Dr. Anne Chen

Vaccinated my child without my consent. I was told by both doctors this would never happen. The signed forms should be in my child’s files. The father went behind my back. When I questioned the doctor he said “it happens”. I’m going to try to build a case for a lawsuit but that doesn’t exactly take away what happened. The reason why I’ve taken my kids to this pediatrician for 6 years was because I trusted them regarding this issue. They were recommended to me by a fellow parent regarding this exact topic. The male doctor is taking over and he has no regard. Even down to small stuff, like I don’t want my child to drink whole milk. I verbalized that so many times but nobody cares. My child’s father was directed to do give my child whole milk for weight gain. He’s still underweight after all this time anyway. I asked for the records to be mailed to me but the doctor just dismissed my concerns. They’re acting like parents never shared custody before. Why wasn’t I informed about appointments, vaccinations, his chart and everything? Since I’m experiencing parental alienation and I’ve said this to them, I could have seen my son at that appointment that was made in November for the vaccinations and none of this would have happened. I don’t care if nobody wants to get involved, this is a CHILD. I called and told them a couple times it’s been 8 months. They know I have custody. I was seeing them with my older child for YEARS. There’s no reason why they can’t communicate, being busy is not a valid reason. That being said, there’s no way they have as many clients as other pediatricians because of the way they handle their business with the wait times and such. It was always a huge pain to go but I did because of the vaccine thing. I genuinely placed my trust in these people: They allowed the appointment I made in January to be canceled for that appointment my child’s dad made in November. I still need to be able to see that my child is doing well. The child’s father refuses to share the information with me. The other one star reviews about wait time are valid. The front desk staff failed to assist me in this issue as well. Another thing is the doctor peaked inside my other child’s pants without consent so that child is scared to go back.

Ive been coming here since i was young. Now i bring my kids. I miss doctor Anne Chen though. She will always be my favorite! Love Summer too!

Unfriendly and disorganized staff. Rude doctors. Have called and asked them to fax a document to willows for my daughter a half dozen times and it still has no been sent. I'd treat your child at a vet before this place.

I wish I could give less than 1 star. I took my daughter there for the first 6 months. Every appointment I waited at least an hour before being seen (most of the time I was the only one there). When I finally got into a room, Dr Chen would wander in and out of the rooms, never remembering what she was doing. She even tried to give my daughter double doses of all vaccines at one appointment. She would repeat herself and constantly forget where she was. I think she would recite herself all the time. The nursing staff must know she has sure signs of Alzheimer's because they have taken upon themselves to act as though they are doctors.. There was an incident when pulling in for an appointment one day that I caught the poor old lady sweeping up road kill in the parking lot right by a very busy road. She could've gotten run over! I finally had enough and decided to take my daughter elsewhere.. unfortunately, it didn't stop there. I asked the new pediatrician to request records because I heard they were playing games with other patients about not sending records until they pay 20.00 EVEN WHEN the new doctor requested them(they can't charge for that)... so I had the new doctor himself request. What did they do? Not a thing. They claimed Dr chen hasn't reviewed them yet, when in reality they were just waiting for me to come in and pay them 20.00. Legally, they have 90 days to send records when another doctor requests them... It took almost 5 months to get my daughter's records sent over to the new doctor. Thats the game they play. They wait for you to pay so they can get money. So many other mothers I know have dealt with this office and have struggled getting records transfered. The nursing staff is horrible, the doctor needs to retire and needs to be reported unfortunately.. And the bookkeeper (Dr chens husband) is a no good, money hungry idiot. Great staff!!!!!!! Doctors are very knowledgeable with a nice family friendly enviornment. They always were able to fit my children in when sick or any other emergency. Very caring down to earth just lovely lovely people.

They are a danger to the medical community and do not listen to relivent data from the CDC or WHO

Took my niece and nephew here for a check-up and shots. They loved Dr Wayne and the assistant administered the shots so expertly that the kids didn't even notice. Highly recommend!

There are 3 doctors in this office..of all 3, only one knows something..my daughter was sick,so I took her in after several days of not feeling well and seen dr wayne. I've always had suspicion that hes clueless,but now I'm certain..he tells me shes ok,its viral...that night she got very ill,thank god I took her to emergency, that's when I find out it's a uti infection..he told me nothing even close..not even that it could be possible, or to test for it,or how common it can be in girls her age..never go here theres plenty of dr in Robinson that know alot more than they do...the dr mom had good reputation, that is if u can understand broken English well..shes Chinese, and is very hard to understand...look elsewhere....trust me,I dont normally rate places unless their exceptionally great,or exceptionally bad, well they are without a doubt the later. My son had ecoli & was taken to children's & they kept telling me he had a virus. I took him to see Dr Anne Chen & she heard my story & did extensive testing. She discovered he had ecoli. If I would of just sat back & listened to the Drs at children's, I would of lost my son. This woman saved his life. She's the best Dr out there by far in my opinion. Ty Dr Chen for being an amazing Dr. ??
