Best way to describe my experience at Hartsdale Dental Care is Calming and Comfortable. Dr Woo has been my dentist for 15 years. In those years I have never had a bad experience. Dr. Woo always makes me feel at ease and is willing to explain his procedures. I would highly recommend Dr. Woo.

Hello my name is Damon.I have been going to Dr. Andrew Woo for about 6 years. I have had many issues with my teeth due to bad luck and bad hygiene Dr .Woo and his amazing staff have brought my teeth back to life with regular cleanings and 4 dental implants, by the way contrary to all the rumors they do not hurt at lest when Dr.woo is doing them . My mother visited this office today and was so RUDELY treated and disrespected by the dentist. I would NEVER want anyone to be subjected or have their parent subjected to this terribly rude dentist. The staff was kind, the dentist outrageously rude. Never again and will be sure everyone knows to stay away.

He is great!

Always gives a detailed explanation of my dental health and isn’t pushy about services I don’t want or need.

Dr. Woo is an excellent dentist. He and his staff are always caring about patients. They have taken care of my wife and me for very long time since 2012. It’s not easy to find a good dentist but Dr. Woo is one of the best dentists in Westchester and always care about patients’ dental health.

Dentist Woo is very friendly and provides knowledge on how to properly care for teeth. Highly recommended!

January 2022: I am still a very happy patient at Hartsdale Dental Care. Dr. Woo and his staff are still number one in my book. March 2017 I am still a patient at Hartsdale Dental Care. I still receive excellent care from Dr. Woo and his associates. The practice continues to maintain its high level of service and integrity. The braces came off my teeth in 2016 and I have had no issues with any of the placed implants. I periodically see their hygienist Ruby as well as Dr. Woo for maintenance of the great smile I now enjoy. Hartsdale Dental Care continues to exceed my expectations. They are truly in the business of informed health care that starts and ends with the well-being of the patient. December 2014 I am ecstatic about the care I have received and am receiving at Hartsdale Dental Care. I knew my case was going to be challenging. The dentist I had seen before I found Hartsdale Dental Care advised a treatment plan that consisted of a full upper denture. He did not feel that my remaining teeth were worth saving and felt that implant surgery was something that could be revisited after all the teeth had been removed. I felt that he did not want to take my case on. I was looking for another dentist when I saw the sign for Hartsdale Dental Care. I looked at the practices’ website and read very positive comments from patients that sounded sincere. I read that Dr. Woo had donated his time to take on a challenging case of a young child. I thought that Dr. Woo would be able and willing to help me. I was right. Dr. Woo listened to my concerns and agreed that it was possible to restore my missing teeth without removing any teeth that could be saved via root canal. Dr. Woo never talked down to me. He explained his treatment plan and what the cost would be. I find Dr. Woo to be a dentist of great integrity. He is truly passionate about his work and has great concern for his patients. He wants his patients to feel the service he provides them, he would provide to a family member. He has delivered on his promise to restore my smile. He did the orthodonture work, sinus lift, root canals and implant surgery himself without any complications on my part, no infections. There was some pain, but nothing that was unexpected. I do wish he had warned me more about the braces though. They took quite a bit of adjustment on my part. He stayed pretty much on schedule with his treatments. He does not keep patients waiting. He was willing to work with my schedule when possible. The staff at Hartsdale Dental Center is very professional and courteous reflecting the same concern that Dr. Woo has for his patients. I am so pleased with my experience at Hartsdale Dental Care. I highly recommend them if you are looking for personal, quality health care.
