DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN TO THIS DOCTOR! Absolutely horrible. We had the worst experience from our visit, to test being ran, medication being called in. Everything was wrong. My child was not a priority at all.

We take our grandson to see Dr. Shannon. She is extremely competent and listens to us about what is going on with him. She's never in a hurry and takes her time when she's in the room with us. We would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone in need of a GI doctor for their grandchild.

Dr.Shannon is a very qualified and caring GI Doctor. She's been my granddaughters physician for 5 yrs and I'm so impressed with her attention to detail in my childs care. I recommend her as a great doctor.

Dr. Shannon is an awesome and caring physician. She was quite accurate with a diagnosis for my daughter. My only regret is that my daughter has just outgrown a pediatric doctor.

Whoever this Dr. Shannon person is, I WOULDN'T TRUST A STRAY DOG IN HER CARE! My daughter who has a HISTORY of stomach ulcers was to be admitted into Baptist Hosptial on Sunday evening & was supposed to have a procedure done on Monday to check these bleeding ulcers. Well, apparently "Dr." Shannon overrode the recommendation of the ER staff & sent MY DAUGGTER HOME! We are NOW in the ER @ UMC WITH POSSIBLE KIDNEY FAILURE AND BLEEDING ULCERS! 8 DAYS "DR." SHANNON, THIS IS THE 8TH DAY MY DAUGHTER HASN'T BEEN ABLE TO EAT OR DRINK! AND YOU MA'AM ARE TO BLAME! Whoever this Dr. Shannon person is, I WOULDN'T TRUST A STRAY DOG IN HER CARE! I love Dr. Shannon. She has seen both of my children who were diagnosed with dairy protein allergens. She's very knowledgeable and always gives me advice of what I can do to help my children's conditions until I can get into a doctor's office.

First of all the address on the site is wrong. My husband took off work and we drove two hours to see Dr Shannon. Thanks to the incorrect information on their page we got lost then we called and they gave us the wrong address again!! We finally arrive and they turned us away because we were late!! Dr. Shannon office always seemed to schedule my child appointments on days that she would never be in the office. The nurse that they use to see her patients needs more schooling and that uneducated assistant isn't no better. If you child/children has severe medical problems please don't waste your time with this place.
