Well I have to share my happiness, to me Dr Soto is the best, from the beginning he explained to me what was my best option, second te customer services, honestly is the best, they treat me with respect all the time, every one are very sweet, super organized the day of surgery everything went as he explain me, I have a doughy that nigh with medication, and Valerie ( nurse) call me immediately, then she texted to check on me, MY RESULTS come exactly as I wanted. I recommend this office 1000k %, the best of the best, they cost every penny that I paid, ????????

Dr. Soto and the team is nothing short of kind and amazing!! They were honest, open, accommodating as I traveled to be a patient of Dr. Soto. His team was so nice, they answered ALL of my questions with no hesitation or fakeness, even nights and weekends when I would message or email. My surgery (below the muscle breast augmentation with lift) was not painful, the team of anesthesiologists they work with were top notch. There was not a single issue. Would 10/10 recommend.

I honestly wish I would have done my breast augmentation surgery years ago!! I had many fears and as a nurse, wasn’t always a big believer in plastic surgery. It became very frustrating to finally lose weight and most of this be in my breasts. Dr. Soto and his team have been absolutely amazing. He is particular (very particular!) but there is a method to the madness. (For example- I may hate Gatorade now?) I am absolutely thrilled beyond measure with the results!!! Only regret ladies- is that I didn’t book him sooner. You are literally in the best hands with them.

I am a little over 2 weeks post op from having a breast lift and augmentation with Dr. Soto. I am extremely happy with my results thus far. Dr. Soto is very confident (in a good way) and I felt very comfortable with him doing my procedure. The ladies in the office are always very nice. Being able to use the app to communicate with the on call nurse is absolutely amazing. As someone who is naturally anxious, I always had questions lol So it was nice to be able to text my many questions and receive a response quickly. Usually it is Valerie and she never seemed annoyed. Dr. Soto has exceeded my expectations and I’m truly in awe at what he is able to do with reshaping breast tissue for a lift. I recently had surgery at Aesthetic Enhancements Plastic Surgery. I feel very happy and pleased with the work done. My nurses in charge of my care were Valerie and Autumn, excellent health professionals who always made me feel confident and calm in the recovery process. 100% recommended!

If you are considering a cosmetic procedure, you will not be disappointed with Dr. Soto. From the consultation to post-op appointments, he took ample time to answer my questions and ensure that I felt comfortable with the process. He is straightforward and honest. He provides you with realistic expectations, but delivers results that are even better than expected. His staff was always available and answered messages in a timely manner, even outside of office hours. The relationship with Dr. Soto extends well beyond the day of surgery. Follow-up appointments are frequent and he monitors you closely to ensure that the results are exactly what he wants. I highly recommend Dr. Soto.

DO NOT GO TO IF YOU ARE LGBT+ I inquired about cosmetic surgery. I had a consultation and was charged for my consultation. never hid I was a transwoman. I spoke with them preconsultation and with Dr Soto. They had no issue charging for the consultation but now will not schedule me for anything further. Also they make it very difficult to get a hold of someone who I can speak with about a refund on my consultation fee.

Dr recommended Bobytite when other Drs recommended a tummy tuck. I should have gone with the tummy tuck. For me, Bodytite was a waste of time and money. The dr didn’t like to hear my concerns and told me to wait. It’s been slightly over a year and didn’t offer any real solution short other than a tummy tuck.

Dr. Soto is amazing! He is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. After breastfeeding 2 children, I wanted to get back what I had lost. The results are perfect! Very natural looking and exactly what I was hoping for!

I have called the office several times and never received a call back just to schedule a consultation for a procedure. It has been two months and no one has called me back. This is terrible service and I will take my money somewhere else.

Absolutely the worse customer service, I had an appointment and tried to email the office to make a change because I wasn’t feeling good sick in bed. This appointment costs me $100 dollars, and I never heard back. After emailing a few more times no response and finally on my last try a person named Trish called me back. I told her I have been emailing back from emails I have been receiving from their office. She informed me that those emails aren’t responded to because they are just announcements about services. How was I suppose to know this? There is no reference to not replying to these mails. No suggestion it’s only advertisement nothing. My emails never ever were kicked back either to me. Dr. Armando Soto and his staff are top notch. I had a breast lift with breast implant exchange 6 weeks ago and could not be happier with the results. I had my original implants placed by a different surgeon 14 years ago, and was never pleased with the results. I used Dr. Soto back in 2013 for another procedure and knew when it was time to change my implants I would be consulting with him. I had my first experience with Dr. Soto In 2017, he changed a set of implants that I have had for over 18 years and did a lift. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I had a combined procedure (Moxi, Nano, and BBL) with Amy Darlrymple, ARNP, in Dr. Armando Soto’s office in Orlando. The results were phenomenal and by far exceeded my expectations—all with minimal downtime. To say I am pleased is an understatement. I highly recommend Amy and Dr. Soto at Aesthetic Enhancements.

I wanted to get laser hair removal and found this place by my friend who has done some work here. I have to say Amy does a great job and I can’t complain about her but what I am complaining about is the fact they Changed the pricing of my 4th session. Before I even started to get laser there. I called they told me it would be $200 a session. Which by the way is pricey for laser hair removal but since it’s a plastic surgeons office I was willing to pay the price of the session. Now my 4th session I go to checkout with the front desk girl. Not only do I wait a while to for her to check me out. She then gets up and leaves for a few minutes. She comes back and tells me it’ll be $220 minus the $30 you prepaid. I’m like how did the price change? I’m not aware of the price change. With her passive aggressive attitude as she doesn’t care because it’s not her money. She tells me I don’t know your file and we will do better. Well as the receptionist she does know my file because I fill papers out every time I’ve gone so she’s very aware. I said how can you change the price without telling me ahead of time? I wasn’t sent an email or anything stating you are changing the price of the sessions. I don’t think that’s professional at all to do that to a client wether they are paying $200 or 10k. Price changing out of No where is wrong and bad business. And the receptionist treating me the way she did was unacceptable as I was doing something wrong which I wasn’t. She is was wrong for treating me that way. I’m not even sure I’ll go back. I wanted to do other things but that just rubbed me the wrong way price changing! I hope it doesn’t happen to any other clients. To Dr. Armando, I can’t believe that now you are accusing me of being a fake person. As a doctor you are to be honest to your clients, PERIOD. Never was I offered a package. I was offered by appointment. I will repeat by appointment for a price! Some people you may catch with the random price change but not me. You in no way shape or form told me as your client of price change! So with that being said don’t randomly change the price! I hope you learn your lesson. I know now that I can’t be the only person to complain about something like this especially now that you accuse me of being fake. Your office always has 2 cleaning ladies leaving as I come in for my appointment. You have pink everywhere, you have lots of glitter inside the waiting area. Im very upset and disappointed with the Miradry procedure I had done here in October 2020. First every time I went I would always end up waiting at least 20 minutes past my appointment time to be seen which I get it you can run behind but this happened every time. I went for the consult and it was fine Amy was very nice and did my procedure the 2nd time I went in. My size was definitely not taken into account for the procedure I was never weighed and was given way too much lidocaine. I have been given lidocaine before and had no issues but this time I was given way too much as I am very small and had very skinny arms which should be taken into account to not risk nerve damage, so I ended up fainting a total of 4 times within 48 hours after having the procedure done and mind you I have never fainted before in my life. I was also told not to put anything on my underarms except ice packs or frozen water bottles to keep the area cool come to find out I should have been putting an antibiotic ointment to prevent burning and blisters so I now have dark ugly scars. You are also not supposed to sweat for awhile after this procedure there is supposed to be a lot of sweating a month later cause it is pushing everything out then it is supposed to die down a lot. I began sweating like crazy just 4 days after my procedure despite how swollen I was. I was swollen almost all the way down to my forearms, to my upper chest and armpits, to my upper back and shoulder blades. This was very concerning so my mom called and they just blew her off like oh it’s fine the lidocaine is just working it’s way out of her system lots of swelling is normal just keeping icing. We were also told this procedure would help thin armpit hair so I was very excited as I had been getting laser done and figured this would be it but no I now had way more hair than I started with before even doing laser so an even larger waste of money. I had a lot of numbness and tingling in my arms down to my fingers and still major swelling following the procedure so I decided to go back after a month to see dr Soto himself and figure out what was going on. When we called we were under the impression we would be seeing dr Soto but we saw Amy instead who had no idea what was going and just kept saying it’s fine and wait longer. Very upset I asked to see dr Soto and they instead told me to come back to see him. My final trip there we finally see dr Soto over a month after my procedure, and he straight up lies many times saying miradry is the highest rated procedure on this plastic surgery platform real self when it was actually breast augmentation miradry was like 7 or 8 on the list and when trying to figure out my nerve issue he said there has never been any nerve damage from miradry when there was actually a study done on a woman who had brachial plexus if you simply google miradry complications. He also decided to say my swelling was healthy tissue and likely extra fat I gained from my birth control. I have been taking my birth control for four years now and have had zero issues ever. Soto also tested my nerves by having me push on his hands and fingers and said oh no that’s normal you’re fine. He just kept blowing everything off and making excuses then suggested I DO THE PROCEDURE AGAIN. I was so upset I simply just said okay and left to never return. Seeing another doctor I find out I had compressed nerves from major swelling and accute nerve damage from the procedure. I have been getting lymphatic messages to bring down the swelling and have been waiting for my nerves to heal, after 5 months, when the total heal time is 3 months. I sweat as if I never had the procedure done and have had to pay for more rounds of laser. Such an upsetting and disappointing experience, do not go here as you will waste every penny and be belittled while you’re at it. So sad to see you gaslighting those who are upset, the responses to not great reviews show what you’ll really be dealing with here. I recommend the Bassin center for ur plastic surgery needs. AMENDED REVIEW I previously posted a review about breast augmentation and body tite - which were great. So, I got the emsulpt - complete waste of time and money! I did not see ANY results whatsoever. Dr. Soto and his team are amazing! I had breast augmentation surgery in May 2020, as well as, body tite in the thigh areas. While the recovery was painful and a little daunting, at first, Dr. Soto's team is there every step of the way during the recovery. They promptly respond to questions and concerns - even on weekends. I can’t express how happy I am that I chose Dr. Soto for my lower body lift surgery. I lost about 65 pounds after having 3 babies and I had a lot of excess skin surrounding my midsection. I was nervous going in for my consult because I haven’t been confident in a long time. I certainly don’t like showing my body to anyone, however it’s part of the process. When he saw me, he said to me, “my goodness, you’re tiny! You’re swimming in your own skin!” I was so happy to hear that! I haven’t been called tiny in a very long time! He made me feel very comfortable and I knew he was going to be my surgeon at that point. On surgery day, I was super nervous. He really had a way of putting your mind at ease though. The anesthesiologist was also super chipper and hilarious. It was a very smooth experience. He cracked a joke while he was putting me under. :). I’m an incredibly picky and meticulous person. I know I’m hard to please and even harder to get along with. Dr. Soto and Amy the mid level have surpassed my extremely high expectations I had for my first time going under the knife and getting dermal fillers/Botox. I had 34A breasts after having 4 children, loss of volume and size were my main complaint. He did my breast augmentation and it was an easy, near painless procedure as well as recovery. I had a horrible experience with Dr. Soto. I went to him for a breast augmentation. We discussed the size I was wanting. After my surgery I immediately noticed things were wrong. I tried addressing my concerns and he told me I had to give it more time. As time went on the worse the outcome. I went to get 2 second opinions. I not only stayed the same breast cup but by bad surgical technique he caused symmasia. My left breast is deformed and he placed my incision sight way too high Where it is causing issues and left a horrible scar. I reached back out to Dr. Soto multiple times with no answer. It is going to cost me more money to try and fix the damage that he caused than my originally augmentation was.

If I can put zero stars, I would have. I don’t usually write reviews to the point that this is usually my first on google but I’m so disappointed I had to. They make you wait forever. They make you feel super dumb for asking questions & all they care about is making money. MOST IMPORTANTLY DO NOT GET THEIR MIRA DRY TREATMENT.

$9000 for liposuction and some special laser procedure around my waist and abdomen with zero results. I'm so disappointed in the way the doctor treated me weeks after my procedure. He kept saying maybe in 6 months you'll see results or we might just have to do more liposuction. I had to do my own aftercare research because he wasn't helpful at all. I bought the correct garment because they had me buy the wrong garment. I also had to get a lymphatic massage person on my own. I felt like they purposely want you to come back for more. Not a good experience. Very long scars on my breast lift and such a bad visual result on the shape I am going to other surgeons for repair. I did get capsule contracture this this shape issue. When I asked him for a quote to repair they quoted me $9k after I had already spend $14k on the break lift just 10 weeks earlier. I am a CEO of a company and President of a non-profit but asking for $9k to swap out implants that are insured and free after already spending what I spent was insulting. I have never written a negative review but feel the need with unprofessional communication, unwillingness to help without spending $9k more and scars underneath are too long, you can see them in a bikini top. I am so thankful I chose Dr. Soto as my surgeon. I had the abdominalplasty done a little over a month ago. I absolutely love the results! Dr. Soto and his staff are wonderful.
