I have trusted Dr. Mack with my health, my family's health and also the health of patients I refer to her from my Physical Therapy practice. She is very personable and listens. She takes a holistic approach in treatment, looking at problems to their source, not just throwing remedies to cover up symptoms. She has a great resource base and knows just when and where to refer you to the right person, if needed. It's not easy to find someone like Dr. Mack.

I have seen Dr Mack for two health issues I have had this year 2022. She listened to me describe my problem and asked multiple questions to rule out possibilities. In dealing with the latest problem, a lingering cough, she nailed the cause of the problem and prescribed a treatment that worked. I think she is personable and very competent.

Dr. Mack is great! She remembers personal details about me and she takes the time to make me feel heard. She's kind, empathetic, and warm. She is a great physician to have as a young woman!

Dr. Mack has always been a compassionate and helpful doctor over the years. She referred me when I needed referrals and solved a painful foot condition that I had for years when two specialists could not. Good luck Dr. Mack and thank you.

We have been patients of Dr Mack for many years at Providence Medical Group. She is an excellent listener and is conservative regarding extreme measures, believing in good sense. We will miss her.

Dr. Mack is great! She’s the doctor for my two kids and she makes them feel really at ease and they actually enjoy the visits. She has always given us excellent care, very approachable and professional.

Annie always listens and takes her time with me. She’s one of the best doctors I’ve had.

My daughter and I both see Dr. Mack. We both love her! She is warm, engaging, and is an all around great doctor. I would recommend her to anyone.

I started seeing Dr Mack after seeing a different Dr who left me feeling totally ignored and uncared for. Dr Mack has been absolutely wonderful. She listens to my concerns, addresses what's going on and makes sure I understand what is going on, why and how we are going to take care of it. I am so glad I found Dr. Mack. She is an excellent Dr.

I love Dr Mack! She's so compassionate, and empathetic. Her bedside manner is superb. I always feel comfortable addressing my concerns with her, and I feel that she's definitely the best Dr I've ever had. :)

I have been seeing Dr Mack for about 6 years now and find her to be one of the best doctors I have worked with. Dr. Mack actually listens and takes my all of concerns into consideration when discussing treatments. Dr. Mack is rarely late and the staff in her office are very nice and helpful.

I love Dr Mack. She is up to date on medications and researches new ones to see if they would be a good fit. She has a warm personality and a caring heart. If you come prepared, your appointment is quick and easy.

Dr. Mack was abrupt, rude and lacked empathy. She treated me with indecency and honestly, she humiliated me. I regret not reporting her to the medical director.
