The front office and the nurses NEVER return phone calls! I had to go in person to make an appointment because after days of waiting, no one ever called back. Even while I was there to scheduling the appt, another person walked in to ask if they'd gotten his voicemail because no one had returned his calls either. Then, after having special lab work done, none of the nurses or staff called with the results. After multiple weeks of waiting and even leaving a couple of voicemails asking them to call with results, I ultimately had to contact the labcorp company directly to get my results. Ridiculous.
