My son sees Dr. Mortelitti for ENT care. Dr. Mortelliti was a strong advocate for my son's needs. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure my son was well taken care of. The office staff was so kind on the phone. His assistant Katie is remarkable and caring. I wouldn't go to any other ENT for my children.

Great guy, very humble and explains everything wonderfully, but was told on the phone when making the appointment to bring things to keep child occupied because the wait time is unreal. We have been sitting here for over 2 hours and have yet to see him. Not to mention we drove two hours to get here. Our time is valuable and this is an everyday occurrence here in the office to be way behind schedule. Someone needs to schedule appointments better. We have been to many children’s doctors and hospitals. There is no color on the walls or things for children to do. Books at least would be helpful. Dr. Mortelliti is by far the most caring and compassionate doctor I have ever met. My daughter had complications after a tonsillectomy Done at an outlying hospital and we have been seeing him frequently for about a year now. I admire when he didn’t have an answer he had no problem consulting with other physicians nationally to get my child the help she needed. My child had a complication that was unheard of after her surgery and majority of ENT surgeons all over the east coast have never seen it. Will forever be grateful for his willingness to help us is anyway he possibly could. Thanks to him she did get multiple surgical corrections in Philadelphia and finally after over 8 months she is able to eat normally. Dr. Mortelliti is an amazing doctor. We saw him with my child who had significant post op complications after a tonsillectomy done in an outlying hospital. My daughter was unable to swallow normally for 8 months developing a rare complication pharyngeal stenosis after a tonsillectomy. Dr. Mortelliti contacted specialists nationwide to get my daughter the help she needed. He was kind and compassionate and he called personally multiple times to check in on my child because he was concerned. My child received surgical corrections at CHOP and is doing better. We will forever grateful for his compassionate care and willingness to help us in any way he could. He deserves way more than 5 stars

If you like waiting this is the doctor for you. They are routinely more than an hour behind schedule. They don’t keep anything for kids to do in the waiting room besides know over teetering piles of magazines. No toys and barley any kids reading material. It is literally the least fun place to wait with active children. It is surprising that a doctor who specializes in pediatric ENT would have a waiting room so inhospitable to children, especially since you almost always wait more than an hour.

Dr. Mortelitti has been excellent in caring for our daughter with special needs who has a tracheostomy. I recommend him without hesitation. He is knowledgeable and skilled while also being kind and humble.

My child had a visit scheduled for 10:20am. We waited until 12:05 to be seen by him. I understand things happen, I too am a medical professional. Not once did anyone come in to check on us or let us know why we were waiting so long. When he came in he had a very self-righteous and for lack of a better word cocky demeanor. He did not apologize nor did he shake my hand when I put mine out to shake hands. I had all I could do to remain professional. Wasted time:/
