Great Visit! Poor Coordination & Staff Followup! This is still ongoing. Took my son in for a consultation over 3 weeks ago for 4 wisdom teeth extraction. Staff & Physician were nice and friendly. But unable to get ANYONE to give me a ballpark figure cost. Front Desk said ask the Doctor. Doctor said ask Front Desk. Have asked for a call from a Patient Care Coordinator to discuss. Never received one. Doctor Office said they submitted an electronic pre-authorization request 3 weeks ago. (Date submitted was 4 days after our initial consultation). I've been told, it can take up to 6 weeks to process an authorization. This is new to me, as I'm a nurse, and have had many experiences requesting insurance quotes, and have not seen such a delayed turn around. Have called our Insurnace company 3 times. They do not have an Electronic submission. Doctor Office says submitted. Surgery is scheduled in 5 days. I may have to cancel, if I don't get a concrete answer as to the total cost. - Disappointed

Do not even bother unless you like a rude staff and look forward to very overblown fees. Fees are outrageous.

Waited 2 1/2 hours without any explanation . Finally left and went somewhere else

Visiting Dr Como was a positive experience. Be was professional and pleasant. The office staff at the front desk wasted my time as a result of their lack of consideration and poor time management. To rub salt on the wound, they avoided responsibility when questioned.
