Me: dr. ALLEN, Since you are checking the cranial nerves; The side of my face is numb. My tongue is numb too. Dr. Reply: I am not looking at that. It isn't what I am looking for. Which makes me think that it isn't anything to worry about. A few years later, now with more severe symptoms I go to A REAL doctor. Brain tumor. Does anyone think I am going to pay 50 dollars no show for not calling in 24 hours ahead when feeling sick during a CO-VID PANDEMIC? AND more, i find out she could have caught the tumor sooner...if she weren't ALL ABOUT MONEY AND NOT PATENT CARE! Me: dr. Dr Allen has wonderful bedside manners, she makes you feel like you’re not just a # and shows her true concerns about you as a person/patient. Listens very well and makes you feel at ease. I would most definitely recommend her to any of my family and friends. Very kind, compassionate, caring and personable Dr.

Both her and her nurse are very rude. I know there is more to medicine than kindness, but if her nurse can't even answer basic medical questions without belittling you than that has a negative impact on your care

Exceptional provider. Explains your diagnosis very thoroughly. Goes over all options and recommendations. Allow input and answers all questions you may have. Very professional.

Had replacement of a sacral nerve interstim device

They have you arrive 30 minutes early. I have now been waiting over an hour just to be seen.

I had a Cystoscopy with Hydro-distention which went very well at Lake Women’s Hospital. I really appreciate Dr Allen’s and her staff for the wonderful care I received Yesterday and the last several years. I had been in constant pain with Interstitial Cystitis because my past urologist wasn’t proactive enough with my care. I highly recommend Arielle Allen, DO.

I can't imagine anyone not loving Dr. Allen. She diagnosed my problem immediately, prescribed the correct medication which helped tremendously. She was kind, outgoing and in no rush. I'd definitely recommend her.

I love Dr. Allen! I have sought an answer for my pelvic pain for fourteen years. One visit with her and I finally have an answer. I could have hugged her. Easy to talk to and I am so glad I requested a referral to her.

She was very arrogant and unaccomodating. Wanted to fix problem with more medication that I didn't need or want. I will not be back

Prior to scheduled surgery not in okc, my co-worker/friend told me about Dr. Allen and suggested I get a 2nd opinion. I made an appointment and after meeting and discussing my situation with Dr. Allen, I asked her to do my surgery. The surgery went well, my care at the hospital was wonderful, and Dr. Allen was professional from our initial meeting to her visit before I was discharged. I have already recommended her to 2 friends.

Wonderful caring Doctor. Explained all the conditions I had, what course of actions could be taken, what she recommended as best plan of treatment, quickly scheduled the procedure and performed the surgery.

Very arrogant. Dr Allen recommended surgery to my wife after her first recommendation didn't work. When my wife sought a second opinion just to be safe, Dr. Allen refused to release her medical records, cancelled the follow up appointment without telling my wife, and refused to see her again. I have serious issues with anyone that is so insecure about the quality of their work that they refuse to allow professional review. Dr. Allen performed one of my surgeries in 2013. She and her nurse were very professional and compassionate people. When making my initial appointment, though, no one told me she has two office sites. Naturally, I went to the wrong one. . .so if it's your first appointment, you might better clarify at which office she will be that day. For Dr. Allen and her nurse, I really have only positive things to say. However, my greater concern is that I recently requested my medical records from her office (on October 16, in fact) and one of her office staff (Kaci) was kind enough to e-mail me and tell me exactly when they went into the mail. However, today - November 4 - I still do not have them. I've called back multiple times and still nothing. When I called last Thursday, I got someone entirely new on the phone. Maria was the snottiest little thing I've ever dealt with, in any office I've ever contacted. When one rates a physician, one cannot ignore the office staff. . .unfortunately. My records should have been mailed out a second time by now (I did explain that I'm in somewhat of a hurry for the information), and anyone with Maria's attitude should not be dealing with the public. You are a great dr. But now you no longer accept my secondary insurance. So I'm going to miss you.

Dr Allen is one of the best UroGyn surgeons you will find. She is an excellent physician that brings expertise and competence to OKC. I have been going to her for several years and had surgery by her one year ago. Absolutely no complications and outcome was excellent. Her bedside manner demonstrates kindness and compassion- along with her clinical expertise. I highly recommend Dr Allen to others. Dr Allen is one of the best UroGyn surgeons you will find. I went to 3 different doctors and two years of horrible treatments before I was referred to Dr Allen. She was willing to try anything to get me better and finally resorted to a very uncommon surgery. I wish I would have found her sooner. I would trade the two years of hell for the one surgery any day. She is always so kind, so caring, very honest and easy to talk to. She is a godsend and never makes me feel bad or crazy for having such rare and strange female problems. I completely recommend her to anyone suffering. Dr. Allen is incredibly knowledgeable & passionate about her work. You can tell how much she loves her work & her patients. She is sweet, patient, gentle, sympathetic & a great listener. I've been seeing her for 4-5 years now. I was terrified the first time I went to see her but she talked me through everything & put me at ease. She is the most soothing doc I have ever been to. She never gives up on her patients. I love Dr.Allen & I can't say enough good things about her. She truly is the best!

Arrogant and rude. The first procedure she performed didn't work. When I sought a second opinion for the surgery she then wanted to perform, she refused to release my medical records, cancelled my follow up appointment without telling me, and refused to see me again. Obviously she is not comfortable with peer review.

Dr Allen is a very understanding and has a calming demeanor. Her staff is friendly and helpful. I am so glad that I selected her for my robotic hysterectomy.
