Dr Rao was attentive. He wants to get me the right medicine to help me. Thanked me for waiting. He was quite busy.

Dr Rao was very attentive and caring.

I like that doctor he is so thro and honest

He listened to me. Gave his honest opinion. Ordered proper blood work and x-rays. And most importantly, didn't treat me like an idiot

Dr Rao is incredibly personable with his patients. Really pays attention to my concerns and I always feel heard. And when it came to being booked out he insisted I be squeezed in for an appointment and he made sure I was taken care of. You couldn’t find a better rheumatologist anywhere

Very good Dr. He takes time to talk with you. He has helped me so much.

Dr. RAO is a six star doctor or more in my opinion, he has the passion and really cares how you're doing.

Visited Dr. Rao and he was courteous and respectful. He listened to my questions and thoughtfully answered all my questions. His nurses and receptionist were also courteous. His offices were clean!

Dr. Rao is very thorough, explained everything he was doing and gave me some relief of the pain I was experiencing. He is compassionate and was comfortable enough to joke with me. I would definitely recommend him.

Thankful. I could see the MD so quickly.

He is super friendly and really listens to what I say and tries to help treat my pain along with improving my functionality in daily life. I like seeing him to treat me and feel lucky I found a doctor that listens since at times you can feel like a number not a person. I feel like a person with him. Not rushed.

Dr Rao was kind and professional. He took the time to listen to everything I was concerned about and then ordered the appropriate tests to learn more about what’s happening. I really appreciated the care he demonstrated.

The nurse was nasty and very short zero customer service skills. I experience this both visits same nurse as a result will not return!

Very polite. Nurses return calls, Dr Rao very professional, asks questions and checks all joints for arthritis, lungs to eyes. Meds working well.

Dr. Roa has help me tremendously with my rheumatoid arthritis in my hands and Arms and with my osteoarthritis in my knees he not afraid of trying new drugs and ideas. I was with another rheumatolist from a different organization for 3 years with no good results and as soon as I got a second Opinion and went to DR. Roa and got much better results.I am not totally heeled yet, there no doubt I will thanks to this Dr. J. Dr.Rao is very kind and doesn’t rush you. Also has a wonderful office staff. My experience has always been very good. I highly recommend him! And his staff!

Dr. Rao is a very thorough and patient person, he listens closely and takes every symptom seriously, I would refer others to his office readily!

Somewhat friendly accept when you need help with paper work for disability then this doctor is not friendly and goes out of his way to ignore you like your not important. This doctor does not give full exams to see how your RA is to insure proper care. If you body has bad interactions with medication and pharmacy says you cant take it these guys dont care about that either. These guys only care for those that are easy patients they dont go extra mile at all. Feel like they did not care about my needs at all. This is at the Jefferson Lutheran location. If you want an indepth doctor go with someone else. Great Doctor, doing everything in his power to help me , without pushing pain pills. Take the time to listen.
