Everyone there is super nice and I'd go back if they took my insurance. The first time I went they did, the second time they didn't and they didn't mention it until half way through the cleaning. Disappointed that this was not told before hand as I had to pay out of pocket for something that my insurance should cover. I would have went else where I stead of paying a fee I already have to pay in general for the insurance. Overall lovely people but this was deceptive.

Dr. Ian is so nice we go to him even though our insurance does not cover the work he does for us. He makes your apt very pleasant. He works very hard to make you happy with his work. His staff is really nice and friendly too. .

I went to Peace today for the first time and it was the best experience going to a dentist that i’ve ever had!! They’re super kind and caring! I’m so happy i’ve finally found and amazing dentist to go to!

Didn’t floss or teeth at 6 month check up. Didn’t feel our teeth were adequately cleaned. Other service were good. That is why we left.

Exceptional service! From front desk to back offices, professional, caring, respectful! They ALL, actually cate about you as a patient. Hope to be long time patient for myself and my family.

Very friendly staff. Honestly the one thing that also stands out besides the dentists was the fact that my gums didn’t bleed and I wasn’t in pain after a cleaning.

Used to hate the dentist,but find such confidence in all the staff at Peace dental ,from the office staff who make you feel comfortable from the beginning to the hygienist Sherri who has made cleaning my teeth a very good experience and of. Everyone from the front desk to the chair in the back are exceptional.I was treated with the utmost respect and my needs and concerns were addressed. The office itself is architecturally beautiful, so if there were a wait, I wouldn't have minded.

Staff very professional and accommodating making new and established patients comfortable. Equipment and dental treatment areas are very modern. Dentists are proficient practitioners.

This is my dentist and I'm so happy we found this place. Very friendly, professional, and caring. Dr. Josh Polacek is my dentist there and he has a great way of alleviating anxiety and Kasey is a wonderful dental assistant. Highly recommend Peace Dental and the entire team

Very helpful took me as new patient since my original dentist retired. Then also took my mother as a patient since she does not go to the dentist regularly, and new a tooth pulled. They do the services you choose be it a regular like myself or a one time situation like my mom. Great neighbor dentist!

This past summer my youngest was getting married. A week before the wedding, I broke my front tooth. I called Peace Dental and they were able to get me an appointment within 24 hrs. They scheduled me with one of the dentists that takes my insurance so that there would be no issues regarding payment. The interesting part of this scenerio was this dentist was not scheduled to work that day. He came in extra to take care of my issue. This is going beyond what is expected in today's world. So appreciate the effort this practice made to decrease further stress and to be sure there was ample time between the tooth being fixed and any other issues that could arise. Peace Dental has been my go to dentist. The staff is friendly. They are patient when asking questions regarding advice on treatment options and dental care. They treat you with respect and like you are family. They have done a wonderful job with maintaining my dental health. I would definitely recommend. Nice people.

We are new patients to Peace Dental and we love it! The doctors are fantastic. The staff is helpful and friendly. The office has parking, is clean and quaint. The location is perfect if you have kids in school at Shaler and they sponsor many local sports teams.

Made an appointment and confirmed days in advance. Miraculously when I showed up and my skin was visible there wasn't any record of my appointment ????

I went to Dr Peace for a tooth which partly fell out because of a bike accident last Feb - It was the absolute smoothest dental procedure I have ever had done - it only hurt a tiny little bit for a very very short time - when I left the office my mouth was a little numb and by dinner time I was eating normally. Peace Dental is absolutely amazing! Wonderful family dental practice that treat you as part of their family. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I had my first filling by Dr. Ian Peace. I haven't had my appointment yet, but based on customer service alone it's a 5 for me. I spoke with Casey (sp?) on the phone and asked a ton of questions about getting my 2yo son in for his first dental appointment and she was AMAZING. I've been stressing over finding the right dental practice for my family and especially my son, who HATES getting his teeth brushed, and Casey spent a good 10 minutes on the phone with me walking me through the process, discussing the appropriate dentists and easing my fears. She was so helpful and kind, and based on my interaction with her alone, we'll be scheduling appointments here. My wife just got back and I couldn’t be happier with the price we paid (self employed, no dental insurance) the previous places we went just gouged the s&$! out of us. My wife also said she liked everyone there and they were straight forward with her. This seems like an very honest / fair practice, highly recommended

Complete waste of time. Booked appointment online and when i showed up there was no record of that. I did receive an email confirming my appointment. When i booked i was asked which insurance i had at which it stated they accept my insuraunce. They could have taken me but they only accept like 3 insurances an mine wasn't one of them. Been going here since I was born. Dr Peace is an awesome dentist and person. His newest DDS/DMD is very nice as well. Have had multiple cavity fills from both. Everything is always super smooth.

No one ever answers the phone. I can't get an appointment but my friend said to try else where due to the cost and lack of quality skill. Maybe I was lucky they didn't pick up the phone.

Been going to Peace Dental regularly for over a year. I love how it doesn't look like an actual office. It's a redesigned house. I have never had a problem. The staff is always friendly and the procedures I've had were fairly painless. I highly recommend this dentist.
