Was going here for years despite waiting 2-3 hours everytime with an appointment because I liked the doctor until I went to get a Hep A shot and Tentnus which are covered by insurance and then made an appointment to ask why they would not give me a typhoid shot after calling Blue cross and being informed my insurance does in fact cover it and my doctor should give it to me but they would not order it for me so I had to take my chances and go to Asia for a month without the Typhoid shot because I wasn’t going to pay $200 for it at a clinic when my blue cross covers it makes zero sense and then was billed a month later $75.00 for a “travel visit” becaue they don’t cover travel info visits? I had to go to get my tetanus and Hep A and find out why they wouldn’t give me a typhoid shot when it’s covered so all of it for nothing and paid $95 for a office visit that no one told me about. Dr. Robinson is great! She is the kind of Doc that makes a connection with her patients.

Very knowledgeable, personable,&professional

She is a wonderful doctor, answers all questions and spends necessary time with you when answering. If I have to wait 15 or 30 minutes it is worth it. I know someone ahead of me is getting the same good care that I receive.

Dr. Robinson has been my primary care physician for two and a half years. She is friendly, professional and thorough. She always takes the time to discuss any issues I am having, and to answer my questions. She explains things clearly, and never makes me feel as though she is in a hurry to move on to her next patient. I have seen many doctors over the years, but Dr. Robinson has been my favorite, by far.

Caring, thorough, listens, does not rush through exam, good follow up

I have been seeing Dr. Anke Robinson for about 9 years - she is the BEST physician I have had yet! She is caring and takes the time to discuss any concern you may have - if it concerns you, it concerns her!!
