Currently working on reporting her to the medical board because it was that bad. Exact words to me, “we don’t jump for patients, you should go.” I would think a doctor would be considered when their patients are in pain. Seriously horrible. She couldn't get the implant out of my arm it took her 45 minutes. She also didn't tell me I was pregnant with the pregnancy test she gave me. I found out two days later with a store bought test. She Gave me no follow up care just left immediately and put her hands on her head in her office. Don't go to her. Seriously pick another gyno. Terrible family of physicians

Recently an issue arose in while I needed a CT scan performed on a left ovary. I had been seeing this Dr for over 23 years. It had been over three years since I had been in. I had not received any notice to come in from the Dr because I would have gone in for a ck up. Anyway I had a ruptured left cyst and needed assistance in a hurry. I was told I would be considered a new patient in her office and she might could see me in 6 months but they suggest I find another dr. That is what 23 years will do for you. She is great!

Dr. Nguyen is one of the best GYN that I've seen in the past 30 plus years. She was able to answer my questions and listen to my concerns with care. I couldn't say enough good things about her people skills. She interact with patients like her own family members. Since I've relocated from west coast, I was looking for a good GYN in Destin area. Many people had highly recommended Dr. Ann Nguyen.

Dismissive. Talks so fast that you may not realize she didn't take your concern seriously or answer your questions until after you leave. I felt like she pushed a new brand of birth control on me, which was was so new that it was not covered by any insurance, and, I found out later, was not conventionally prescribed to women who don't need to take a progestin-only pill. Amazing doctor, makes sure you understand everything and really listens to your concerns.

I had a terrible experience and would not recommend her practice. My concerns were not taken seriously and I felt very dismissed. Also, when I asked for additional information about my concerns, I was told to Google it. I will not be returning to this doctor.

Love Dr. Nguyen! I have been going to her for about 11 years. It's always scary trying to decide who to go to when you move to a new town, but three other people in my office go to her and recommended her to me. So glad I found her. Very sweet and caring person!

I was disappointed that Dr Nguyen made big medical decisions for my health and said she didn't need to do blood tests because she seen it a million times before. Maybe that is the case but a doctor that's not willing to do a blood test, when you ask for it, to make sure that she's prescribing the right balance for me personally is not a doctor I want to see. She also completely dismisses compound pharmaceuticals and natural remedies. This was my 2and visit. The 1st I felt rushed but understand a busy doctor. THIS VISIT.....WOW I will NEVER go back and DO NOT recommend this doctor. She interrupted each question with a dismissive answer. Then was rude and annoyed. So as I sit on the table, naked, vulnerable and crying just wanting a doctor to not dismiss my questions, I was met with this horrible excuse for a doctor. As a woman with questions about menopause, you should be able to ask without being cut off and dismissed. I even called days before the appointment to ask if I need to make a special appointment just to ensure I had time to ask the questions I needed instead of going to Google. I absolutely love Dr. Nguyen. Unlike other reviewers, my experience with her was perfect. After my procedure, she contacted my husband to check on me. Several times during the weekend, she called to make sure that I was okay. She was available via email and responded within 24 hours. negative, I would not recommend. I called to set an appointment about a miscarriage. Not a single question was asked about me medically. I was just told to go to the ER. I would prefer my doctor see and refer me to someone who can help versus denying my appointment request. I was completely appalled in how the staff and doctor treated me.

She is a wonderful physician. I am a physician of a very different specialty and I absolutely respect her expertise. She is such a kind hearted and knowledgeable doctor. I have wholeheartedly recommend her to my friends and family. We are lucky to have her in our area.

Dr Nguyen is the Best! She takes the time to explain EVERYTHING! She actually remembers to ask about your family and always spot on with her diagnoses and care.

I have been with Dr Nguyen for 20years. She's been wonderful, explaining my care plan well to me, open to my questions, always giving her undivided attention during my visits

Dr. Nguyen was very rude. Her bedside manner was crass and belittling for two consecutive years. She seems rushed. I felt humiliated when I left her office by the way she spoke to me. Did she apologize when I brought this to her attention? No. She threatened me in writing. I have never been humiliated by a doctor before.

She has been my doctor for over 10 years, I have complete confidence in her.

I have family and friends who see her. We all love her. I have been going to her for about 15 years. Would definitely recommend her!

Dr. Nguyen was extremly kind and reassuring. She let you know what she planned and made sure it was done quickly to limit worry. She shared her personal experiences to let you know you could trust that she genuinely cared about you and could identify with many of her patients. She is a very kind and knowledgeable doctor. After performing a hysterectomy, she didn't bother to visit or speak to my husband or myself immediately after the surgery to inform either of us as to how the procedure went. She filed a claim for a second doctor, her husband who is a urologist, who presumably also provided his services in addition to hers during the hysterectomy, yet she never informed me prior to or after the surgery as to what those services were. In doctor's visits, she would not be physically within the examination room with you for longer than 10 minutes. When attempting to ask questions during one exam, she kept her hand on the doorknob of the door waiting to finish her response before wanting to quickly exit the room before I asked an further questions. During multiple regular office visits, each time both she and her nurse would ask if I was taking a medication she prescribed previously, when each and every time I explained I never filled the prescription or took the medication along with the fact she never ordered refills-yet with each and every visit the assumption was stated and made I was taking the medication, with this going on for two years. The final straw was her requesting that I pay her $25 out of pocket, and not eligible for filing an insurance claim against, for her filling out a pre-authorization form to fill a medication she prescribed. If you are a patient of hers, you are just a chart number and dollar signs. --After performing a major surgery, didn't bother to speak to my husband or myself in regards to how the procedure went.--charged insurance for two doctors for the hysterectomy, with the second doctor being her husband-who is a urologist and someone I had never seen or had any affiliation with. --She can't keep straight your medical records and current medications.--asked I pay her $25 out of pocket just to fill out pre-authorization insurance form for medication she prescribed.

I found Dr. Nguyen to be very knowledgeable and kind. She explains everything well and did not rush me out of the office. Very comfortable talking with her.

Had a very negative experience with her, and do not feel like she cared about helping me at all. Will not be back, or recommend her to anyone.

I had a horrible experience trying to set up an appointment with this doctor since I had to have records from my previous gynecologist sent to them before making an appointment. They told me they would call me back on at least 4 separate occasions and failed to do so. My experience with her was extremely negative. She was dismissive, condescending, and uninterested in hearing or helping me with my concerns, which actually turned out to be polyps and endometriosis. Fortunately I found another doctor who showed much more concern, and started helping me at my very first visit. I do not recommend Dr. Nguyen.

First appointment of the day, still waited over 30 min for Dr.. She was nice but rushed. Front check in girl was unfriendly and clothes dirty, pant bottom leg hem filthy and ripped from walking on them. Check out lady again unfriendly and short with me. Nurse was again not friendly, first room for vitals was dirty, told to take off shoes and stand backwards on scale. Scale foot area was disgustingly dirty. Exam room was no better, tray with exam items left open and unsanitary. NOT going back.

Dr. Nguyen is an outstanding physician and she always makes the care and comfort of her patients a number one priority! She goes above and beyond in everything she does for her patients and staff! I am lucky to have know this kind, and wonderful provider!

Dr. Nguyen and her staff have always been very helpful and professional and I have seen her for about 8 years.

Dr Nguyen is great, she puts you at ease, she has great bed side manner and very good at what she does.

Every experience I have had with Dr. Nguyen has been remarkable. She is friendly and extremely comforting to talk to about anything. Not only is she sincere but very knowledgeable about current medical science and studies. The office is busy and there is usually a wait for new patience but it is well worth the wait. I recommend Dr. Nguyen for younger women, and people new to having different female exams and especially for those who have anxiety about OBGYN visits. Dr. Nguygen has been my gyno doc for 21 years. She is personable, kind, and professional. Even when I lived in Atlanta for 2 years, I made the drive into Fort Walton for my appointments as I didn?t want anyone else as my doc - she's the best! My mom has driven from AL to stay with Dr. Nguyen for over 6 years.
