Dr. Namnoum is an amazing doctor to have on your side! She is constantly researching and making sure you are getting the best care/treatment needed. There were times that I was at my low point and she was always positive and understanding. After 2.5 years we are pregnant!

Dr. Namnoum was incredible. Very patient, kind, warm, and informative. She helped me feel like I was in control of my experience in this journey where there is great loss of control. Highly recommend!!

I can not thank Dr. Namnoum enough (the second time around) for not only building but now completing our family. After years at another facility, I came to Shady Grove in 2018 and was pregnant with my son within 6 months… now 4 years later I am currently 21 weeks pregnant with our daughter. Dr. Namnoum and her staff are caring, motivating, and easily accessible. Come to them for results because they do everything in their power to help you get them!

My experience with Dr. Namnoun and the staff at Shady Grove has been phenomenal. My journey started out at RBA where I went through one round of failed IVF which I paid for out of pocket. I was intent on staying there but they were out of network with my new insurance. I left kicking and screaming to Shady Grove but it was honestly the best decision. I read every single review on Dr. Namnoun and they were all excellent. I became pregnant on my first try with Dr Namnoun with my little girl. I went back for a sibling and was successful again. She's experienced and knows her stuff. The staff is amazing. I have nothing both great things to say. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful experience at Shady Grove! Dr. Namnoum and Nurse Racheal were were a pleasure to work with. Dr. Namnoum was very professional however treated us like family. She and the staff had our best interest at hand. She was very supportive every step of the way and as a result we were Blessed with our angel! A sincerest thank you to Shady Grove and Dr. Namnoum for such a rewarding experience. We highly recommend and will be back!

When I look at my baby, I hear that subtle soft voice of Dr. Namnoum telling me " I think you would have your baby this time" It was a very traumatizing experience I must say. Dr. Namnoum gave me hope and keeps reassuring me that I would have my baby. Her care was out of this world. She explains everything to you and never in a hurry. I remember one of my virtual meetings with her, I cried so much while explaining to her how much I needed this baby, she was very attentive , sympathetic and was never in a hurry but listened to me like I was her blood. Oh! how can I forget how she placed her hands on my tommy after this transfer and said " Amen" with an angelic smile. She is not just a doctor but an angel God used to clean my tears. I now carry my beautiful daughter of 7 weeks. All the SGF staff members were awesome, Ms Teena (RN) was also a super human. I LOVE you beautiful Dr. Namnoum. You are forever in our heart.

I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Namnoum and team. Everyone at the office was lovely, and I love my nurses Dawn and Teena. Dr. Namnoum is my kind of doctor -- she's compassionate and brilliant. She provided me with all information and let me make educated decisions on my treatment plan. She's also quick! She went above and beyond to ensure I was able to start treatments as soon as possible: she put me on birth control for a few weeks so that I didn't have to wait a full cycle to start medicated cycles, then she finagled her schedule so that I could start IVF prior to the office closure over holidays. Treatment: I'm 34, have PCOS, and came to Dr. Namnoum after trying for ~6 months. I tried three medicated cycles with Letrozole before moving to IVF. My first IVF transfer was successful, and I have 4 frozen embryos left! (Timeline: initial consultation was in July and I got pregnant from my FET in Jan, graduated to OB in Mar). Dr. Namnoum was honest and realistic, but still kind and supportive. At least in my opinion, that's exactly what you need when dealing with something as emotionally challenging as infertility. And, maybe most importantly, I got pregnant after only one IVF cycle. So, the protocol she uses works. Now my husband and I have a healthy, happy, sweet little 8-month old boy! We went to 3 different fertility clinics over a period of 7 years to get our miracle. After heartbreak and tears because we thought we were done, we found Shady Grove Fertility and we found Dr. Namnoum. After reviewing our massive file, we asked her if there was any hope. She said I see no reason that you cannot have a success pregnancy. Then she went to work for us. We selected Shady Grove Fertility because it was the only local clinic that offered a shared risk program. Dr. Namnoum was very kind, compassionate and supportive. She is the most hands-on and thorough doctor we encountered. She personally attended almost every ultrasound (and there were countless) and called with test results. She was very encouraging when we encountered delays. It took us 3 IVF attempts with donor eggs before Dr. Namnoum helped us become parents. It was obvious she was genuinely happy for us. You are not just a statistic with her. She legitimately cares about her patients and she gets results

Dr Namnoum and Shady Grove Fertility have helped make my husband and my dream of a family a reality. For a little while, I never thought I would be saying those words… but Dr Namnoum truly believed in our ability to have a baby, and she stayed hopeful when we had given up all hope. We started with SGF in March after using another Atlanta Fertility clinic for our first child. Right at the first visit Dr. Namnoum was very personable and caring. She took her time with us and gave us great advice. We went through one fresh cycle and one frozen cycle before I got pregnant and I felt as if Dr.Namnoum was invested in the process with us. We saw her at every appointment, not a nurse, which I thought was great! At my previous clinic, I rarely saw my Dr.

From the very first meeting, Dr. Namnoum made my husband and I feel very at ease. I never felt like my million questions were too many, and I am confident is saying that I wasn't just "another patient" as I have heard people say from experiences elsewhere. As I write this, my baby is growing healthy and strong in my belly. If I didn't seek the help of treatment, I don't think this would have ever happened for us. For anyone looking for a Dr., you cannot go wrong with Dr. Namnoum and her staff.

LOVE HER!!! Dr. Namnoum has such a sweet, understanding, demeanor. Aside from her expertise she also brings a level of empathy and is able to provide a very personalized patient experience. I came to her feeling very discouraged and her warmth and gentle energy was exactly what I needed to lift my spirits again. After many failed attempts, at other practices, I was able to get pregnant in just 2 IUI cycles with her and I feel it has a lot to do with the positive energy she creates in her space.

We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Namnoum and Shady Grove Fertility. Everyone in the practice was attentive, empathetic, encouraging and supportive throughout our fertility testing and IVF journey. Dr. Namnoum ensured we were informed about our options and was supportive through the highs and lows of our process. Thanks to her and her team we are now pregnant with our first child!

When dealing with infertility, it's a very emotional journey. I remember my first appointment and was almost in tears when I walked into Dr. Namnoum's office. Before I could begin my tears, she had a plan to put me at ease. She had a plan A, B, C etc. She even called us after our appointment because she thought of another option. Her nurse Tracy was equally amazing, always quick to return my calls. They were soexcited when we found out we were pregnant with twins. Truly a great doctor and staff

Dr. Namnoum was absolutely terrific during our IUI treatments!! She and her nurse always took the time to answer all of our questions and give us our best options along the way. I really appreciate her and her team's help in helping us have our 2nd child!

Less than a month after my first visit to her, I had a positive pregnancy test. My husband and I are so excited for our little babe coming late summer 2017 and are ever grateful to Dr. Namnoum. I must say that the staff (with the exception of the lab techs, who were great!) leave much to be desired. I could not be more pleased with Dr. Namnoum. She and the staff were supportive, courteous and always prompt. We are pregnant with a 10 week old and I have to say it was bittersweet to graduate from our IVF doctor to the regular OB/GYN because you feel like you are leaving family. My Life Changed after Choosing GRS Dr. Namnoum and Tracy were such a delight and made the process as smooth as it could be! We had transferred from a larger, much busier fertility clinic and were relieved to find GRS for a more personalized, hands on approach.
