Unnecessary visit. My husband was not having any pain; I don't understand why he was automatically scheduled to see her. She has no "people skills" totally ignored me (wife of patient) and abruptly left the exam room without saying goodbye, good luck, or anything.

Absolutely horrible experience! First time I've up and left bed the visit was over. Horrible bed side manner rude and misinformed. I cried the whole way home from being so disappointed. I've never had such a bad experience at a Drs office my whole life. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone not in this lifetime. The only thing pleasant was the receptionist who was very lovely.

Terrible bed side manners . As a first time patient, I waited 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment be seen, I was the only person in the office , she came in the room, no hand shake , no hello nothing , they were quick to take my Co pay with terrible service . Do not go to this dr , I will never go back there , to the new hartford office or any office that she is in
