I look forward to my appointments with dr laster. He is always kind and listens to my complaints. He has been my doctor for years and has worked miracles. I highly recommend him.

I have been a patient of Dr. Laster for 8+ years. I have never experienced a doctor and practice that cares more for their patients. Dr. Laster is not only incredibly intelligent, but diligent in helping patients understand their condition and work through it. His staff is attentive, personable and responsive. My condition had not always been easy, but I don't feel alone. I know I have a team ready to help me. Thank you Dr. Laster and AOCC for being the best in the business. Direct, no personality but thorough and precise Comes to diagnosis and provide summary of results Couldn’t ask for more

I had several appointments with Dr. Laster over about 2 years. My RA was well under control when I started going to him. He was never very friendly, but I only had 2 appointments a year for about :15 minutes, so he didn't bother me too much. On my last visit, after waiting :30 minutes in the exam room, I asked him to have someone let me know if he was going to be that late again. He basically went off the deep end, yelling, typing into his computer furiously, and told me he didn't want me to come back. That was an easy decision. 0 stars. I definitely would NOT recommend Dr. Laster. He was condescending, pompous, and demeaning.

I've been going to him since 2016. I could barely move when I went. I am in remission now due to him. He is one of the best Dr's I've ever had.

Dr. Laster is so thorough. He asked questions galore in arriving at a treatment. I frankly can’t believe some of these ratings. He is a professional, has a great sense of patient, is efficient and friendly.

Dr. Laster seemed very nice. I have never had an in person visit. It was always telenet. I moved here from another state, where I already had my diagnosis and treatment plan in place. He agreed to keep the treatment plan since I had done so well, however after six months he decided to change it. Took me off the schedule without discussing it with me. The nurse called to tell me and I let her know I wasn't happy. I complained so much he did call but still would not listen. At this point I decided to find a different rheumatolgist.

Dr. Laster is working to help me get to the bottom of a possible autoimmune disorder. He has been very patient and kind, and never rushes me when I ask a lot of questions. I have seen him both in person and via telehealth, and both experiences were the same - great. I highly recommend him.

Wonderful bedside manner: at ease, a good listener, attentive and caring. Dr. Laster recommended helpful procedures, and offered needed follow up. He's a keeper!

My mom recently went to see Dr. Laster and had an amazing experience! The the receptionists and nursing staff were all helpful and supportive. Dr. Laster was kind, patient, thorough and knowledgeable. My mom left her appointment feeling educated and equipped to manage her Rheumatoid Arthritis with more than just medication. He also made lifestyle recommendations that included, mindfulness, meditation and yoga. This is what medicine should look like! My mom recently went to see Dr. Laster and had an amazing experience! I felt very uncomfortable in his care. He’s rude and condescending. I went back a second time after trying to give him the benefit of the doubt. I wish I went with my gut instinct and didn’t return. I told him before I left that I wouldn’t be coming back and that he was I wouldn’t tolerate the way he treated me. He had security waiting on me downstairs although they didn’t approach me, I knew he had called them. I think something is very off with him.. very unstable I felt very uncomfortable in his care. I know that he is one of the kindest understanding Dr.s I have . I am so thankful to have such a great Rheumatologist and I suggest and recommend him to anyone who is suffering from early onset to late progressive stages of Rheumatoid . He's so caring and understanding.

Awful experience - rude and condescending - seems like a great personality disorder

I’ve been seeing Dr. Laster for about 3years now. He is very knowledgeable about Arthritis (Rheumatoid and Osteo). He listens to my concerns as well as my whining! Since I’ve been going to AAOC my Rheumatoid Arthritis has been in remission for almost 2 years! From check in to check out, the entire staff is very friendly and professional. I never mind going to this office. I believe I’ve seen every PA that is there. I wouldn’t hesitate to see any of them. If you need a Rheumatologist, call him.

Best care ever.

One of the most uncomfortable & truly horrifying experiences I have ever had with a physician. Rude, dismissive, did not listen, and essentially said “let me give you some pills” and have a great day. Shameful for a specialty that requires patients to wait months for appointments sometimes. Just shameful.

Wonderful and considerate! Dr. Laster has helped me with my difficult issues for years and has always been very considerate and kind. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
