Doctor Stephen ruelman is the best I've ever been to. He's usually swamped but as far as it goes His diagnostic is fantastic. His staff is polite And also overworked. Be kind everyone wants to be there but nobody wants to wait.

I have been seeing Dr. Katz for over ten years now. He is an excellent doctor. He listens to my long list of complaints and gives me the medication I need to help my arthritis. He has even come over to the hospital and provided care for me. Look no further, he's an wonderful doctor.

Dr Katz is very knowledgeable as he's been practicing for over 50 years (literally). Unfortunately, as a result, he's pretty stuck in his thinking. For example, he still uses paper records (which I didn't think was legal anymore, but whatever) and doesn't keep up to date on new research (not weird trends, but newer verifiable studies). He's also ALWAYS significantly (like 30+ minutes) late - even for the first appointment of the day. I've literally never once been seen on time. When I do get taken back, he doesn't take the time to read my results with me. Often times, he'll just look through them and say 'your blood work is fine' without showing me the results and move on to the next thing. I have to specifically stop him and ask to show me my results every time. I view things from the perspective that I own my health journey and am hiring doctors as health consultants. I really did like Dr. Katz, but his office and staff are horrible. No organization, hard to reach anyone, lost my chart, never called with lab results.

Dr.Katz is awesome. He’s a great doctor, very professional and he really cares. However the office staff are terrible, getting them to answer the phone and call back is like pulling teeth. Dr. Katz is a very caring doctor. He gives you one on one attention and he doesn't rush. I have never had a problem with his staff. They have always been kind and understanding.

Dr. Katz treats me for Sjogren's Syndrome, TPI, and Pernicious Anemia. He listens to me and always makes time for what I need to discuss.

Dr. Arnold Katz saved my life style and possibly ME. I am a very motivated person. I do handyman projects in my free time. About 5 years ago, that almost came to a end. My body hurt so bad, I felt like I was going into a crippling depression. Dr. Katz diagnose me for fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis. Dr. Katz proscribe me two different medications. OH MY GOD. with in two weeks. I was a totally different person. I thank Dr. Katz almost every time i see him. Office staff is so friendly and are on top of it. Yes they are busy. But they will get back to you. I personally think they are all awesome. You people that under rate Dr. Katz. Well! that is the kind person you are. Thank you Dr. Arnold Katz for all that you do. I've been going here for years. During this time, the front office has changed staff several times, as well as a huge remodel and new phone/computer system. But for the past two years or so, it's been extremely stable, the staff in place has been friendly and helpful, and Dr. Katz is very knowledgeable and friendly. Rachel and the nursing staff have been nothing short of stellar, I have no issues when dealing with insurance, and my prescriptions are always called in correctly and on time. I'm extremely grateful to Dr. Katz...he has me much better now than when I walked into that office.

I saw Dr Katz for many years and for those years he just threw meds at me. I have switched to a Dr who listens and caught several major things Katz missed. His front office is terrible. Do everything by hand. I won’t go back

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Dr. Katz!! I've been w him for a few yrs & he is BY FAR the most compassionate & wonderful doctor. I couldn't praise him enough!! As well as THE ROCKSTAR RACHEL!!! She is why people love nurses!! She's AMAZING! Thanks so much to this amazing team!!?????? - A. Tooley

2 scheduled vists to this office to date. Nice enough folks when you are there, but good luck getting any follow up. FIVE phone calls since my last visit and not ONE return call. I still have no medication after 2 visits over 4 months. STILL No Medication!! I relocated from another state, have been on meds for 8 years. looking for a new dr again, apparently these folks are too busy.

My wife's Dr sent a referral over 12 days ago and I have called and left 4 messages trying to get an appt with no luck. They have not bothered to returned any of my calls. I even left one for the office manager and again did not receive a return call. I have selected numerous options trying to talk to a live person with no luck. All of them have you leave a message.

I had to wait almost an hour to see Dr Katz and my appointment was supposed to take an hour but took 15 minutes. He never asked me any questions that really had anything to do with my walking issues and just determined I was fine. I have never been so angry with any doctor in all of my life. I have never been big on going to the dr and will definitely not be wasting my time on this man.

Just amazing in every way. So interested in patient’s needs.

Well, Katz is knowledgeable, but the stars are dropping the longer Mom and I sit here in the waiting room... currently 25 minutes past the 9:45 appointment time. [Edit: we were finally called in at 10:15 to take her vitals, and still had to wait till 10:30 to see The Great Dr. Katz Himself.] Impossible to get anyone on the phone - sometimes the message system doesn’t work, and sometimes they just don’t call back. They don’t call back when you need pain treatment referrals, or to give you lab results when you ask. And they’re closed Wednesdays. How the hell does anyone run an office like this?? And frankly, he’s pretty dismissive of me as a caregiver. He told me to my face I didn’t know which imaging center I’d taken Mom to yesterday. I’d have had Mom seeing a new rheumatologist months ago, but she’s resistant to change so I guess we’ll pack a lunch next time. I am a new patient of Dr. Katz. I believe he is a good Dr. but his staff has zero customer service. I have called 6 times total in a 7 day period for 3 issues (one being severe pain) with no calls returned and nobody to assist me. I actually spoke to 2 people during these 6 phone calls and of course they couldn't help me either. I have tried for months to get a call back for the person that bills the insurance company for Dr Katz have left several messages and never received a call back. He is not showing on my insurance for last year but DR Ruhlman does which they both accept the same insurance. I had to pay all of the visits out of pocket for last year out of pocket. Even the people in the office told me both Doctors accept the same insurance. I really like DR Katz but his billing office will not return a call to me for nothing to get this straighten out. I had to pay $460 out of my own pocket so I could keep seeing this Doctor. I will give this a 2 not because I do not like Dr Katz because I DO but I do not like the way the billing office handles the accounts. They refuse to call back. I really liked Dr. Katz. He was very thorough and spent quite a lot of time listening to my symptoms. But, the front office staff was not very professional or welcoming or organized.

Arrogant and pompous, and doesn't apologize when he's wrong. I'm my mother's caregiver, and he treated me like an idiot, telling me I didn't know which imaging and pain medicine centers I'd driven her to myself. We had just waited 47 minutes past our appointment time to see him, too - again no apology from him or his staff. And the office is TERRIBLE about answering the phone, never calls back if you leave a message, and half the time the "message" system doesn't let you leave one.

I am referred to this Dr but his office is constantly closed they answer rarely and when i finally did get a hold of someone they told me they only make appointments on wednesdays and told me to call back tomorrow! I dont have a good feeling about this practice, unprofessional so far.

I am a new patient of Dr. Katz and although I feel he has been a good Dr. his office help and Nurses have the WORST customer service I have ever seen. I have called 6 times within a matter of 7 days in order to get my lab results and have a prescription. Filled for a specialty clinic with no results. I have even spoken to 2 separate people but alas they couldn't help of course. I would never recommend them

I have had Dr. Katz for many years. He is a very caring dr. However he did recently miss the fact that I had a badly degenerated hip and needed a hip replacement. Also his new nurse seems incompetent and not returning messages and assisting getting prescriptions refilled in a timely matter. Also the chairs in the office are very uncomfortable especially for patients with arthritis!

Dr. Katz himself isn't bad, he just needs to learn to listen to his patients more thoroughly instead of rushing through the appt. His office staff is horrible, rude, and lacking knowledge or patient care. Since Mrs. Mary, his nurse left, the nurses he has now are awful, rude, and should be ashamed at how they treat patient's. I've been with Dr. Katz for a long time, but because of his awful, unprofessional staff I am seriously considering looking for a new doctor.

Superb Physician! Very Competent and Knowledgeable as well as a kind and interesting person.

Has been my husband's doctor for 17 years. Always has time to listen and has great bedside manner. Can't say enough wonderful things about him!

Very knowledge. Varied attention. Increased meds after I reported side effects. Horrible office staff, I can almost guarantee they will lose your first referral. Nurse is VERY inadequate.

I have had severe RA for 35 years. I have had very horrible side effects to arthritis meds. Every Rheumatologist I've been to has ignored that history & immediately has wanted to blast me with the most dangerous drugs available. Dr. Katz has been very careful. Often doctors misdiagnose illnesses as RA. It nearly cost me my life when I had severe pneumonia. Others diagnosed as "Rheumatoid lung." I was frantic as I knew I was in trouble. Dr Katz took the time to properly diagnose.Very wise doctor!

I felt like Dr Katz just wanted to pump a bunch of meds at me. Not happy.

As a doctor, he missed a major, very important problem. In addition, he repeatedly made me wait more than 30 minutes to be seen on two occasions and 45 minutes on one. I have since left for a new doctor.

Dr Katz has been wonderful. He's the first of many doctors that has finally figured out what is wrong with me and now can treat me. He listens very well and takes my case seriously.

I respect Dr. Katz because he listens and communicates very well. He explains things completely and really cares about his patients.
