I was very pleased with my visit here got some upsetting news about arthritis in my neck and got upset and Dr.Gage walked me through this.

Everyone at this office was so kind and helpful Dr Garg was excellent in assessing and explaining causes and treatment.

I went in with pain in my shoulder like someone was constantly stabbing me. Dr. Garg ordered x-rays of my shoulder and neck and determined it was my neck that was causing the pain. He sent me to physical therapy and it worked. The pain was gone.

I was treated quite well here, and the professionalism and care that Dr. Garg showed me was unparalleled. I was sad to see him go to Tennessee, but I fully believe that he'll do a great job down there. All the best, Dr. Garg!

I was in pain for over a year and was introduced to Dr. Garg through my Doctor. He thought Dr. Garg could help me with the his Tenex procedure. He was amazing and I now am painfree. He was such a blessing to me. Highly recommend.

Dr Garg and Haley have been effective in significantly reducing pain in my knees due to osteoarthritis. Dr Garg has also developed a plan to treat my osteoarthritis going forward. He and Haley have a great bedside manner and have talked me through my questions and concerns. I feel healthier for having Dr Garg and Haley in my corner.

Dr. Garg is a great physician. Provided clear and concise guidance on a treatment plan for a radial head fracture. Checked in with me frequently on my progress and made sure I was gaining the mobility needed at each phase of healing. He is the most condescending doctor I’ve ever met. Did not listen. Was not interested in medical history. Just wanted me to get 3 weeks of PRP shots at $2k each. When I said no he suddenly doubted my condition. Then they want to send you to their Imagining center they all own. I declined. Oh and you have to sign off not to record the visit or they won’t see you. That said it all.

Efficient, no prolonged wait time. Listens and will get all info (exams, X-ray, mri) first before rushing to diagnosis and treatment. Enjoyable experience.

From the first moment upon walking into the office you are greeted with a warm hello. Then comes the very kind nurse to get you,all the while making you feel very welcome. Then there is Dr.Garg.. He is so very kind and truly listens to you. And right away starts putting into action of how he can help you . Giving you options from the get go! I would highly recommend him.

Dr Garg treated me for a radial head fracture. He gave me clear guidance on expectations and my treatment plan from the first day we met. He checked in with me remotely during covid to ensure I was progressing appropriately. Made sure I was improving my mobility per expectations and now at week 9, I am almost back to 100% mobility. He great doctor who communicates clearly and concisely. Highly recommend him as your sports medicine physician.

I had a terrible and costly experience with Dr. Garg. I went in for chronic hip pain. After the initial x-ray, he drew my diagnosis in stick figure form on a paper towel. He asked me no questions about my routine, my work, my exercise or any injuries. He was aloof and dismissive from the start. I should have followed my gut and changed doctors immediately. I didn't. After getting an MRI, he informed me briefly at a follow-up visit that I had tendinopathy in my my hip. I didn't. After changing doctors due to his termination, turns out I have arthritis and a labral tear. However, because he diagnosed me with tendinopathy, he was then able to prescribe a costly procedure which made him quite a bit of money. It is called Tenex and did nothing, obviously, since I didn't have the problem for which the procedure is intended to relieve. It was $1300 after insurance. Thank god I didn't choose the other procedure he recommended which was not covered by insurance at all. After the procedure, he gave me no information on recovery time or limitations. I asked these questions and he informed me I couldn't work for a week or exercise for the three weeks. This was verbal, there was nothing in written form about the recovery. Dr. Garg was fired from his practice shortly after all of this happened, coincidentally. He didn't lose his license but apparently his methods were so questionable, the other doctors in his practice no longer wanted to be associated with him. Obviously, AVOID. I actually really liked Dr. Garg and my time with him, but the office is horrible to work with. I have been working to schedule my next appointment/next steps and it has taken 10+ phone calls. One of the most compassionate, talented physicians I've ever met. Just absolutely humble and awesome. How do we add a 6th star?

Dr. Garg is the best. he treated me twice in the past year. once for my broken left knee, and most recently for my severe tendon pain (and slight tear) in my right elbow. i could say so much about his attentiveness and care for my well-being, but that will be immediately obvious to anyone who is treated by him. he loves what he does, he is passionate about it, and he is deeply devoted to his vocation. most recently, he worked serious wonders with my elbow, which had been causing me pain for almost 3 years, and was becoming unbearable. in only 3 short months, i am well on my way to a full recovery. again, this is an injury that had worsened over the course of 3 years, and previous attempts by other doctors in that time were unsuccessful. Dr. Garg chose to use PRP therapy with my injury. 3 injections in 3 weeks, followed by 3 weeks of very limited use, followed by PT for 3-4 weeks, and i am amazed by and SO grateful for the results i am currently experiencing! thank you thank you THANK YOU, Dr. Garg. you are a gem in the medical world and i am blessed to have been guided your way! I have been seeing Dr. Garg for a number of years. He really understands how the body works and takes a smart and practical approach to treatment. He does a good job of explaining procedures that can be done to aid in your treatment plan but also helped me understand that procedures are not always the best first option. He takes his time answering questions and explaining what is happening in your body that can be causing your pain. I always have a great experience and I highly recommend Dr. Garg. This is the most unprofessional run office I have encountered in a long time. I made a 10:00 am appointment on September 7 for September 22. I get there early to fill out paperwork. The woman at the counter was rude, could have cared less about her job. 10:20 I'm still not seen and told there was one ahead. I said I had a 10:00 am appointment all she said was 40.00 copay. I walked out ands am filing a complaint. The office staff need to do a better job managing appointments. This is the most unprofessional run office I have encountered in a long time. Dr. Garg himself is great. Straightforward and knowledgeable. Although, unless you know the Blessed Virgin herself good luck getting in for an appointment quickly let alone on time. Even test result followups are one to two week waits to see the doctor, and that is just to find out what the test showed!

I went to my foot doctor for a routine check-up and informed him of some knee pain I was experiencing. He recommended Dr. Garg. Dr. Garg fit me in that day, which I was not expecting, but I was pleasantly surprised. He was awesome and so was his staff. He was very informative about my pain and I would definitely recommend his office.

Dr. Garg is awesome. He takes time to explain everything clearly and has an effective, common sense approach to treatment. His staff is great. Very friendly and helpful and he works with the top physical therapists. Team Rehab in Lincoln Park helped me completely recover from back pain. Would highly recommend!

After three months of experiencing pain in my wrist, I finally went to Dr. Garg and was pleasantly surprised by the doctor's professionalism and courtesy. A treatment plan was very clearly explained to me and was very accommodating. For the course of my PT, the doctor has been in constant communication with my PT specialist outside of this clinic. It was not easy to schedule an appointment with Dr. Garg, but I can definitely recommend him as the best sport medicine physician.

I was referred to this sports medicine clinic through a nearby physical therapy clinic for pain in my hip. Dr. Garg and his crew were great about getting me in same day — above and beyond! I saw Dr. Garg after experiencing a running-related injury in which I tore my calf muscle. I waited a week to see him (when I was in excruciating pain) because his online reviews were so good. Thankfully, the reviews did not lie! Dr. Garg made me feel relaxed & comfortable from the moment I met him. I stressed how much I love working out & Dr. Garg came up with a plan that got me back to the gym ASAP. He listened while I asked questions & made me feel at ease with the solution. I recently saw Dr. Garg for the first time and the experience from start to finish was great! I previously had insurance "in network" vs "out of network" issues with other Sports Medicine Doctors, but when I called to make my first appointment, the registration staff was super helpful and ensured that they took my insurance. I had no problem getting in and didn't have to wait long to schedule an appointment with Dr. Garg. When I arrived the day of the appointment, I didn't have to wait long and they were able to do X-rays and check out my shoulder during the same appointment. He pinpointed my shoulder pain and I now have a treatment plan with a Physical Therapist that he recommended me to. I'll be back for my followup in a few weeks and expect all to be well. *Side note - I'm a big question-asker and Dr. Garg didn't seem frustrated by this at all.
