Dr. Visosky recently did my sinus polyps removal surgery. I cannot emphasize enough how much I love her and the excellent care I received with her. I was rather scared about this surgery, but it has actually been a great experience and I'm really happy. For example: When I had questions during my recovery, I was able to email her (through kp.org) and I kid you not EVERY TIME she got back to me the SAME DAY. I commented to her on my next appointment that I appreciated her balancing performing surgery, doing her appointments, AND being so responsive on her email and she said 'she just does the best she can'. Another example: When I came in with a list of questions on my phone, she patiently went through every one with me and didn't rush me or gaslight me or make me feel crappy (other doctors have for me). She has handled this whole process with intelligence and competence, but also empathy and kindness, and I'm so so thankful I had her for this surgery and can't recommend her enough.
