Archana Ganaraj

If you have breast cancer and you need an oncology surgeon, do not look any further. As a business professional, I did extensive research as well getting several opinions. Dr. Ganaraj came way on top! She put me at ease right away, explained things clearly and takes her time at each visit answering any questions you might have (I never felt rushed). One thing that I truly appreciated (and never expected) was that she calls her patients herself! What doctor does that nowadays? No middle man/woman. Additionally, she communicates extremely well with her network of doctors. As the said, she is the best!

She really listens to me and always gives me good advice I have a great deal of confidence in her ability She is very involved with my well being.

Dr. Ganaraj was absolutely wonderful. When you've been told you have breast cancer, you're full of questions. Dr. Ganaraj answered all of my questions, and extensively explained the surgery/recovery/recuperation. She never made me feel like she was in a hurry. My surgery was scheduled quickly- everyone in the office is kind and friendly. Highly recommended!

Professional and efficient.

When I was diagnosed with breast cancer, I was so uncertain of what to do. Dr. Ganaraj took the time to make certain that I understood everything we discussed and I was comfortable with my choices. Not many MDs take that time. I appreciate Dr. Ganaraj!!

I knew at my first visit that I’d chosen the right surgeon. She answered all of my questions and knew what I would want to ask later and covered that too. She asked if I’d told my teenage daughter and gave me excellent advice about how to handle that. I can’t imagine my experience being any easier than she made it. She will exceed your expectations from day one. She’s a lovely person and is a rock star in her field.

Dr. Ganaraj's is a wonderful surgeon. Aside from that, her way with you, the patient, is so comforting that a cancer diagnosis seems a little less threatening. A rare thing for a surgeon. She uses "we" and "us", making herself part of a team with the patient, thus sharing her worries and anxieties. Example: "It was not the news we had hoped for." I always look forward to my follow-up visits with her, because she is such a caring and positive person.

Doctor Ganaraj is the best one in her field. Her bedside manners and clear explanations give me peace and understanding of my diagnosis and follow up care.

After my breast cancer diagnosis and later, double mastectomy, Dr. Ganaraj made me feel well informed of my options and also cared for very well too! I would highly recommend her!

my visit was a regular check from breast surgery. She is so real and down to earth. Not only does she know what she is doing, she is so easy to talk to. I dragon boat race with a breast cancer team and she is interested in that activity so we talked about that as well. Her exam is so thorough and comments are so relevant. She is an amazing physician and sincerely cares about her patients. During my cancer treatment she provided all the options to me and thoroughly discussed the pros and cons of all of them. She communicates at a level that I can understand and is happy to answer my clarifying questions…for as many as I have. Oh, and my surgical scars are practically invisible. Dr. Ganaraj does a careful thorough exam. She is friendly, delightful and puts me at ease. She performed surgery for me and no cancer has returned in 15 years. She tells me she loves her job taking bad cancers out of people. I always recommend her to those with breast cancer.

Yes, Dr. Ganaraj is a great surgeon who listens to her patients. Dr. Ganaraj is very nice and welcoming and has the experience you want when it comes to breast surgery. Although my issue was relatively minor Dr. Ganaraj took care of me the same way she cares for a patient with more serious and complex breast care needs.

During a very shocking time she was comforting and had an overall demenour of peace. She was quick to get results back and gave both pros and cons of each procedure.
