My fiancé went there for a cast on his hand and Dr. Livingston was super rude to him at every appointment. We had to wait an hour most times in the waiting room for our scheduled appointment. My fiancé asked a few questions at the last appointment about his hand and how it was healing, and Dr. Livingston made a few comments about how my fiancé needs to stop asking questions and that his questions were enabling his "disability." My fiancé asked for clarification about what he meant, and Dr. Livingston said that his "anxiety disability" is making it harder on him. It was completely out of line and rude for him to assume that my fiancé had anxiety and then referred to normal questions as a disability. After that, my fiancé asked if he had to wear his splint more, Dr. Livingston grabbed his splint and threw it across the room and rudely said no. Needless to say, we will not be going to Dr. Livingstons office ever again.

I have had the Best experience of my life as far as doctors are concerned,I had an abdominoplasty in December and I can tell you this is the place I would ask To be referred to,The staff is so wonderful i mean this ! they are kind and considerate personable as well as professional,You will see if you choose this location and I would choose this location again and again for my plastic surgery needs ,Dr. Livingston is a Gem I am in awe of him ,I am beyond happy with his work, my life was changed because of this man ! thank you Dr Livingston. I thank God everyday for this amazing surgeon. Through his skill, he relieved me of physical pain and through just being himself, changed my life. My experience at the Southwest Surgical Center was top-notch. As a person who sees every process through the lens of process improvement, I can come up with nothing to change about the Southwest Surgical Center; from the receptionist to the recovery nurse, I loved everyone.

Went in for a silver, waited an hr to be seen 3mins and argued with me about everything, location of wound when entry n swelling are clearly visible, the angle of xrays, the object itself, was very unprofessional so I walked out. Was banging on windows when I walked by outside....I am going to send a bill for my time.

Very nice staff Dr. Andrew Livingston is very patient and understanding.

He was an amazing guy, great staff, very compassionate. I had my hand amputated almost 3 years ago and the 'end product', per se, looks very good. I could tell he really cared for me and my recovery, even noticed he got a little emotional at the end of our last meeting, great guy. I'd love to reconnect with him some time in the future.

I have been very pleased with my surgeries and outcomes, The Whole staff there are Amazing. ??

I had breast cancer. He was kind and made ke feel comfortable throughout everything.

He is great, compassionate and understanding Doctor. Would definitely recommend him!

I had a breast mastectomy with reconstruction. He and his staff are absolutely amazing. He is straight up with what is happening, and his expectations for your surgery. I had the greatest compliment from my oncologist on how amazing my surgery looks as you would never be able to tell I ever had a mastectomy. The oncologist was very impressed, and says he sees on average many botched breasts surgeries. If breast work is in your future, this is the team for you!!! Had trigger finger repair by Dr Livingston. Excellent experience. I felt well cared for. He explained the mechanics behind trigger finger and what the repair would be. Excellent staff also. Very happy I chose Dr Livingston for my surgery. Highly recommend

Dr. Livingston did my reconstruction after breast cancer surgery. He was kind, helpful at releaving my anxiety and very professional- as was his staff. I would recommend hm to everyone.

Very happy with my breast reduction.! Really wasn't as painful as I thought. Only took reg. Tylonal. Wish i would of did it years ago! Staff was great too. I always recommend him to people.

Very happy with my experience having Dr. Livingston perform carpal tunnel surgery. He was very good at explaining procedure and what to expect. The surgery went very well and I no longer have pain in my hand and arm at night . Sleeping better.... Highly recommend him

I would NOT recommend Dr. Livingston and his staff, as they know how to cancel appointments!! I had my appointment set Feb. for May and as he had emergency surgeries (which I understand), I was put on a waiting list and then they put me in for August. NOW, the receptionist couldn't call me, I walked in and she said they need to cancel me as he'll be gone! I'm FURIOUS! I'm seeing a top notch surgeon and so thankful and they COMMUNICATE! NOT THIS OFFICE!!!

Dr. Livingston is an excellent doctor. He has a great bedside manner along with a great listening ear. He truly cares for his patients needs. His staff is excellent too. They all are there to help every patient to get better. I am extremely happy with Dr. Livingston as my doctor.

Initially I felt Dr. Livingston was not very understanding and felt a bit of judgement. However when I went in for surgery Dr. L and the staff at Lacks surgical center were exceptionally great! Dr. Livingston was much different and the nurse I had was amazing! I think my first visit I may have misjudged Dr. L and I now would recommend him to family and friends. I have had numerous surgeries with Dr Livingston. I have been a patient of his for quite a while. He is the absolute best. He's been able to answer any and all questions i have ever had. I highly recommend him. And his staff is awesome as well!

I had a terrible tragedy which required Dr. Livingston's expertise. He was kind and compassionate during my office appointments before and after surgery and he was very skilled and helped me tremendously in the operating room. I just can't say enough about Dr. Livingston. I would recommend him to any and every single person that is considering or requires plastic surgery.

Its been just over 1 year since I had an accident that nearly took my left thumb completely off. Dr Livingston reconstructed and reattached my thumb. It looks outstanding. I've had couple procedures to make it better. Every visit I have with him is great. He treats me great. Hes a excellent surgeon an just an amazing guy. Thank you so much Dr Livingston and his staff. I didn't really like him my first visit. However when I went in for surgery for a tendon repair to my hand, I realized I misjudged him. He was great as was his staff at Lacks surgical center! Great surgen, 4 days out of surgery and feel great and can tell surgery was a success! He saved me the use of two fingers. Thank you Dr. Livingston
