My regular endocrinologist was out of town and Dr. Bindra was covering. She seemed too busy to even have a 10 minute conversation even though my medical situation had changed and I was a new patient asking for a changed prescription. I asked specifically for the branded version of my medication and she sent the generic to the pharmacy anyway. And she just generally seemed like she could care less about her work or her patients. Her attitude was horrible . Every time I tried to explain something to her she would cut me off and basically rush me off . I had many questions and she did not seem interested in answering them . I left and never went back Her attitude is ugly and I did not agree with her decisions ...

Very disappointing. Unable to get through to make a follow-up appointment for two months. Left more than six messages and was never called back. Foolishly, I finally went to see her. While waiting for almost an hour, I was moved around to three different rooms. Finally, it turned out that she was eating lunch while I was being shuffled around. Why the heck did they scheduled me then and why she took a lunch break while I was waiting? Very unprofessional. I had the office print up my blood test results, I got my copay back, and I will take them to a doctor who can be bothered to return my phone calls and actually see me. Very disappointing. Great Doctor!!! I highly recommend.

Dr. Archana Bindra is amazing and knowledgeable! She has patient's well being in mind. Her assistant is super sweet as well. My dad is lucky to have Dr. Bindra as his endocrinologist. Fantastic doctor.

No Proper Guidance to the Patients, She won't be clear on her suggestions. No proper response from her and doctors office on results.

Dr. Bhindra is pretty cool! She gets pretty busy but, she trys hard to help you out. She helped me get an insulin pump and trained me.
