Dr. Arash Nassim Yazd

INTELLIGENT AND PERSONABLE

Dr Nassim is up front, easy to communicate with and always listens to what I say. If he is busy and I nered to see a doctor right away,one of his more than qualified PA's will get me right in . I have been a patient for 5 years and have complaints about the professional attention Dr. Nassim gives me. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes to see him. I would reccomend Dr, Nassim as a primary care physician

I am healthcare provider myself and have been following Dr. Naseem as a patient since he joined the Mercy likely over 10 years ago. I loved coming to see him at once a year but always faced great difficult In getting an appointment if I needed to see him or talk to him urgently due to administrative obstacles. I am asked to another provider with no good reason. At the beginning of this year I tried to schedule with him but it has canceled four times with no solid reason besides closure of OP due covid 19 . I guess he either left the Mercy or God forbid he moved another location but the appointment desk didn’t want to disclose his absence. Even though I loved Dr. Naseem but I don’t like Mercy/Dignity’s management and appointment system. I will mostly leave Dignity/Mercy if I continue to face difficulty in getting to see Dr. Naseem. Thank you

Intimidating, rude, and inappropriate

Excellent practioner. He listens, he monitors your progress and he follows up. I'm very pleased with him as my PCP.

I would recommend Dr. Nassim as your primary physician. He is friendly and direct in his communications.
