North Shore has an amazing staff that cares for their patience during what can be a tough journey. The Dr is always available to answer any questions anytime of day. We have had great success here and would recommend this clinic to anyone in need of fertility treatment!

Dr. Borkowski and her team could not have been more pleasant to work with. I loved the intimacy of the practice and the willingness to answer any and all questions. My wife and I are a gay couple and never felt a single instance of discrimination. We plan to work with them again in the future. And I’m pregnant now!

Dr.Anne Borkowski and the staff at North Shore Fertility are all awesome. They are kind and go above and beyond to help their patients. For our particular case, Dr.Anne presented my husband and I am option that his urologist never considered, giving us a greater chance to have children of our own (without the use of a sperm donor). My husband had a TESE procedure and I had one cycle of IVF and I’m currently 36 weeks pregnant from this one and only cycle we’ve done. We have more sperm and embryos stored, should we want to have more children in the future. We are very excited awaiting the arrival of our newest family members! I am so lucky to have found Dr. Borkowski. She helped me through two rounds of IVF, PGS testing for my embryos, and three embryo transfers. I am now 10 weeks pregnant! Jennifer and Leticia and Monika are so wonderful as well, AND Dr. Borkowski even shared her cell phone number with me and finds the time to answer all my questions. After a bad experience with UNC Fertility in North Carolina, poor overall experience, and just frankly being treated like just another number, we were referred to Dr. Anne thru a friend. Best decision ever! Our experience with Dr. Anne has been amazing from start to finish. Her small private practice was just what we needed. Attention to details, professional, compassionate, great customer service, patience, returned phone calls.....and bonus....she actually shares her cellphone number with you to be used in the event you have questions after office hours - came in handy at those critical moments. She came up with a plan that was unique to our situation. She listened to our concerns - we didn't feel rushed. In addition, Dr. Anne has a wonderful staff - Leticia, nurse Monica, Jennifer, and Svetlana were an added bonus that helped to make our experience just that much better. We live in NC but travelled to Illinois to go to Dr. Anne's clinic and it was totally worth it in every way! I have never met any other doctor who is as caring, attentive, positive, and professional as Dr. Borkowski. My husband and I went to see Dr. Borkowski after having a bad experience at another fertility clinic, and we are so incredibly glad that we did! Dr. Borkowski made us feel comfortable and at ease right away. She sat down with us the first time we met to get to know us, explain the IVF process, make a plan with us, and answer any of our questions. She was there with us every step of the way, and she was always available to call or text on her cell phone with any questions we had, which always helped put me at ease. Dr. Borkowski made me feel so much more positive and hopeful during this experience than I would have with any other doctor. Before every procedure during the IVF process, Dr. Borkowski came to talk to us to ask if we had any questions and to explain what was going to happen during the procedure. Not only is Dr. Borkowski an amazing doctor, but the entire team at Northshore Fertility is also amazing. Jennifer is kind, attentive, and professional. She was always available to answer my questions. Lettie is always warm and welcoming. Venus is very nice and approachable. Everyone at the office makes you feel like you belong there and is easy to talk to. Dr. Borkowski and staff were exceptional. We had been trying for years to get pregnant. They were so positive and accommodating. Happy to announce we are expecting twins!

Great staff!!! All of them are good professional and really successful. Every detail is easy with them, from appointment schedule trough blood draw all the way to embryo transfer, everything was free of stress and truly awesome as experience . From my own experience, this office provides the best service. Dr. Borkowski is awesome. She is caring, friendly, patient and I can always count on her if I have any questions. I went to a different ivf place before, and the doctor never talked to me on the phone or texted me. It was always the nurse communicating with me. However with this office, Dr. Borkowski always responds to my phone calls and text messages. I did ivf twice with this office, both time I got pregnant. The staff are nice too. I feel welcomed every time I go there. The office is cozy and charming. The only thing that needs improvement is probably the parking lot. Kind of bumpy. We are eternally grateful for the women at North Shore Fertility who made our family complete. After years of trying to conceive, we turned to Dr. Borkowski who treated us with respect, compassion and honesty. We had one IVF cycle resulting in three embryos. Two of the three resulted in pregnancies. We are still astounded at our success.

We found Dr. Borkowski when we couldn't stand to be another "number" at other fertility clinics in the Chicago area. We were seeking IVF treatment with PGD for genetic reasons and the other Drs. we had seen either were not familiar with genetic testing or grouped all of their patients into a one-size fits all approach. Dr. Borkowski is the exact opposite. She makes you feel like you are her only patient; calls you directly; gives you her mobile phone number and expects you to use it and truly cares about her patients. She is a true patient advocate and with so many other clinics only concerned about their numbers and statistics it is refreshing to find someone like Dr. Borkowski. I highly recommend Dr. Borkowski and North Shore Fertility for several reasons. 1. Responsiveness. Dr. Borkowski goes above and beyond to make herself available to her patients and is probably the most responsive and personal doctor I've ever had. I could email or call her anytime and get a prompt response. 2. Personal. I went through both iui and ivf treatment at North Shore and throughout the process I appreciated the care and thought Dr. Borkowski gave my individual situation. For example, she was open to trying different approaches to meds and hormones based on how my body was reacting. She also took her time to explain latest research and pros and cons to different approaches in ways that were easy to understand. 3. Small friendly practice. At North Shore, it's just Dr. Borkowski and a few nurses. You see the same people every time, and get to know them. At other Fertility centers I have felt like cattle getting ushered around--not the case here. 4. Convenient hours. There are lots of appointments with Fertility treatment! Since the office opens at 6:30, I could almost always get my ultrasounds and/or blood work done before work, with minimal impact to my schedule. 5. LGBT friendly. My wife and I are in a same sex marriage and I felt like North Shore was sensitive to our needs and like we were tested with respect. Dr Borkowski is amazing partner on your infertility journey. Thanks to her we have two beautiful babies and three snow babies we can use when we are ready to try for number 3. She listens to your goals and creates a game plan to get there. She explains everything so you are clear on the next steps. She is level headed and focus on the most important part- getting you pregnant. The staff is great and super willing to work with you so you can get your monitoring done and continue to work. If I could leave a review for every time she called/texted to check on me, there would be double digit raving reviews from me. Her and her staff are all amazing. When I call they know exactly who I am, they remember the little details about my life, and they make me feel like I'm the only patient that matters. But in reality I'm certain they do that for everybody. The only unfortunate part is that I will hopefully be pregnant soon and no longer need her. But that's not to say I won't miss her.
