Despite going to the website and finding appointments available the next day and week. I was told that I could not make an appointment until mid April because it takes them time to verify insurance. Brittany - the person that answered the phone sounded as if she was sleep and speaking to me like I was one of her girlfriends. The staff is a reflection of the provider - unprofessional.

Extremely unhelpful. Therapist was disinterested unless she was talking about herself (red flag). What was shared was inappropriate at best, and made me question her judgement as a professional. During the final session I had, she admitted she struggles to be around depressed people (????). Sent e-mail asking for patient record, which has yet to be responded to, even though my inbox has been blown up regularly with spam about workshops she is doing. I would not recommend at all. You do not need a therapist who looks like you-- just someone who knows what they are doing, listens, is empathetic, and will help you with your goals.
