Very professional and attentive

Was an all around good experience. Dr Broyer was informative and patient as he explained what was happening constantly.

We have been seeing Leo Kol, at ARI and also Dr. Broyer. The staff and the doctors are very professional and courteous. They listen to your issues and don't rush during the visit. We highly recommend ARI.

Beautiful staff, Beautiful office. I just Love Dr. Broyer and his team/staff. They are courteous, friendly and very, professional. Dr addresses all my concerns, gives solutions to my issues and helps me in all ways dealing with my pain. I really appreciate all his efforts and the commitment he has in being my doctor. It's very hard to find a committed doctor who cares about his patients.

You really must visit this guys office at least once, just to enjoy the freak show. He runs around with his laptop like some goofy teenager and when he speaks its loud enough for everyone in the office and waiting room to hear. Its really something to witness. Good luck !

Dr. Broyer and staff are not only good at their jobs with information and relief that they actually exceed my expectations.

He is efficient, professional, knowledgeable and has a friendly approach to problems. I have been a patient for over ten years and his treatment has given me a more pain free life. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs help.

I went today with my mom as a new patient today 6/2/21 at 830am and had the most horrible experience with the front desk staff. I’ve never seen someone so indifferent and so unhelpful, refused to call the pcp for referral or check the insurance portal as any other office will do. She answered: “what do you want me to tell you” with an attitude and completely ignored us as a patient. So sad to see someone in healthcare so unprofessional and with no compassion specially with patients in pain. I am completely disappointed with this office and will never return. This is a long overdue review. Dr. Anthony Paglia has been my Doctor for 20 years. I was sent to him by my general practitioner, Dr. Lissa. I was in a really bad car accident and broke back in 6 places, broken neck, shoulder, it took a 16 hour surgery to pretty much put me back together. I suffer with pain everyday of my life. The first 3 years was kinda like a giving up period when you would do anything to ease the pain. This is probably what happens to people without the right help from a Doctor that I was blessed to be sent to. He did all the proper test, MRIS, Xrays, Blood Work Etc. He is a very Thorough Doctor. My journey with Dr.P did not end there, Over the 20 years with him, i have broken my wrist in a car door, and slipped 2 disc trying to sweep under my couch. Now we are dealing with Sciatica and wrist pain. and again Dr. P takes care of this too. He started epidurals and its very difficult to inject the injections in the right place. He is an expert at this. If not for his attentive caring know how, the medications would not work, Over the 20 years I have had the honor of having him as my Doctor, I have been thru 3 nurses. and they were awesome, Sharron, Adriana, and my sweet Anna, who is home with her new baby. Anna was all about the patient, Dr. P was good with that too, he went thru many employees to get the right ones, he knows that people in pain need kindness and help. and he has that kind of gift, there is a new nurse/office manager now, Taylor, Only been around her a few times, but shes a people person for sure, just hard now to get to anyone past the front desk. No messages returned, and no day before appointment calls. Dr. p has semi retired to 2 days a week and major changes are there now, I am thinking of moving back home where my family is, i am getting old er now and need to be with family. but its very scary leaving your Doctor when everything he does helps me live a somewhat normal life. One more thing. I would also like to say, I have also had the pleasure of knowing Dr, P wife Maria, She is very intelligent, always there to help, no matter if its, not her job, she is always there for the patients, Beautiful lady with a really big heart. She supports her husband, our doctor with all she has. They make a good team. She is not there anymore, since the change, and i know she is missed by all. I give Dr. Paglia 1 star; 2nd star for nice office and staff. Appropriate pain management from Dr. Paglia was FUTILE. I have a 12.5 inch scar from an accident requiring 2 arm surgeries to replace shattered bone with a metal rod. That rod rubs/creates pressure against remaining natural bone, causes terrible pain there and down the entire side of my body. Monthly, Dr. Paglia would only prescribe pain medication for 21 days, sadistically REFUSED enough medication for every day of the month. WHAT INSANE REASONING IS THAT?

I am not going to write a book about this clown , but I would like to warn those out there before they waste there time at this office,,,This Doctor is a real piece of work ,,,,Sneaky,,,Rude,,,Knows it all,,so don't tell him ! If you are taking a narcotic for pain before seeing him, his goal will be to take them away , he will prescribe every non narcotic pill there is under the stars to you, and when you are honest and tell him the pills he is prescribing to you are not helping, he will make you feel like a liar and it won't be long before he finds a reason to get rid of you,,,,this is his game plan for you. I have a herniated disc and my pain is chronic. Dr Paglia got me a cortisone injection in my low back and it is really efficient. The doctor is nice and professional.

Dr. Paglia is what a "doctor" should be. He is kind, gentle and explains exactly what he is doing while he is doing it, he makes sure he is not hurting you. He is the best and so glad God put him in my path. I tell him that God gave him "anointed hands". I give Dr. Paglia a 5* rating.

Dr. Paglia has been a godsend for me ever since I started seeing him for my lower back pain. He's professional, explains everything clearly, is also kind and patient with my pain concerns. He's extremely gentle during my procedures and afterward, I feel much better. I highly recommend him to every one of my friends and family if they ever need an excellent pain doctor. I would like to express my gratitude to the Great and awesome Dr Anthony Paglia and also to his incredible staff - Nurse Ana an assistant. The world is definitely a much better place by having Dr Pagila arround. The man is pure dedication to halis a mission ....to ease physical pain in all of us who suffer on a daily basis. Dear Dr Paglia ..you were the only one who brought Hope and A Lot of Light in the Tunnel for my life after 14 years searching for results else where Dr Pagila You are simply THE BEST. Dr. Paglia, And his staff are really wonderful. My back and knees were really Painful! After three treatments I felt a lot better.

Dr Paglia is a caring and excellent physician. He is a good listener and spends time with his patient to help manage and /or eliminate their pain and suffering. His staff also gets high marks fir their excellent patient management

Dr. Paglia is an excellent pain management doctor....he is an extremely straightforward, no-nonsense kind of doctor. He is there to help you with your pain and that's it. He is very busy and is under a lot of pressure so don't go asking him anything that doesn't pertain to your issues, he might bite back. That being said, I am so grateful that he has been able to resolve my neck issues and will gladly return as he knows what he is doing.

I went to see Dr Paglia today June 5th 2018 for the 2nd time. He refused to answer 2 simple questions regarding the corticoid shot I was about to get. He simply flipped !!! Then I saw that other patients had tbe same experience: Dr Paglia gets very angry / flips out with patients who ask simple questions regarding the procedure as if we were questioning his judgement !!! He also gave me medication that made me quite sick - I threw up for 3 days and ended up in the ER. He was very angry I did not call his Office. Instead I went to see my PCP who sent me to the ER at Memorial Hospital. Dr. Paglia told me to leave without giving me the injection. I am quite sure this was a blessing in disguise ! I will never go back to this doctor! Also I waited for THREE HOURS before I was ushered into the exam room, only to me berated by Dr Paglia !!! The staff was very apologetic but had failed to obtain my referral requested on May 22nd before I came in for today’s appointment Perhaps the Doc is having personal or financial problems that are affecting how he treats patients. There are plenty of pain management doctors ! Who needs grumpy docs if you can see others who treat patients as human beings? I have Been With my condition almost 20 years. I have broken vertebrae and ankylosing spondylitis . I have been to rheumatologist and go on a regular basis but there really is nothing they have been able to do, to help me and my condition other then random cortisone injections going in blindly to my bad areas. i had pretty much given up hope on feeling less pain on daily basis , getting some restful sleep, and having to slide my shoes and cloths on in am because im to stiff and cant bend down to tie them . I Finally found Dr Paglia ! I have seen him several times now and he is a Genuine DR who actually cares. He is very meticulous on what he can do to make your daily life more comfortable . I just got this injection last time from him where he preform it under life xray . it was cool and my back feels better then it has been in a long long time. i cant wait to go back for next visit if there is a chance to feel even better then he has made me already. Dr. Paulina is a wonderful, caring and very thorough doctor. My husband is getting excellent care for the first time in years. I would recommend this doctor.

From my first visit Dr Paglia was thorough in examining my problem and explaining what he could do to help my pain of Spinal Stenosis He painlessly and efficiently gave me the necessary 2 shots in my back to last me the one month without pain until my necessary operation. It Worked Beautifully--No pain at all. A few years later I had a herniated disk, and the surgeon suggested Dr. Paglia again instead of an opperation. Again---after 3 shots I had to pain for 9 months.

I will start with the Positive. If you respond well to epidural shots to your spine this doctor can help you. He has absolutely no problem billing your insurance as many times as possible for your back treatments. He has a personality that is kind of dual-sided. One time you go and he treats you well and seems interested and the next time he's in a bad mood and says something rude or unusual. Don't ever question his judgment or he will flip on you. Not open minded or compassionate.

I had the pleasure to have Dr. Paglia treat me for severe neck, back and arm pain after one visit almost no pain and after the second most of the pain was gone. Dr. Paglia was considerate informative and very helpful in seeing that I was given the best of service. His staff was efficient and courteous, all of my visits were on time. He was concerned with my health after his visits, and assisted me with other future medical options.

I was very fortunate to have found Dr. Paglia through a girlfriends reccomendation..His office is run extremely efficient...the girls in the office are very helpful & nice, It was very pleasant dealing with them. Dr. Paglia diagnosed my back problem & gave me options to help me cope with the pain. Lucky for me he was right on and after treatment I am back to my daily activities pain free.... Dr. Paglia listens before giving a probable diagnosis, and then offer remedies of what he fell is appropriate, and ask for your opinion--all in conversation style. This makes me fell as if I am talking with a friend rather than a doctor. However, his front office staff could improve their listening ability. Several times I called to re-schedule a procedure, done on Thursday only, but was given an appointment for Monday 08/21/2017.

Dr. Paglia is a VERY good Dr. Too bad I cant see him and neither can my wife who has an emergency. We had a bad auto accident. This past Monday I called the office for my wife and gave the information. When I called back today Jas. hung up on me. Back in late May or early June I requested an appt. Jas was calling my attorney. I went in the office 2 weeks later and Jas. told me she could not rach the attorney. I guess it didnt dawn on her to call me. Now I have to stat all over thanks to Jas.

Nice Dr. Courteous staff but a little disorganized. Mistakes are made.

I have been going to Dr. Paglia for nearly two years now for steroid injections in my cervical spine. He is a great doctor. He listens to your concerns, always does a careful examination, and he carefully reviews treatment options. I highly recommend him to other people looking for pain relief.

I AM A RETIRED INTERNAL MEDICINE PHYSICIAN. SINCE MY CAR ACCIDENT AND SUBSEQUENT MULTIPLE SURGERIES ON MY NECK, I HAVE BEEN UNDER THE CAR OF SEVERAL PAIN MANAGEMENT DOCTORS IN VIRGINIA AND NOW IN MIAMI, FLORIDA. I HAVE HAD SEVERAL NECK INJECTIONS AND DR. PAGLIA PERFORMS THESE PROCEDURES WITH THE LEAST AMOUNT OF PAIN TO THE PATIENT. HE IS EXTREMELY SKILLED AT PERFORMING PROCEDURES FOR PAIN RELIEF IN ADDITION TO COMBINING THE RIGHT MEDICATIONS FOR MAXIMUM PAIN RELIEF.

Dr. Paglia could not be more kind, compassionate, and responsive. I went to him in the worst back pain I ever had. I couldn't walk from my bed to the bathroom without excruciating pain. He completely understood what was wrong with my back. He listened to me and explained my problem and the treatment in detail. He relieved the pain within hours. I am forever grateful to him for changing my life and making me pain-free.

in 1963 at fort Gordon Ga I injured my neck through a series of visits to veteran hospital and clinics over the year,s I hadn't gotten any relief about eight years ago someone recommended Dr Paglia after two visits and a series of shots pain was gone six mos ago I broke my back once again I could not get any relief for pain after surgery two weeks ago I went to Dr Paglia once again two shots and med under supervision of Dr Paglia pain is under control TY DR

Cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr Paglia. He is really concerned about his patients. Will call next day to see if you are ok. Caring and sensitive to your pain. Saved my husband .

My experience with Dr. Paglia was truly life changing. I had seen other doctors but nobody was able to give me the fantastic results that he did. I was actually able to walk with very limited pain. The epidural injection I received also made it possible for me to eliminate most of my pain medications. Everybody in the office was conscientious about helping me in any every way from appointments to any questions I had. I whole heartily thank Dr. Paglia and his staff.

Dr. Paglia was great! He figured out my problem and recommended the most appropriate kind of therapy that helped cure me of the constant pain that I was experiencing. I was cured of the pain after the first injection!

Dr. Paglia is a no nonsense physician. I have been having problems with my back and shoulders for years. In just a few visits with him I can now live a normal life almost pain free. I have gone back to running and thanks to him I feel much better. I received several injections that some people told me were very painful. This is not the case with Dr Paglia. He is an expert and very understanding of pain levels and how to treat them. He is my pain management doctor for life.

Does not take time to listen to his patients. More worried about getting to the next $ to actually help.

I saw him about 6 times the first time he promised me help the firstafirst after that I became a dollar sign He kept lying about what the plan was and was rude asking things that did not pertain to pain.he is money hungry.$300.00 a visit and not do anything for you do yourself a favor do not go to this quack

Dr. Paglia is a good pain management doctor. I have seen him reject patients in his waiting area who had not followed the correct protocol for his services. I have been a patient of his for 4 years and he actually pushed me to see other doctors to find the root cause of my pain which turned out to be something that requires lifetime treatment not related to pain management. He has consistently consulted with me on possible addiction to pain medications and has never given me an excessive amount. But the fact is he has changed my quality of life and I will be forever grateful. Dr. Paglia is a good pain management doctor.
