I am very disappointed in Dr. Stein's response to my Meniere's disease with frequent bouts of vertigo. I recently found out that a nasal spray such as flonase will help with ear fluid. I only wish he had told me this years ago.

My mother has been waiting for the doctor to call her since she had needle biopsy done on a thyroid nodule !! She has called twice and to get nowhere. Person answering phone is rude. She says results are in patient portal their response at office is well that is Samaritan not us!! I cannot believe the incompetence!!

Doctor not take my deaf sister seriously. My parents went along to interpret for her. Doctor was rude and didn’t even acknowledge her at all when he came in the room. Just talked to my parents. Didn’t look at her or anything when talking. She was the patient not my parents. Very rude and disrespectful especially for a person who literally just lost their hearing and vocals. Didn’t attempt to communicate with her. Now she was referred to a DIFFERENT ent doctor because this one “couldn’t do anything” for my sister. Don’t come here!!! Find a different ENT. Did not care for him . Was more interested in allergy testing and getting my insurance money then he was taking care of my severe sinus issues. Not going back. Office staff is rude also.

Very disappointed in this doctor, my husband has had a lymph node swollen for over 3 months, and it is very hard, the doctor came in, was feeling around and said he “couldn’t find it” gave me a dirty look, so my husband took his hand and put his finger on the place where it was, the doctor said you can’t even feel it, nothin to worry about. I put my fingers on it and it’s as hard as a rock!!! That’s not normal! No explaination to why it was swollen and no options to what we need to do to get it to go away, because clearly it’s bothering my husband or he wouldn’t have gone to the doctor in the first place!!!!!!!! Dr stein is great. His office help are rude and snobs

I have been a patient of Dr. Stine for the past ten years and I have found him to be very professional, kind, honest, tentative and has a great sense of humor. I trust his judgement and am very comfortable with his treatment choices.

He was quite rude during my whole visit. My primary physician sent over some tests and results because she was concerned and he told me that he deleted them before I even got there since he didn’t see any problems. He admitted that he was on the wrong patient chart the whole time during my whole visit and scoffed that my doctor sent over my tests. He made my concerns feel completely invalid. Needless to say I will NEVER go back.

This doctor may be fine if you only need a hearing aid, but don't go if you actually have a problem.

Dr.stein is very kind, I'm glade I choose him for an e.n.t doc for my children!

Dr. Stein is very professional, and has been so helpful for us. We do tend to wait sometimes in the office, but we know that he takes time with his patients and we appreciate that. We have never had any issues with him, his office, or getting appointments when needed.

Dr. Stein and his staff are wonderful people always treat you with respect and compassion. I would recommend them to anyone i know.

Dr. Stein and his staff are outstanding! After suffering for years with sinusitis that resulted in chronic headaches and fatigue, Dr. Stein performed balloon sinuplasty on me and it completely changed my life! Within 24 hours of the procedure, I felt so much better and my other symptoms were immediately relieved! The staff at Ashland ENT were wonderful during my balloonplasty procedure and continue to be compassionate and fun anytime I visit for other health concerns (not related to allergies or sinusitis :) ). All the visits I have had with Dr.Stein have been great he is very courteous and kind. Great staff!
