I made an appointment for a consultation which they charge $80. They made it clear that if I didn't go ahead with the surgical procedure I could use the $80 towards something else in their clinic. A week after my consultation I decided to hold off on the surgery. I called to schedule an appointment for botox and be able to use the $80 already paid. To my surprise, NOW they disclose they will only apply the $80 towards any treatment over $1000. Very disappointing!!!! After my little sister‘s best friend got a mommy makeover I was obsessed. I went to several plastic surgeons in the Plano area where I live, and nothing felt right after about four consultations I was ready to give up. After talking to a coworker she recommended Dr. Anthony tran who had done some Eye work on her mother. Her mother was extremely pleased, and this means a lot because she is the type that hates everything! My boyfriend cut his hand very deeply and went to the ER to get it stitched up. They told him to follow up with a plastic surgeon. I did research for him and picked this plastic surgeon because of their positive feedback. When he got there, he had to wait a hour to been taken back and then another 30 minutes in the room to be seen. The Doctor just came in and just looked at it and said it healed fine and that's it.... Very unprofessional staff. I went in on 12/19/18 for a touch up on my eyebrows, had never been informed from day one when Peni did my eyebrows that I needed to pay for a touch up because this was an agreement between she and my sister. Well, waiting to get a touch up, one of their staffs comes in the room and tells me a touch up is $200 I asked to speak with Peni, she never came in the room to speak with me. After a phone call to our insurance concierge to locate an in-network plastic surgeon to repair a past skin cancer surgery on my husband's face, we were elated to learn that Dr. Tran is not only local and in-network, but comes highly recommended. So, we made an appointment. When we arrived the receptionist said my husband was already checked in and handed him a clipboard full of the usual paperwork . When my husband approached to turn in the papers, he was informed that he needed to pay $180 to see the physician. I overheard and asked 'why?' To which the receptionist replied, you are out of network and you haven't met your deductible. This was wrong on a couple of levels. Firstly, our copay for specialists is $50 (deductible does not matter here). Also, my husband had spoken with our insurance concierge to get the recommendation of Dr. Tran, so we knew he was in network. Each and every time we asked the receptionist for an explanation of the charges, we were met with a different story and not one seemed to be true. When we discovered that we were not making any headway and the receptionist would not look at the possibility of having made a mistake, we canceled the appointment and walked out. Only came here because my dermatologist recommended him to remove a cyst from my scalp near the hairline. I should have checked him out more beforehand. He is out of network for my insurance so I had to pay an exorbitant price for a simple procedure. They want cash payments and charge a fee for credit or debit. My receipt was a handwritten slip of paper; not a computer print out. Feels like a money laundering scheme. When the cyst was removed, I was not numbed enough and it was quite painful. He used a staple to close the incision and I had to return today for the removal. My appointment was at 8:30. I sat in the waiting room for almost 30 minutes before I approached the receptionist and questioned whether or not I had my time accurate. I was placed in a room and waited 30 minutes more. When the "doctor" finally came in to remove the staple, he thought I had two incisions instead of just one. When he removed the staple, it was almost as painful as when he removed the cyst. Dr. Tran did a tummy tuck and lipo on my girlfriend. She had previous scars from her gastic bypass, he redid her old scars making them look ten times better and a unbelievable job on her tummy tuck and lipo. I would recommend him to everyone. The office staff were very nice too!

My results and healing are AWESOME!!!! I am soooo happy. Dr. Tran listen to my concerns then let me know of my options. He was gentle and patient with me. I am very happy with the work done by Dr. Tran. I was referred by my family doctor to him and it was a great referral as I found that Dr.Tran is very good and nice doctor. I am on a fixed income as we are both retirees and he was generous to us. He has removed several cancer spots from my hands and arms at several different visits. He addressed all of the concerns that I had and gave me detailed answers and information in the care of conditions. I am very pleased with the outcomes. My skin looks much better and healthier. After years of contimplating breast augmentation- I decided to move forward and chose Dr Tran. He is such a delight and knowledgeable of his field I knew he was the best person for the job. Within a week of meeting him I had the the augmentation and back to work. Surgery was Friday and I returned to work on Monday. I can’t belive how good I feel and how great I look. My wife had her implants replaced 2 years ago. I accompanied her with all her appointments which is how I got to know Dr. Tran and his staff. He is sincere and professional, but most significantly is an experienced surgeon. He really cares about his patients. He went above and beyond to ensure my wife's procedure met her expectations, and that she was happy and fully satisfied. It was a 5 star experience for her. I am not one for cosmetic enhancements but my wife encouraged me to have lower and upper eyelids surgery since I have ptosis, especially in the right upper lid, barely any muscle left. Because I have confidence with Dr. Tran, I had the procedure performed several months ago. Dr. Tran called me not one but two consecutive days after my procedure to check up on me. When I had my follow up appointment, Dr. Tran was not satisfied with my right eye and scheduled another surgery so he could make the necessary adjustments. My surgeon referred me to see Doctor Anthony Tran, to discuss breast reconstruction. As I set in his office little did he know that I was at my lowest and was about to just give up. As he looked at me I felt that he may had some understanding of my dilemma. Doctor Tran spoke with so much compassion, kindness & care.
