Don’t bother going here if you’re not Russian.Actuality let my clarify, don’t go here if you’re not Russian or don’t look Russian (I am part Russian). The staff speaks Russian to everyone. There’s a Russian prayer for the doctor on the wall. The actual doctor is very rude. He tries to shame his patients for being depressed by telling them that’s so simple and that’s not a big deal. You know how I know that’s his response? He doesn’t close his door during his sessions which is a huge hippa violation so I will be contacting omh.ny. gov next. He is crazy. He needs to be seen by psychiatric. He screamed on patients. Unprofessional

He’s like a weird robot who has no empathy for his patients. Made my depressed mom cry. Stay away from this psychiatrist. The primary care doctor in this office (Dr. Ratsenberg) is a good primary doc though.

Horrible services. He does not make eye contact, he does not work with patients when their medications are not working. I am trying to find another doctor not that I think he would even notice. I think he is narcissistic and really should find anther field to work in.. He show no empathy for his patients. He allows the receptionist to run the office, they are allowed to make major decisions which I feel only the doctor should make. Because he has given them so much power they take advantage of their authority.. Horrible services.
