She does not review previous records and only uses her own limited interactions to make inappropriate recommendations for treatment. After not looking at the records from my doctor's office, she suggested that I just needed to try harder.

Very good at what she does. She pulls no punches and shares very little, but I like and trust her. Friendly staff, comfortable atmosphere, extremely intelligent..

I have been a patient of Dr. O'Brian's for years and can easily say she has made my life so, so much better. Her facial expressions aren't revealing so I can see why some people would see her as being less than warm and kind. But, my experiences with her show her as an exceptionally caring, concerned, trustworthy person and probably most important is that she is straightforward in a gentle way while managing to get to the bottom of the issue without being cruel. I can say, without hesitation, that she has saved my sanity, peace of mind, and even my life. I absolutely love and appreciate her more than words can express. Granted, she is slow in returning phone calls but recognizes when I really, really need to speak with her. She is the most intelligent provider I have ever known, shares her knowledge and gives advice when appropriate. If you are lucky enough to have her as your therapist, you will most certainly come out better than you came in. The receptionists are delightful.

She often didn't follow through and didn't return phone calls. Focused on making changes, goal directed, but lack of follow through on her part resulted in no progress. Said she had contacted my child's pediatrician, but pediatrician office had no record of a call or attempt at contact. Office staff prompt about collecting payment. I would discourage going to this provider.
