Never saw the doctor. Waited over an hour placed in a small room staring at the walls. Staff never came to explain the delay or anything because she evidently has no staff other than the receptionist. So get out in the pouring rain and come sit in my waiting room all afternoon because her practice is mismanaged and dysfunctional? Dr. Ames was very prompt, friendly, and effective at treating a painful foot issue. Big thanks to her and her staff for being willing to fit me in for a same day appointment as a new patient!

First time ever having gone to Dr Ames! Was very Please with the whole visit! Starting with the receptionist! Very pleasant then the nurse just as pleasant and considering! Then Dr Ames! I made an appointment with Dr. Anne Ames, suffering with a painful tendinitis ailment on my inside right ankle area. She diagnosed me accurately and fixed me right up. She is as knowledgeable and professional as you will ever find and I highly recommend her to anyone suffering from foot or ankle issues.

Moved my mother to Austin, had some big hang nails, Anne was great. In and out in 15 minutes. Thought the procedure would take at least 1 hour to complete.

Dr. Ames has been my family podiatrist for over a decade. Most things she's been able to handle in her office. Her rooms are comfortable, very clean and she has a great view of AUSTIN. She is kind but direct. She listens and though many of my injuries have been due to going barefoot she instructs without judging.????. She makes sure the procedures are as comfortable as possible. Dr. Ames sincerely cares about the outcome of her service often calling me directly to follow-up and make sure things are going well. I recommend her as one of the best physicians I know. Extremely professional and able. I had a highly inflamed big toe and was almost unable to walk. She quickly diagnosed it and I was 100% within a couple of days after treatment.

Finally relief!!!! I have suffered to the point of crawling to bath every morning. My MD recommended her. She gave shot in one foot (hurt when it happened) taped my feet and got me inserts (I now buy online for convenience, her price was well in range of online). Now everything works, I am back to walking and running.
