The office uses the water pick type cleaning and it was fantastic. The hygienist (Lindsay I think was her name) was the best I have ever had and Dr Lam was so sweet. Highly recommended this office.

I highly recommend! Dr Lam and her assistant are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They both took the time to answer any questions I had. I don’t have a single negative thing to say about my experiences here!

Dr. Welkie, Dr. Lam and their staff are very friendly and helpful. I have been going to their office for over 15 years. Dr. Lam is wonderful & her staff are very nice and helpful. Dr. Lam did a fantastic job with dental work I had done. I highly recommend her to PSU Students & Hershey Medical Staff, she accepts our insurance too!

I NEVER thought I would rave about a dentist. I needed major work done and was quite apprehensive. I was a new patient of Dr. Lam. But I will be her patient for as long as she practices. Dr. Lam and her assistant were absolutely amazing. They made a very scary process much easier. And their work product is better than I expected. My entire experience, including the office staff, has been top notch. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I NEVER thought I would rave about a dentist. Terrible service! Even after calling them for directions and being unable to find the place. They refused to provide me with service that I booked for. Will never return back or recommend this place. For someone new to this area, they were totally not accommodating.

My Son and i moved to Middletown and Dr Welkie was suggested by my boyfriend. I am so glad i listened we have been going now for 2 years and i love this office i have had nothing but positive experiences. They are wonderful with me as well as my six yr old.

What a professional and well presented Dentist office. Tianna was fantastic and it was the best cleaning ever and I felt extremely confident in her skills and knowledge. Dr Welkie was extremely courteous and friendly and informative. Very great experience!

I have been going to Dr. Welkie for 22 plus years now. Dr. Welkie and his staff are second to none! Dr. Welkie and his staff are EXCELLENT with kids. The office runs very effectively. No waiting beyond your appointment time. If you have any concerns between visits they will get you in quickly. Other then the standard procedures any dental office would do, such as an exam, cleaning, and x-rays (once a year). He has done one filling on wife and I have also had one filling in 22 plus years. No pressure or up selling you into unnecessary costly work. If he would recommend an expensive procedure, I can guarantee you it needs done. I have referred several people to Dr. Welkie and all have been beyond pleased. He is a diamond in the ruff. Bottom line this office has great integrity! I've gone to Dr. Welkie for many years, but realized only recently how lucky I have been to have such a wonderful dentist. I was having some serious tooth pain and was expecting him to have me wait to come in during normal business hours. Instead, he said he would see me right away outside of normal hours and when I went to the office he alleviated the pain I was having. I can't thank him enough for all his help in my time of need. I recently moved and travel 20 miles to my dentist, but truth is, I'd travel double that for the best patient services he and his great staff provides. Thank you once again Dr. Welkie and staff! I made a cosmetic procedure with Dr Welkie, he said that doing a crown would be easy and that would fix the cosmetic problem. Ended up with a lot of pain, I couldn't sleep and even if I told him about my pain he would say is normal, pass two weeks and the real crown came, I thought that would solve my problem, but it didn't. I told him again and from the office they told me it could last 6 months!! To which I didn't believe, from asking other people that have crowns. I went for a second opinion and ended up having a root canal, procedure that I didn't needed in the first place, the staff and the dentist are friendly but I don't know if he understands about pain in a patient.
