRK! I was a patient of his from 1989-199? I distinctly remember him telling me and my mom on our first consultation that I needed to be wearing a “strapless bra or bikini top” and to make sure it was a “push up”so he “ could get a good look at my rib cage! Yeah right! CREEPY AF

This review is long overdue. There was no internet and no review systems when I saw Dr.Turk. This was in about 1974. I was quite sick with allergies and living on allergy pills to the point where I all I could do was sleep. I was overusing nasal spray too. In the first visit he made suggestions for how I could lessen my use of otc meds and set up testing. In very short order I was testing and getting antigen shots. Within a few weeks I was feeling better, in a few months I was feeling great. I had lots of enviornmental allergies. I needed 2 vials of antigen, and I got a shot twice a week. Forty five years later I am having a little more problem with allergies but still nothing like back then. I don't know if he is even still in practice but if he is he and his staff were excellent! Thank you Dr. Turk and the ladies in the office so many years ago!

I was young and he took advantage of his authority. Alone in his office to discuss breathing and congestion issues and he had me take my shirt off to “look at my skin”. I read another woman’s story about him on Yelp. Don’t send your daughters to him.

I think some of the nurses need some work in being more polite, but Dr. Turk is always wonderful when I get to see him & my allergies have been getting alot better.

Great physician, always available to patients in time of crisis for meds or office visits. Works to gind solutions to allergies and sinus attacks.

My advise is save your money and go to a different doctor. I was very unhappy with him. I was suppose to have a hour consultation with him, it only lasted 20 minutes. I was there to find out what was causing my allergic reaction his advise was to take Zyrtec. I didn't spend $225. for him to tell me take Zyrtec.
