Gracious Dr. Spends the time, very thorough

Dr. Antony George is heavenly sent, he’s phenomenal. Had it not been for Dr. George you wouldn’t be reading this review. He was the ONLY doctor who believed me and helped me. PAIN CAUSES DEPRESSION AND DEPRESSION CAUSES PAIN. Dr. George taught me how to live with the pain.

Very knowledgeable great doctor has helped me a lot.

Let me start by saying I miss Dr. George very much. I got injured over a year ago and his office took me in the next day. He helped me in more ways then he will ever know. Every diagnosis was 100% spot on even though the Sedgwick will fight tooth and nail to say no. Unfortunately I moved out of state and I have a horrible doctor who doesn’t do anything for me now. Please take his advice from home exercises to PT. If it hurts tell him. You may feel like you want to slap him a couple of times (trust me I did) but he only needs to figure out what’s wrong. My husband hasn’t been able to even walk for weeks. Literally CRAWLING on all 4’s to just go to the bathroom. We were referred to Dr Anthony George and my husband went from barley making into his office with use of a cane, to almost PRANCING LIKE BAMBI once we left. Excellent! Dr. George found the cause of my back pain that two other doctors had miss identified. He uses wonderful analogies to make it easy to understand. He prescribed stretching and strengthening to relieve my pain. No meds. No surgery. Just back pain that comes from getting old (62). I wasn't ready to sit in a chair in retirement. He got me back on my feet and actively hiking trails with a backpack!!!

Great doctor and extremely knowledgeable. Has made my dealing with pain much more manageable.

Been seeing Dr George for a while. Was going to the Clinic and they were just giving me meds and no treatment. I went to Dr George and right away he tested my flexibility and strength and figured out what happened. He gave therapy and actually spent time with me. I will never go anywhere else. He is so gifted.

Dr. George is a good doctor, but if you need to talk to someone in the office, give it up. I would give the office staff less than 1 star if I could. I have been trying for months to get copies of bills and can't get any help. And now I have been calling for over a week and nobody ever answers or returns phone calls. This staff is horrible. I have been a long time patient of Dr. George and I can promise you you will not find a more knowledgable or caring doc. He has moved around Cleveland with different staffs and I will agree there have recently been some hiccups trying to contact them, but I assure you it is not because they do not care. Last I was told their phone system has been very faulty and with their recent move to Southwest General they have been flooded with new patient requests. I say great for them and congrats to their new patients getting great help. I hope their organization gets sorted out soon. Doctor George is phenomenal! Unlike most doctors, he spends ample time assessing his patients and is incredibly knowledgeable. I thought I was going to have to live in pain for the rest of my life, and for the first time in over twenty years I'm actually getting better! He also is treating an athlete I know whose doctor at the Cleveland Clinic (after a five minute visit) told her she would have to quit her sport if physical therapy didn't work (which it wasn't.) Doctor George assessed her and found weakened muscles and osteo issues that the Clinic missed, and the physical therapy exercises Doctor George prescribed have worked. He's truly fantastic, and his reputation among athletes I know is amazing. Everyone speaks of him with great enthusiasm and admiration! Doctor George is phenomenal! Doctor George is very nice, however, his office help is incompetent. They do not return phone calls or know how to fax documents. Very disappointing.
