Dr. Shadman saved my son and kept us in loop all along the way.

Takes his time with you. Very thorough and understanding. He was able to explain my neurological disease in terms I could understand and made me feel much more in control and less scared of my condition.

This doctor is arrogant, rude and talks about the patient like they're not there. Called my father a ticking time bomb a total of seven times- in front of my father. Refuses to collaborate with team members and denies his actions. When things became tense he was a coward and simply signed off instead of trying to reach any sort of compromise or communication with my dad's usual neurologist on his team. He directly contradicts his other team members. Passive aggressive and rude, talked down to me, even though he knew I was a nurse and fully understood the situation. Don't let him near your family. He should be ashamed of himself. 0/5 if I could express how awful his communication was, over and over.
