We had our first consultation today and after some technical difficulties we had the best consult with Dr. Toledo. He and his staff were very friendly and professional and my husband and I can't wait to move forward with his practice.

We had the best possible experience with Doctor Toledo and his team.. all the blessings fun talks the nurses the specialists of RBA made us feel safe and I home.. we could not have a verter Doctor and a better team and we got pregnant on our first round of IUI. My husband and I were referred to Dr. Toledo back in early Spring 2018. He ran tests and made quick decisions. We had our first IUI in August, and it was successful! We now have a beautiful 3 month old baby girl. Dr. Toledo was professional, understanding, and above all, confident in our chances of becoming pregnant. He always knew how to ease our worries. We will be going to him again when it's time to for our second. We can't thank him enough for all that he has done. What a blessing he was, and still is to our family. We love Dr. Toledo! He is thorough, knowledgeable, attentive and so very compassionate. He provided us the guidance we needed to make informed decisions at every turn. Today we have 3 energetic and amazing boys...We highly recommend him.

Omg please do your research thoroughly and run away from this phony. Any positive review here is a fake/fraud! This Dr. totally missed lead me, wasted my time and money, and not fights me properly or look after my best interest or my ultimate goal which was to get pregnant. The office and staff as horrible as well. They are nice when they try to get your money but you are just a statistic and they do not care about trying to help your long-term goal and purpose for being there. Awesome. Confident. The reason why we have our healthy son today. God worked through him for our miracle IVF baby.

He was our third specialist after having 5 miscarriages in 4 years. Dr. Toledo is the best. We have a beautiful son now, thanks to him and his team.

Dr Toledo has been amazing since my first visit with him December 2018. My husband and I have been ttc for over 2.5 years. After being diagnosed with unexplained infertility, we were on the road to IUI since everything else looked great. We just did our first IUI March 2nd. We are praying and believing that this will result in our MIRACLE. GRBA and their staff have been so supportive in our short time as patients and I am so thankful that we were led to this clinic. Excellent, Dr. Toledo is very knowledgeable, patience and a good listener. After consulting and starting the IVF treatment at 40 year old with him a couple months ago, we are now four months pregnant after my first IVF cycle. I am very grateful to Dr. Toledo and all the nurses. So far the baby is healthy and everything is going excellent and smoothly. The only complain I have about this practice is with the Billing Insurance department and one of the ladies that withdraw the blood during the weekends. The billing department is a bit inefficient I had to be filing claims and appeals with my insurance company myself, as the lady in the billing department did not follow up with my insurance and was she was a bit inefficient. And one of the ladies that withdraw blood on the weekends seemed so unhappy and was always rude. Other than that, I have no complains, Dr. Toledo is excellent. If Dr. Toledo were to do Ancestry DNA, his profile would come back as 99% God! This clinic is our 3rd (and final) stop and they are right when they say the 3rd time is a charm. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by the wonderful receptionists (shout out to my girl Mary Ellen.) The Ultrasound techs are warm and the Phlebotomists are always so funny & kind. Debbie at checkout is my Southern momma. His MA, Vann is beyond amazing as is his RN- Lindsey who is wise beyond her years and has the patience of Job. She has been such a source of strength throughout our journey. While we are not in the clear yet, and no matter our outcome, Dr. Toledo has given us hope where another doctor, at another practice told us we were bound for surrogacy. As a nurse myself, I find it hard to trust other doctors however with Dr. Toledo and his staff I feel at peace and have the utmost trust and respect. Dr. Toledo is amazing. However, the wait has become increasingly to long. Please be thoughtful about the patients. I am taking of work and coming here and waiting is to long.

The first time i met Dr. Toledo he was a ray of sunshine, he made me feel comfortable even tho the time he was not doctor, so with the loving, and friendly attitude, my 2nd IVF transfer I choose to Dr. Toledo since Dr. Best was not longer with the company. I was referred to another Dr, but my spirit said to go with him due to a wonderful pass trusting experince i had with Dr. Toledo during my egg retrival He was great then and he is great now. From my very first meeting at RBA, I felt welcomed and valued. Dr. Toledo developed a protocol tailored specifically for my needs. After following the steps, I am excited to say that "We are PREGNANT!" Although it is such a heartwarming feeling to graduate from RBA, I am hesitant and saddened. The exceptional care that you receive here in unparalleled to any other. With RBA, you feel like you are with family.

Experience with Dr. Toledo is great - and one of the only reasons we are still with the practice. Wait time today for SHG - not ok. Appointment was at 2:00p It's 2:50 and we have yet to be called back. We have had other problems previuousyl with incorrect information, etc.

The reason we chose RBA was b/c we like the way we are treated. We like the fact that they know us by our names not just a number. I love that yall have a front desk person she is amazing!!! I love all the staff!! I am sad to see that yall are cutting back b\c I think the staff is whats makes RBA so special!!

Dr. Toledo has been truly amazing to work with. We started this journey with another fertility clinic and something did not feel right. After coming to RBA, and meeting with Dr. Toledo, we knew this was where we needed to stay. Dr. Toledo spent a lot of time educating us on IVF and answering all of our questions. He would even personally take my phone calls when I had questions and only wanted answers from him. Everyone from the front staff, nurses, ultrasound technicians...

I cannot imagine going through this experience with any other doctor or office! Everybody was so wonderful to us (from blood work to ultrasounds), and I always felt very well taken care of. Thank you all so much! We will absolutely be back for baby #2!

Dr. Toledo and team have been fantastic from the start. This is now our 3rd IVF cycle and we've always been treated with compassion and understanding during each visit (of many). During our first cycle, we struggled with getting a clear understanding of time frames and expectations, but after discussing this with Dr. Toledo, it was never an issue again. We would absolutely recommend RBA and look forward to working with this team again on future IVF cycles.

I have been with Dr. Toledo for 11 years on and off, beginning with freezing my eggs when I was younger. He has been so communicative, so caring, so great at his job. We discussed multiple options, and tried multiple things. His staff and he have made me feel like family. They called me on speaker to tell me I was finally pregnant. They were the biggest cheerleaders I have. I only wish I could stay with them through the pregnancy. I will miss them, but I will be back with my baby.

We met with Dr. Toledo back in October 2018 for our initial consultation, and it was wonderful. I felt that Dr. Toledo allowed me to be my crazy self with asking so many questions and details about the full IUI process and we decided to start treatment in January 2019. To our surprise my we got pregnant on our own in November but still came to Dr. Toledo's office for check-ups. Everyone has been so warm and caring - really just making the full process amazing for a FTM. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I saw a number of IVF doctors nationally before coming to RBA and Dr. Toledo. He is the most compassionate and open minded of all of them. He listens well to patient suggestions while being realistic about outcomes and incorporating his experience. It was a bittersweet experience to finally complete my family because I really enjoyed my time here. Over the years, the practice has also done a good job of improving the nursing care for patients, too, so now it has a good flow and response time.

Dr. Toledo has been the most patient and supportive doctor throughout the whole process. We appreciate his open mindedness and positivity through this difficult and emotional journey. All of the staff members were absolutely amazing and we can't thank them enough!

Despite what was going on in the long 5 year relationship I had at RBA, I always felt comfortable, listened to and well cared for. Its an emotional journey and I felt in very capable and caring hands at all times. I won't miss the poking and prodding, but I will miss the staff!

Dr Toledo is a god to me , he saved me from severe hyper simulation syndrome timely and saved me from life threatening situation . He gives timely instructions required for the patients recovery . He is very good soul on earth to help people who are trying to have babies . I am very to see such a wonderful doctor on earth .

Omg this place is the PIiTS! Absolutely awful! It's a money making factory and don't go here if you don't want to be taken to the cleaners and end up not pregnant. They will blow your time and money and you'll walk away devastated. Dr. Andrew Toledo Is a phony and his staff is absolutely terrible! This is the worst practice ever. Save your money for a clinic that counts! Research research research ! Don't go for convenience.
