I have been a patient of Dr. Ara for over 10 years. My wife has seen Dr. Gina for many years as well. We have never had a bad experience and the Drs., staff, PAs, and everyone else is always kind and compassionate. Dr. Ara always takes his time with me, asks me about my health, mental health, life, and spends quality time with me. I have had telemedicine visits with him as well, and they too, have been awesome. I would HIGHLY recommend Hanissian Health Care for anyone who is looking for a concerned, caring, quality doctor. Both Dr. Ara and Dr. Gina are incredible doctors. Dr Gina is the very best doctor I’ve seen! She’s seriously brilliant and has figured out on going problems I’ve had. She listens and is compassionate.

My husband went in for a specific recheck last February and he received NO physical exam just ended up with $500.00 worth of bloodwork done in house. A BUNCH of non-specific and not needed tests were done. Nice Dr. but I don’t think it is being competent with no physical exam done. I tried to explain this with the staff but got NO Where! SMH

I started seeing Valerie Watters-Burke, nurse practitioner, last year. She is very thorough in her exam and takes the time to explain things and answer my questions. The office is not good, however, with calling back when I have a question for the nurse. I've called twice for the nurse this week with a question about my lab results and prescribed medication, and still haven't heard from anybody. My wife, my three children and I have seen Ara, Gina, and Charles over the years. Caring, knowledgeable, interested in what our condition is. Never a bad experience or feeling like they have to rush with us to get to the next patient. The nurse practitioners have always been helpful over the phone or if we didn't need a doctor. Excellent Dr. My husband and I have been going to Dr. Hanissian for about 10 years. He has always been a great Dr and answers all the questions when we ask him. Also he is very through. We would not go to any other Dr. If emergency he always finds time to see you.

Valerie Watters Burke has change my family's health. No doctor has done more for me than she has for me and my husband. She is ultra thorough on every visit. She has found many conditions that could have been a problem if left untreated, they have never been addressed before.

Poor follow up with lab results.They didn’t even tell me some lab values were not within normal limits and when confronted the office manager made stupid excuses for why I wasn’t given treatment for these.They also documented I didn’t follow up with a Neuro doctor when I did,I also got an MRI....all of which I reported to them yet they put in my medical records that I did not....false documentation...I do not recommend them at all.They lost my moms urine sample not once but twice.Do not use!

Due to the development of a number of medical ailments as I've aged, it has become necessary for me to see a number of specialists in addition to my primary care physician. In my opinion, Dr. Hanissian is an exceptional physician. He cares about his patients' well-being, and he is extremely knowledgeable (including current information/data) on new drugs and treatments. He answers all a patients questions and provides reassurances in the face of a new and difficult diagnosis.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Zara Hanissian for over twenty years. He and his staff of nurses, nurse practitioners and office staff have always treated us with the utmost respect and professionalism. We depend on their care and advice. We highly recommend Dr. Hanissian and his practice.

Started out good, poor follow up after several test were ordered, waited weeks and there was a problem situation that required treatment, several weeks passed by, not good with callbacks

The Best! My whole family will be going there. Charles Mason could not be any better.

Dr. Ara and Dr. Gina are beyond amazing!! Very professional, very knowledgeable and also treat you like their own family!! Love Hanissian health care! My family will not go anywhere else!! Also Rebecca from the front desk is absolutely phenomenal.... very friendly, professional and always have a smile!

Best nurse practitioner on the planet. Valerie Watters-Burke is awesome! She takes time with you to get to the root of your problem and does not just push you another prescription. They will see you fast or work you in if you don't feel as if you can wait. I love this office! Very caring staff too! Collierville's finest!

It's a strange place. I called for an Appt., to re-fill rather benign medication, after switching out of BC Insc.They told me they didn't have any Appts., w/ the MD, I would have to see a Nurse Practitioner. Also, even more ridiculous, they say once you are with the Nurse, you can't switch to the MD. I filed a Complaint w/ the Insurance Co. The Office told me some crazy story about the Nurse is trying to build up her Practice. Have you ever heard of such foolishness? What is she doing for my business, nothing? That's how much I care about her Practice. Beware, these folks, should be providing a Physician; only in the South would they try to get away with this type of stuff. It's a strange place. Best Dr. we have ever had. My family will stay with him forever. Other Drs could take lesson from him. Very kind and friendly staff.

Always professional and helpful. Several people in my family see the doctors and nurse practitioner and they take very good care of us.

Dr Ara is simply the best. He takes the time to figure out who you are and never in a rush to finish. I recommend him to my mother and brother. We are lucky to have him in our community. His nurses and staff are really nice as well and treat you with great care.

Dr. Ara is excellent he actually listens to his patients I never feel rushed and he keeps up with the latest trends in medicine and is very thorough with his testing and diagnosis. His staff is also very friendly and responsive.
