Love CARE and Dr. Nackley! She and her staff truly cared for me and my wife as patients and as people. Dr. Nackley listened to my concerns and always made me feel heard. We wouldn't have our family if not for her!

Dr. Nackley was amazing. Very patient and always took time to answer the questions i had. Very gentle with the procedures and explained everything in detail. Clinic staff were very nice and respectful.

Dr. Nackley is a wonderful human being as well as a very personable doctor. You can tell she cares about what she does and that it is not an easy situation for the patients going through this process.

During a time of many unknowns, I was easily able to confide in the staff at CARE Fertility. I worked with Dr. Nackley from June 2020 through present and have nothing but wonderful reviews! She was very reassuring and calming during my myomectomy and was very thorough to make sure we could grow our family. Even when certain issues surfaced, Dr. Nackley and staff made sure to go the extra mile in making sure everything was moving in the right direction. I am so grateful for all the help, support, and success that was provided through CARE!

DR. NACKLEY is God sent. She helped my husband and I conceive after we seen other doctors who said we can't. She is absolutely experienced and shows so much care and love to her patients. I will always forever remember her and remember what she has done for us.

Dr. Nackley performed a successful frozen embryo transfer for us. Her bedside manner, knowledge and expertise are absolutely awesome. I have been to another fertility facility in the metroplex, but never felt such warmth and from the doctor as with doctor Nackley and Dr. Doody. Thank YOU!!!

My experience with Dr. Nackley and her team has been outstanding. Dr. Nackley is very thorough and has her patients' best interests at heart. I have been to other fertility doctors and my experience with Dr. Nackley was by far the best. I highly recommend her for your fertility needs.

very professional, friendly and informative

Don't waste your money or time with CARE Fertility!!! You will feel like a piece of cattle with no personalization whatsoever!!! While Dr. Nackley came off very personable, sweet, caring, and knowledgeable when you first meet with her, good luck having her involved again in your care!!! We went through a whole IVF cycle and she was almost not involved whatsoever after the "sell" to commit to a cycle. We had to track her down on the day to make a decision if we were moving forward with retrieval or not - she wasn't even working and the staff seemed inconvenienced to call her. She was never around for any visits and made ZERO adjustments to our regimen. The staff - HORRIBLE!!! No introductions, rude, and left my wife crying after EVERY visit! And NO point person to address questions and concerns... AND then they never even followed up with us after a failed cycle to even consider moving forward to another round. (We are both nurses by the way). Just aweful location and EXPENSIVE!!

Dr. Nackley provided excellent care. I am pain free and and my periods normal for the first time in my whole life. After seeking help elsewhere she was able to isolate the problem and carefully remove a fibriod that was causing me so much pain. I now have periods that are only 2.5 days and I do not even have to take advil and have more energy then I have had in years. I am so grateful!

I had previously gone to a different doctor for fertility testing and treatments and I didn't feel like they took the time to explain to me the entire process I would undergo. So when I found Dr. Knackley, I immediately felt at ease, and she explained every single little detail. This in turn made me relaxed, and I felt this relaxation and comfort with her helped me achieve my pregnancy on my very first IVF round! I am now 10 weeks and have had a smooth pregnancy. Dr. Nackley has been a phenomenal fertility doctor. She is very professional, friendly, and more than exceeded our expectations. She guided us step by step through this whole process, and we recommend her to anyone!

Our overall experience has been great. The staff has been amazing and very kind. The billing process was a little hectic, some fees were left off and there were are last minute unexpected expenses, but otherwise we have nothing but amazing things to say about the clinic.

I enjoy the fact that when I come in everyone knows my name is and always very friendly and kind. It makes me feel very welcome and comfortable. Dr. Nackley has excellent bedside manner and makes me feel like I am her only patient and is very sweet and caring. I honestly have nothing negative to say!

Dr,Nackley was the best doctor i have had. i could not of asked for a better person to help with my fertility. She was very supportive in the long process i had to go through. Dr. Nackley was very compassionate when we were coping with our miscarriages. She not only guided us through the difficult times, but also celebrated with us through the milestones of this successful pregnancy. We felt like she always had time for us and she was always very professional. We are forever grateful!

Dr. Nackley was amazing! She was a true blessing for us on our journey to parenthood. So kind and compassionate. Thank you for helping us make our dreams come true!

My first IVF and FET cycles have been unsuccessful so far, but I have one more frozen transfer left to do so I am trying to stay hopeful and positive. I do not think Dr. Nackley or the staff at CARE have done anything wrong, we just waited too long to get started trying and have other issues. Dr. Nackley seems to really care about us and our journey. My husband and I both really like her and the staff at CARE, much better than another clinic we went to previously.

EVERYONE HAS BEEN VERY HELPFUL AND KIND! THE STAFF HAS MADE THIS EXPERIENCE AS GREAT AS CAN BE EXPECTED1 :).

Waste of hard earned money, they have too many customers. The day of the procedure, the doctor had several cases going on simultaneously. They line you up and perform as fast as possible, No personal attention or affection. As far as the results, after you spend several thousands, the doctor will not talk to you, instead you are given the bad news by a nurse. The office is very much a business model to make money, you are the least of their concern. They said that I do not have a chance because of my age, I went to another country for the procedure and God blessed me with a child.
