There are doctors who go into the profession to help people and there are doctors who are in it just for the money. Anna is the latter. She was transactional, had poor bedside manners and not once did she take the time to explain things or what she was going to do. The reviews with the one stars all line up with this. There are doctors who go into the profession to genuinely help people and then there are the doctors who are in it just for the money. Anna is the latter. She was transactional, had poor bedside manners and not once did she take the time to explain things or what she was going to do. The entire visit was rushed, took literally 2 minutes and then stuck me with a $500 bill. There are warmer more genuine doctors around, go somewhere else.

Took advantage of opportunity to see me after my appointment to adjust hearing aid. Now I'm up to date with my check up with Dr. Aronzon. She was most helpful.

I had a ear infection. Onboarding was thorough, doctor was on time, disadnoxes the issue and eadl with it.

I entered Dr. Aronzon's office with much trepidation but left with the assurance that I made the right choice in an ENT specialist. Dr. Aronzon listened carefully and without interruption to my problem. She responded candidly giving the pros and cons of each option available to me. I never felt rushed or intimidated. She told me that the option I chose would cause some pain and proceeded to lay out every step involved. The procedure went exactly as she described. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Aronzon to anyone who wants a kind and caring person to treat their medical issues.

Dr A came in exactly on time and walked me through my diagnosis and the treatment carefully. She explained everything in simple terms and made sure to answer all of my questions before I left.

The office is very clean and the service is efficient. Dr.Aronzon clearly explained the results of my biopsy and gave me clear instructions on how to proceed further.

I appreciated Dr Aronzon's expertise and understanding. She took the time to understand my problem and gave me a clear course of action. My problem is chronic, but Dr Aronzon was the first to tell me an important detail in my diagnosis that was very helpful. I have a lot of respect for Dr Aronzon, even after just one meeting.

I am so impressed with Dr. Aronzon. First of all, she took me in on an emergency basis, which was so kind and generous. And her diagnosis was right on, as was her prescription for my recovery. I will very highly recommender to anyone needing expert medical attention. I am so grateful to her!

been a patient of dr aronzon's for many years. she goes above and beyond. no reason to change.

Dr Aronzon is fantastic. I’ve been her patient for many years, and she has always given me excellent care. She’s a great listener, she is caring, and she’s very smart. I recommend her without reservation.

Actual visit went ok but getting the medicine I needed was a pain. I called multiple times and asked if I can get a callback as to where it’s sent so I can pick it up but it never happened. As a result I wasn’t able to get my medicine the day I needed it. Hoping I can get it today but not holding my breath. Doctor was suppose to call me back but never did. Update: this doctor sent the wrong prescription to the pharmacy. Pharmacy called to get the right script but the doctor never sent one. Guess I’m not getting my medicine. Most uncaring doctor/office I’ve visited in a long time. What a shame as I visited this doctor two years ago and thought she was great. Dr. Aronzon was the first ENT to prescribe the medication to address a chronic issue that used to require more frequent visits. I’m so glad my friend recommended her.

I went to Dr. Aronzon because my right ear had been blocked with wax, and I had been told by an NP at CityMD that the eardrum might well have been perforated by my attempts to clear it. Dr. Aronzon listened to my history attentively, examined me carefully, and removed the blockage with a vacuum. She explained what she was doing, and when the procedure was finished told me that my eardrum was intact. She also inserted a few drops to ease the irritation. Excellent. Quick setting up as a new patient, able to fill forms out online, hardly waited at all. Dr. Aronzon fixed my clogged ear within 10 minutes (after two weeks) and I am SO appreciative. Nice people, great office. Thank you!!

Dr. Aronzon listened to my description of sick symptoms, did a careful exam of my ears/nose/throat, was very matter of fact about the diagnosis and the care/medication plan and addressed all my questions and was down to earth in terms of recommending a plan i could follow. I experienced a sudden hearing loss in one ear about a week ago and had the absolute pleasure of seeing Dr. Aronzon today. Not friendly. Expensive bills. I was misdiagnosed. Unnecessary tests. She prescribed me a lot of medicines were not related with my condition (almost $300 for two nasal sprays not generic. The pharmacist told me that she could have prescribed generic drugs instead brand name drugs which are cheaper ). I finally asked to other doctor for a second opinion and after a quick check he removed a simple ear wax and the problem literally gone. Anna Aronzon made me waste time and money. Wonderful doctor. Very thorough, attentive and happy to take time to answer all of your questions. I came to see her about a reoccurring sore throat/cough/laryngitis issue, and during her evaluation she was able to detect that my thyroid was enlarged. I put off doing a thyroid ultrasound, and she kept reminding me until I followed up with an endocrinologist. Subsequently, I found out I have hasimotos disease, all thanks to her. She recommended I do an allergy test (I was resistant), but turns out I am allergic to pretty much everything, and this was exacerbating the reoccurring cough/laryngitis issue. Dr. Aranzon gave me practical tips to follow in addition to using the allergy medicine. I’m just getting over a mild cold, and I have no doubt that the symptoms were less severe due to her medical expertise. Yes, seeing and ENT can be expensive. It really is. wouldn't recommend

BE WARNED BEFORE YOU GO IN!!!!!! Tldr: not friendly + very expensive My experiences below: 1. First step in the door, some girl crying profusely at the front desk because they charged her a lot of money 2. The visit was less than 10 mins with a simple scope and she determined that I have swimmers ear and my nose was congested 3. I have a high deductible and I keep asking how much this visit would cost me and no one would tell me how much this visit would cost (doctor nor the front desk). Not even in the print outs! 4. She gave me other allergies prescriptions randomly on top of the ear drop because she saw my nose was congested but I didn't even come in for my allergies. 5. I called her first name once and was insisted that I call her a "Dr." 6. Went to the pharmacy to pick up my ear drops to cure this common swimmers ear and was told by my pharmacist that this drop is $200+ out of my pocket and quote on quote the pharmacist said it is an "outrageous" price and he wondered why she didn't just prescribe a simple generic which is much cheaper with the same effect. 8. God knows what bill I am going to be slammed with. If it is too crazy I might fight it. Very attentive and professional doctor. Spent a lot of time listening instead of jumping to conclusions, and hence suggested correct and efficient treatment. Highly recommend. Excellent experience.

AWFUL! STAY AWAY! I'd previously visited this doctor and was misdiagnosed as well. Specifically, I'd come in with feeling of lump in throat, hoarseness, etc. I was told I have GERD, handed a special diet list, and told to "stay away from those Doritos!" whilst being shooed out her office as I looked at the list and protested "but I don't eat these things?!". Never mind that I'd mentioned suffering from chronic migraine and being made to take over the counters (Excedrin Migraine & Advil) for yrs bef being issued scripts (preventatives, etc). AVOID this place at all costs. I wish I read the other reviews before I made an appointment here. I went for a simple antibiotics prescription for allergies. Doctor Anna Aronzon MD preformed a series of useless and unnecessary tests (I got a second opinion). I then received a 400$ bill despite telling her I only want a prescription. They scum patients for tests and over charge the insurance companies. If you read the other reviews they have an average of 1.5 stars for this reason. Their office manager named Sarah Williams is rude and treats patients like a collection department. I filed a complaint at the New York state health department and apparently I'm not the first.
