Dr. Arnold Rugama, was good But his staff never follow through!! I always had to call for information and was told many time they would call back never got a call back :-( After I was told how bad my sleep disorder was they took over 8 week to get the machine I had to call the office because they forgot to order the machine

Good Doctor. He is understanding and compassionate. He really cares.

Efficient staff. Very detailed oriented doctor wanting to get a complete picture of patients health and treatment.

This is the 1st time I met him he is completely awesome. If waiting Room is too hot in the summer talk to the receptionist. It is unacceptable for being that hot i changed doctors from Dr. Silva to Dr. Rugama because of the heat in the waiting room. I mentioned the heat to the silva staff they did not care while they were in air conditioning so I changed doctors... but worth it for Dr. Rugama They will help accommodate let them know while making the appointment. I was referred to Dr. Rugama by my holistic doctor, and I'm grateful. I loved how much time he spent with me, to understand me and my issues, and to go over my CPAP settings and equipment. His advice has helped significantly, with just one Zoom appointment. He has a nice calm personality and made me feel very comfortable and not rushed. The doctor is very helpful and staff is very nice as well.

I have been a patient of Dr Rugama's for two years. He is hands down the worst doctor I have ever had. He is totally disorganized. Doesn't respond to phone calls. Doesn't authorize routine prescription refills. Three times I have filled out the new patient form. He acts like he is reviewing my case for the first time whenever I see him. He is totally disorganized and shouldn't be practicing medicine like that. I've never been so annoyed with a doctor in my life.
