Miracle Worker - My Surgeon a few years back. Bravo!!

DO NOT LET HIM OPERATE ON YOUR CHILD!!! Please find a pediatric neurosurgeon if your child needs brain surgery. My daughter was diagnosed with a brain tumor and we were rushed to the hospital where we met Dr martino he reassured us and made us feel good about his ability to remove her tumor. She suffered more than I can put into words and will have life long deficits because of him. She had to relearn everything (talking walking swallowing everything!) she also contracted meningitis AND he didn’t remove all of her tumor even though we were Told he did. After we switched to a better hospital they found residual tumor that had to be removed by a skilled pediatric neurosurgeon. What happen to my daughter should never have happen. My family is deeply affected by our decision to allow dr martino to operate on our child. Please do not make the same mistake. DO NOT LET HIM OPERATE ON YOUR CHILD!!! Dr. Martino has replaced 2 D.B.S. batteries and both have went great. And his staff is the best.

Dr. Martino did an outstanding job for my DBS medtronic battery replacement surgery. I appreciate his expertise and kindness. Dr. Martino, his medical staff, technicians and nurses were very respectful, professional and caring.

Last minute cancellation by the Doctor. Just another wasted day.

After years of pain and inability to even walk,and having surgery from a different neurosurgeon with no help at all.Dr Martino and his staff operated on L3,4,5 and now I don't have pain and am walking over a mile a day.Excellent surgeon and cares about his patients.Recomed him and his staff ????.

Do not use! I feel that I am only here today because I transferred to another doctor after the 3rd surgery. I thought the bedside manor was good, but everything else was terrible including the staff.

I cannot write in words how much my daughter suffered at dr martinos hands and he didn’t even remove the whole tumor even though he said he did. She will have LIFE LONG deficits because of him. Please go to a pediatric neurosurgeon if you have a child that needs brain surgery.

Dr. Martino did surgery on my niece and totally destroyed her life. She lost her short term memory and some long term memory. She could not walk and eventually she died. I wouldn't send anyone I loved to him.

Horrible. Should absolutely not be removing brain tumors in pediatric patients. The surge performed by Dr martino has left my daughter with LIFE LONG devastating deficits. After surgery she could not walk talk or even swallow . She was a perfectly normal child before. Was not informed of the risks. My daughter has suffered tremendously because of this surgery . Thank god we transferred care because we also found out not all of the tumor was removed even though we were told it was. Her chances for survival would be so much lower if we would’ve stayed under dr martinos care . Strongly urge any pediatric patients to go to a board certified pediatric neurosurgeon.

The visit was fine. The follow-ups for testing moved at a glacial pace and still have not had all tests. To get his office staff to do anything is beyond hard. Do Not Use!

Dr Martino keeps it short and sweet. he knows what he's talking about when he does speak. Gentle personality. He did my first back surgery perfectly, but I fell directly onto my coccyx just 7 months later. I'm facing a small adjustment and I feel completely comfortable.

Dr. Martino and his staff worked a miracle on my back. I had decompression surgery in 2017 and I've had almost no pain since then!

Dr. Martino performed my chiari malformation relief surgery in August and I have never felt better. Him and his staff both were all extremely professional and informative. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Martino is an excellent doctor and nuerosurgeon. He has helped me with 2 DBS battery replacement surgeries. He also performed a successful back surgery for me a month ago . His assistant Dr.Gerjoi was wonderful and USA Medical team was great.

I do not recommend this doctor at all. Apparently, he’s too busy to deal with his own patients.

His staff is excellent but follow up has been rough. Screws have snapped in my wifes spine and causing horrible pain.We have been waiting for a month and a half for an appointment to see what we need to do and two days before the appointment they reschedule her another 2 months out. This is ridiculous. She has gone from walking with little issues too she can barely make it to the restroom without being in tears. We have called but they say the earliest they can do is November it's September right now. We are looking for another neurologist. His staff is excellent but follow up has been rough. Dr. Martino accepted me as a patient with a herniated thoracic T11 -T12 disk. This culminated from a long journey seeking resolution from August 2017 - March 2018. From the first visit, I knew Dr. Martino was competent and professional. It was obvious I made the right decision. Dr. Martino is calm, professional, and looks you in the eye with respect. Dr. Martino was highly recommended by my sister and my niece. My niece was in a very traumatic auto accident and suffered a sever brain injury. Dr. Martino put her back together and she's completely healed. She wasn't even expected to live. I had neck surgery on C-4 thru C-7. Awesome job, my range of motion is normal. Very thorough staff and Dr. Martino is a very caring man that actually spends time with you on appts.!

Dr Martino is the most professional, and caring surgeon of his field, and with the best team! He was very thorough during my examination and explained my condition of my lower lumbar and explained the surgery procedures. The followup and treatment was splendid! I recommend Dr Martino to everyone having physical back, knee or any need for neurosurgery ! I am a disable veteran, and Dr Martino treated me with respect and the best of care.

Dr Martino saved me from being in a wheelchair after another surgeon butchered my spine. I was so relieved to turn myself over to his care. His nurses are so caring and go to a lot of effort to make you feel at ease. He is so much in demand that it may be hard to get an appointment right away but he is worth the wait. I wish I had found him sooner.

Dr. Martino is an excellent neurosurgeon!!! I had a ruptured disc in my back at the L4-5 and after 1st seeing Dr. Ronduros at Providence, who was a joke, I was referred to Martino. He was quick and thorough and his staff took excellent care of me. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone!!! My pain is gone from that ruptured disc and I feel like new!
